THE BEST PRESCHOOL RECOMMENDATION APPLICATION USING THE ELECTRE METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: This research aims to build a recommendation system that can help parents determine the best Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) using the ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Translating Reality) method. The electre method… ethod was chosen because of its ability to handle Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problems, which allows evaluating alternatives based on various relevant criteria. This system is designed to identify and assess PAUD based on a number of important criteria, such as facilities, location, teacher-student ratio, curriculum, accreditation and reputation. Each criterion is given a weight according to its level of importance, which is determined based on parental preferences and applicable educational standards. Data is collected from various sources and processed using artificial intelligence techniques to ensure accuracy and relevance. The electre method is then used to evaluate and compare between PAUD. The research results show that the recommendation system developed is able to provide accurate and relevant PAUD recommendations, as well as increasing user satisfaction in the PAUD selection process. This research makes a significant contribution to the field of decision support systems and education, by showing the practical application of the electre method in determining the best PAUD. It is hoped that the results of this research can inspire the development of similar recommendation systems in other educational fields, as well as help in improving the quality of early childhood education through the use of advanced technology. Metode electre dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani masalah Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), yang memungkinkan evaluasi alternatif berdasarkan berbagai kriteria yang relevan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai PAUD berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria penting, seperti fasilitas, lokasi, rasio guru-murid, kurikulum, akreditasi dan reputasi. Setiap kriteria diberikan bobot sesuai dengan tingkat kepentingannya yang ditentukan berdasarkan preferensi orang tua dan standar pendidikan yang berlaku. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber dan diproses menggunakan teknik kecerdasan buatan untuk memastikan akurasi dan relevansi. Metode electre kemudian digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perbandingan antar PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi PAUD yang akurat dan relevan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam proses pemilihan PAUD. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan pada bidang sistem pendukung keputusan dan pendidikan, dengan menunjukkan aplikasi praktis dari metode electre dalam penentuan PAUD terbaik. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menginspirasi pengembangan sistem rekomendasi serupa di bidang pendidikan lainnya, serta membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini melalui pemanfaatan teknologi canggih. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE USE E-CRM IN IMPROVING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND PROFITABILITY AT GALLERYPARFUME WEB-BASED

In the procedures and management of sales management at Gallery… y Parfume is still done manually, the reports are still recorded in notes the impact of this is that Gallery Parfume has difficulty in evaluating their sales performance, identifying market trends, and planning effective sales strategies and also difficulty building loyalty. Therefore, a system is needed, by implementing E-CRM at Gallery Parfume can get new customers, improve customer relationships, and retain customers, which will ultimately create customer loyalty and to measure the increase in profitability resulting from the use of E-CRM into a web-based application so that it will later facilitate increasing sales, customer loyalty, and saving operational costs. The method used to collect and analyze this research data is a qualitative method. It is expected that through this web application it can also build a database to make it easier for Gallery Parfume to search for data and reports. RECOMMENDATION FOR THE BEST GAMING PHONE USING THE WEIGHT PRODUCT METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: Mobile phones, as essential telecommunication devices today, are equipped with numerous features. The plethora of mobile phone models, especially gaming phones, requires consumers to be discerning in choosing a… phone for everyday use. The problem is that many consumers do not understand how to purchase a phone that meets their specific criteria. The specifications that must be considered when selecting a gaming phone that fits within a budget and meets criteria include performance or specifications, screen quality, battery life, RAM, network connectivity, and price. A decision support system is a part of information systems designed to facilitate decision-making processes based on data or common everyday problems. The Weighted Product (WP) method is typically used in decision-making that involves multiple criteria to be considered simultaneously. Based on the WP method calculations, it was found that the recommended smartphone alternative is determined by the highest vector value (V) ranking according to user-defined criteria. The analysis results indicate that the recommended smartphone alternative is Alternative 1 with a score of 0.376, which is the Infinix GT 10 Pro, due to its comparable specifications to other models but with a more affordable price." Banyaknya keluaran jenis handphone khususnya handphone untuk game membuat konsumen harus pintar memilih handphone yang dapat digunakan setiap harinya Permasalahannya adalah konsumen banyak yang tidak paham bagaimana membeli handphone sesuai kriteria yang cocok. Adapun spesifikasi yang harus di saat akan memilih jenis handphone game yang sesuai dengan budget dan kriteria diantaranya adalah perfoma atau spesifikasi, tingkat kualitas layar, daya tahan batrai, RAM, koneksi jaringan, dan harga. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data atau permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode Weighted Product umumnya digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan banyak kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan secara bersamaan. Berdasarkan proses perhitungan dengan metode WP maka didapatkan bahwa alternatif smartphone yang direkomendasikan untuk dipilih adalah smartphone yang ditentukan berdasarkan peringkat nilai vektor (V) tertinggi sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif smartphone yang direkomendasikan adalah Alternatif 1 dengan skor 0.376, yaitu Infinix GT 10 Pro karena memiliki spesifikasi yang hampir setara dengan yang lain namun dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT APPLICATION IN THE SYMPLE STORE

