rovince. The research population consists of teachers from 13 madrasahs, with the sample selected through cluster sampling representing three regional zones: east, central, and west. A total of 90 teachers were sampled, comprising 30 teachers for instrument try-out and 60 teachers as the primary research participants. Using a quantitative method with a correlational approach, this study examines the individual and simultaneous contributions of each variable.The findings indicate that teachers’ professional competence which includes mastery of subject matter, pedagogical skills, and managerial abilities enhances job satisfaction by strengthening confidence and task effectiveness. A strong and consistent madrasah culture characterized by discipline, collaboration, religiosity, and a harmonious work climate also contributes significantly to teacher job satisfaction by fostering a supportive institutional environment. Teacher work commitment likewise plays an important role, as highly dedicated and loyal teachers tend to experience greater job satisfaction. Collectively, the three variables demonstrate a significant combined relationship, reinforcing the notion that job satisfaction results from the interaction of professional, cultural, and psychological dimensions within educational institutions. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis involving four STEM teachers who participated in a year-long CPD program. The findings reveal that CPD fostered significant changes in teachers’ beliefs toward student-centered learning and encouraged more interactive, inquiry-based classroom practices. However, challenges such as limited institutional support and resource constraints still hindered full pedagogical implementation. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques.
The findings reveal that teachers serve as digital learning facilitators, innovators in designing coding-based learning activities, and ethical guides who help students use technology responsibly. Simple coding activities effectively foster students’ logical thinking, creativity, and digital collaboration skills. However, limited technological infrastructure and insufficient teacher training remain major obstacles to sustainable implementation. Therefore, systemic support through educational policy, professional development, and adaptive curriculum design is essential.

arch stems from the need to provide a learning process that is not only oriented towards final results, but also encourages students to understand the meaning of learning, think critically, and take responsibility for their learning process. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The study subjects included 50 fifth-grade students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data collection instruments included a learning motivation questionnaire, a learning independence observation sheet, and documentation of learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using a t-test to determine significant differences between the two groups.
The results showed that the implementation of immersive learning had a positive and significant impact on increasing student motivation and learning independence. Students participating in immersive learning demonstrated greater enthusiasm, active question-asking, and the ability to manage assignments independently compared to those in the control group. These findings indicate that immersive learning strategies can be an effective alternative in developing reflective, independent, and problem-solving-oriented learners. Thus, the implementation of immersive learning in elementary schools needs to be continuously strengthened through teacher training, the development of teaching materials, and a learning culture that fosters students' ongoing curiosity.

egeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the 4-D model, which consists of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The research subjects were 36 seventh-grade students in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, classroom observation sheets, and mathematical problem-solving tests. The results revealed that the developed learning device achieved an average expert validation score of 4.25 in the very valid category in terms of content, language, and presentation. The practicality test showed that the teacher’s response reached 89% and the students’ response reached 91%, categorized as very practical, indicating that the device was easy to use and engaging for students. The effectiveness test showed an average N-Gain score of 0.52 (moderate category) with 86.11% of students achieving mastery learning, signifying that the learning device was effective in enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities.
The integration of the realistic mathematics approach with local cultural elements (ethnomathematics) successfully created meaningful and contextual learning experiences while fostering students’ appreciation for their cultural heritage. Therefore, the developed learning device is feasible to be implemented as an innovative mathematics learning medium based on cultural contexts in junior high schools and madrasah.

a case study approach in administrative services in Tamalate District. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with government employees and service users, direct observation of the service process, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that the work ethics of government employees in providing public services is still not optimal. Some employees exhibit unprofessional behavior, such as slow service delivery, lack of empathy towards the public, and low transparency in the service process. However, there are also employees who demonstrate positive behavior, such as providing clear and accurate information, and praying friendly and patient in serving the public. This study concludes that improving the work ethics of government employees is essential through public service ethics training programs, strict supervision, and regular evaluation and monitoring of employee performance. This effort is crucial to ensure public services meet the standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of public services in Tamalate District and serve as a reference for similar research in the future.

This phenomenon is significant as it reflects a shift in the meaning of femininity from physical appearance toward self-awareness and personal authenticity. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations of social media content produced by influencers who express Feminine Energy values. The analysis draws on Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1979), which highlights the processes of categorization, identification, and social comparison. The findings reveal that the application of Feminine Energy manifests in five key aspects: self-love, confidence, empathetic communication, calm emotional expression, and healthy personal boundaries. Through social processes, influencers internalize these values as integral parts of their personal and digital identities. In conclusion, Feminine Energy is not only a lifestyle but also a social identity strategy used by Gen Z female influencers to build an authentic, empowered, and reflective self-image in the digital space.

This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data validity was strengthened by triangulation of sources, methods, and theories with the help of NVivo 12 software and supplemented with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the implementation of spiritual quality improvement was carried out by the presence of Islamic values, maintaining cleanliness, reciting prayers, and the therapist's empathetic attitude were important factors in fostering a sense of calm and comfort in customers. Implementing strategies for improving spiritual quality through therapist training, implementing SOPs based on Islamic law, and creating a supportive spiritual environment. However, limited service facilities and infrastructure still need to be addressed for improvement. Therefore, this study as a whole confirms that service quality that connects spiritual and physical aspects holistically contributes significantly to customer satisfaction.

Linguistically, dzikir comes from the word dzakar, which means remembering. Remembering Allah implies maintaining one’s consciousness toward Him by following specific etiquettes prescribed in the Qur’an and Hadith. The purpose of dzikir is to purify the heart and glorify Allah SWT. Purpose: To determine the implementation of nursing care for patients with sensory perception disturbances: visual hallucinations, with a focus on dzikir practice. Method: This study used a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Results: The case study showed that the patient was able to carry out SP 1–3 with a focus on dzikir practice, as indicated by behavioral changes such as feeling calmer, being able to recite dzikir independently, and experiencing reduced hallucinations. This suggests that dzikir is quite effective. Conclusion: Nursing care for patients with sensory perception disturbances, specifically visual hallucinations, with a focus on dzikir intervention over three days, can help control hallucinations
