rus has spread very quickly to several countries in the world, including Indonesia where the Covid-19 pandemic has been designated as a type of disease that causes a Public Health Emergency on March 31 2020. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.

Increase in staff turnover is correlated with the appearance of opportunities that have resulted from the tourism recovery programme that the Indonesian government has implemented as a response to the Covid-19 outbreak, as was stated before. The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The qualitative method offers an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi's Efforts in Retaining Employees. This research found that skill development, career advancement, pay, work culture, benefits, and outstanding relationships affect employee satisfaction at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi. To retain staff, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers cross-training programmes, fair promotion processes, and a comfortable work culture for employee development. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi employees depart for financial, professional, and outside experience reasons. of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers

The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara kritis faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan pemberdayaan di Desa Huta Tinggi dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan lokal, baik secara ekonomi maupun sosial. Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mensintesis berbagai sumber akademis dan laporan untuk membangun kerangka analisis yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa anatomi keberhasilan Desa Huta Tinggi ditopang oleh tiga pilar: (1) peningkatan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan terstruktur yang menghasilkan inovasi produk (misalnya, yogurt susu kerbau); (2) penguatan kelembagaan lokal melalui peran sentral Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) sebagai motor penggerak partisipasi; serta (3) kolaborasi multi-pihak yang efektif, yang mengintegrasikan dukungan top-down (pemerintah, swasta) dengan inisiatif bottom-up (masyarakat). Dampak dari pemberdayaan ini bersifat multidimensional, mencakup diversifikasi ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja baru, serta revitalisasi budaya dan penguatan kohesi sosial. Disimpulkan bahwa Huta Tinggi memvalidasi model CBT hibrida yang efektif dan dapat direplikasi, di mana keberhasilan awal menjadi fondasi yang kokoh. Namun, keberlanjutan jangka panjangnya kini menghadapi tantangan fase konsolidasi menuju stagnasi, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan tekanan lingkungan, yang menuntut pergeseran fokus dari membangun ke mengelola secara berkelanjutan.

search uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews with informants from the Bukittinggi City Regional Financial Agency. The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik karena kurangnya penggunaan model pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik kurang terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Solusi dari pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar IPAS.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V UPT SD Negeri 25 Koto Kaciak pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan.
Hasil penelitian pada mata pelajaran IPAS siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar sebanyak 50% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 85%. Pada hasil observasi guru siklus I diperoleh 80,25% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,71%. Sedangkan pada aspek peserta didik diperoleh 69,07% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 84,86%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas V UPT SD Negeri 25 Koto Kaciak Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.