CRM can be adapted to E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship… lationship Management) which requires the role of information technology. Symple Store is a business that sells various t-shirts, apparel, and screen printing services. To see the product, customers must come directly to the store because there is no media to convey product information to customers. Symple Store does not have a way to place an order if the customer does not have the time to come to the store. The purpose of this research is to create a system using E-CRM so that Symple Store sales can be done online and the E-CRM feature is a medium used to maintain the relationship between the store and customers and can also increase customer loyalty. After implementing the E-CRM application on the Symple Store, it can make it easier for customers to place orders online and the E-CRM application becomes a medium for promoting Symple Store products and with E-CRM features such as product information, transactions, discounts, promos, vouchers, chats can maintain the relationship between the store and customers and can also increase customer loyalty.      Keywords: e-crm; loyality; symple store.    Abstrak: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) merupakan jenis management mengenai pengelolaan perusahaan dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Symple Store merupakan usaha yang menjual berbagai barang kaos, pakaian jadi, dan jasa sablon. Untuk melihat produk tersebut pelanggan harus datang langsung ke Toko karena belum adanya media untuk menyampaikan informasi produk kepada pelanggan. Symple Store belum memiliki cara untuk melakukan proses pemesanan apabila pelanggan tidak memiliki waktu untuk datang ke Toko. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat sistem menggunakan E-CRM sehingga penjualan Symple Store dapat dilakukan secara online dan fitur E-CRM menjadi media yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan hubungan pihak toko dengan pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Setelah menerapkan aplikasi E-CRM pada Toko Symple Store maka dapat mempermudah pelanggan melakukan pemesanan secara online dan aplikasi E-CRM menjadi media promosi produk Symple Store dan dengan adanya fitur E-CRM seperti informasi produk, transaksi, diskon, promo, voucher, chat dapat mempertahankan hubungan pihak toko dengan pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. TOWARDS SPATIAL INFORMATION SYSTEM ADOPTION USING EXTENDED TAM AND IS SUCCESS MODEL

Abstract: Abstract: By leveraging digital technology, Laporkitong enhances transparency and accountability, as well as facilitates public participation in the oversight and enforcement processes related to land use and natural resource… ource management. The Laporkitong website functions as an online reporting application aimed at documenting instances of spatial planning violations in the West Papua Province. The lack of public knowledge about the Laporkitong application has led to numerous issues. Therefore, an analysis of the adoption of the Laporkitong application is necessary. This study aims to investigate the influence of Perceived Quality, Perceived Control, and Perceived Ease of Use factors as determinants of the residents' willingness to use the Laporkitong application, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean IS Success (IS D&M) theories. As many as 160 valid respondents are gathered based purposive sampling technique and evaluated using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results inform that all seven hypotheses are accepted with the R-square of the intention to use is 0.273 indicationg 27.3% variance of the model can determine the outcome. Further discussion and conclusion regarding the implication of theoretical and practical contribution are also discussed.             Keywords: laporkitong; perceived control; perceived ease of use; perceived quality; technology acceptance model   Abstrak: Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, Laporkitong meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta memfasilitasi partisipasi publik dalam proses pengawasan dan penegakan terkait penggunaan lahan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Website Laporkitong berfungsi sebagai aplikasi pelaporan online yang bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan pelanggaran perencanaan tata ruang di Provinsi Papua Barat. Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi Laporkitong menyebabkan banyak permasalahan. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai adopsi pada aplikasi Laporkitong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh faktor Kualitas yang Dirasakan, Kendali yang Dirasakan, dan Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan sebagai penentu keinginan penduduk untuk menggunakan aplikasi Laporkitong, dengan menggunakan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) dan teori Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi (IS D&M) DeLone dan McLean. Sebanyak 160 responden valid dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan dievaluasi menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua tujuh hipotesis diterima dengan R-square niat untuk menggunakan adalah 0,273, menunjukkan bahwa 27,3% variasi model dapat menentukan hasilnya. ANALYSIS OF ACQUIRE AND IMPLEMENT OF LIBRARY INFORMATION SYSTEM USING COBIT 4.1 FRAMEWORK

Abstract: Abstract: College libraries are built and designed based on the needs of the academic community to support learning, research, and community service. Management of higher education institutions in Indonesia refers to Organizing… anizing libraries in Indonesia is regulated in National Library Director Regulation No. 13 of 2017. College libraries currently use information technology to support operations. To assess the alignment of a university's goal of providing a library that complies with information technology regulations and management, library management needs to be audited. At the ISB Atma Luhur library, audits were carried out using the COBIT 4.1 framework. especially in the Acquire and Implement (AI) domain. The AI domain is a domain that assesses whether plans have been successfully acquired and implemented. This research uses interview and questionnaire methods as primary data source data collection media. The respondents involved were the head of the library and the ISB Atma Luhur library staff. The results of data processing show that the AI domain is at 2,754 with a maturity level of 3-Define Process. Of the 7 control objectives under the AI domain, AI4 Anable Operation and Use is the highest control objective with 3.28. Meanwhile, the lowest control objective is AI2 Acquire and maintain application software with 2.50.             Keywords: acquire and implement COBIT 4.1; college library ; information systems audit.     Abstrak: Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dibangun dan dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan civitas akademika untuk menunjang pembelajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mengacu pada Penyelenggaraan perpustakaan di Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala Perpustakaan Nasional Nomor 13 Tahun 2017. Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi saat ini sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Untuk menilai keselarasan tujuan perguruan tinggi dalam menyediakan perpustakaan yang sesuai dengan regulasi dan pengelolaan teknologi informasi, maka pengelolaan perpustakaan perlu dilakukan audit. Pada perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur, audit dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. khususnya di domain Acquire and Implement (AI). Domain AI adalah domain yang menilai apakah rencana telah berhasil diperoleh dan diterapkan. Audit sistem informasi perpustakaan ini bertujuan untuk menilai keselarasan rencana dan akuisisi impelentasi sistem untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan angket sebagai media pengumpulan data sumber data primer. Responden yang terlibat adalah kepala perpustakaan dan staf perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan domain AI berada pada angka 2.754 dengan tingkat kematangan 3-Define Process. Dari 7 tujuan pengendalian dalam domain AI, AI4 Anable Operation and Use merupakan tujuan pengendalian tertinggi dengan nilai 3,28. Sedangkan tujuan pengendalian terendah adalah AI2 Memperoleh dan memelihara perangkat lunak aplikasi dengan nilai 2,50.   Kata kunci: acquire and implement COBIT 4.1.; audit sistem informasi; perpustakaan perguruan tinggi.

APPLICATION OF FAST FRAMEWORK IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNTAN FMIPA LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract: The laboratory is one of the facilities owned by the FMIPA Laboratory, which is one of the facilities owned by Tanjungpura University to support tridharma activities. There are several problems in laboratory management,… namely that management is carried out manually, so it takes a long time to apply for the loan of laboratory equipment and to prepare a free laboratory loan letter. In order to improve services, ensure data security, and accommodate all laboratory data, it is necessary to develop an FMIPA laboratory information system (SILABMIPA). The FAST framework is used in developing SILABMIPA to suit user needs. The analysis and development of SILABMIPA follows the FAST method with the stages Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration, Construction and Testing. With the construction of SILABMIPA, it can make it easier for managers to manage laboratories, assist students in applying for and borrowing equipment, as well as making laboratory loan-free certificates. Based on the results of system functional testing against SILABMIPA, it was found that the system operates well in accordance with the user's functional needs, while the results of system interface testing obtained a percentage of 82.60% in the very good category.

Abstract: Clothing is a basic human need besides food and shelter. Human needs clothing to protect and cover them self. Toko 66 is a business that operates in the field of products and services. This business offers various types… of products such as clothes, trousers and also shirts that are second hand, aka used. The absence of distribution transaction channels from upstream to downstream is one of the business problems at Toko 66. Therefore, a system such as Supply Chain Management is needed which can manage the flow of transactions from upstream to downstream and can also make it easier for owners to create sales reports. Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.             Keywords: supply chain management; clothes; stock; transaction; distribution

EVALUATING LABORATORY WEBSITE USABILITY THROUGH THE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS)

Abstract: Abstract: The Manual Drawing Laboratory and Computer Laboratory of the Furniture Design Study Program are some of the infrastructures used to support learning and practicum in the Polytechnic of Furniture Industry and Wood… od Processing. Services at these two laboratories utilize the Laboratory website which can be accessed publicly via the address https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, in which the purpose of developing the website is to simplify the process for stakeholders to access information regarding practicum activities conducted in the laboratories. Ease of access to this information needs to be evaluated, especially related to usability on the website. The evaluation of the laboratory website's usability is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which provides a structured approach to measuring the effectiveness and user experience of the website. It is hoped to obtain a representation of the user's experience of the function and appearance of the laboratory website as advice on what features might be developed to improve the services. According to the results of data processing from 44 respondents, the average SUS score was 59.32. Based on this score, the Acceptability Range category is still in the marginal range, meaning there are still several things that need to be corrected or improved so the website can help in the daily operational activities of the laboratory.             Keywords: laboratory; SUS; usability; user; website     Abstrak: Laboratorium Gambar dan Laboratorium Komputer Program Studi Desain Furnitur merupakan sarana penunjang praktikum di Politeknik Industri Furnitur dan Pengolahan Kayu. Pelayanan pada kedua laboratorium ini telah memanfaatkan website yang dapat diakses secara publik melalui alamat https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, pemanfaatan website bertujuan untuk memudahkan para pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi seputar kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium di setiap waktu. Adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tersebut perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kegunaan website bagi para pengguna serta sebagai masukan untuk pengelola laboratorium dalam mengembangkan website di masa mendatang. Evaluasi website laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Melalui evaluasi kegunaan pada website laboratorium diharapkan diperoleh representasi pengalaman pengguna terhadap fungsi dan tampilan website laboratorium dan diperoleh saran fitur-fitur yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di laboratorium. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 44 responden menghasilkan skor SUS dengan rata-rata 59,32. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, rentang akseptabilitas website masih berada pada rentang marginal, sehingga masih ada beberapa fitur yang perlu ditingkatkan agar website dapat membantu kegiatan operasional laboratorium sehari-hari.   Kata kunci: kegunaan; laboratorium; pengguna; SUS; website

ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC OPINION SENTIMENT REGARDING POLICE INSTITUTIONS BASED ON TWITTER USING THE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM) METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: Twitter occupies the top position of the most popular social media platform in Indonesia. Police and other related issues were the subject of much discussion. The aim of this research is to analyze public sentiment… ment towards the National Police Agency using Twitter with the support vector machine method. The research started by crawling Twitter data. The data contains a total of 6,925 entries for three keywords. Next, we move on to the preprocessing stage consisting of (cleaning, case folding, tokenization, and filtering). Next is the tf-idf feature extraction stage, finally the classification and evaluation stage. The results of manual data inspection (73:27) showed accuracy of 70.66%, precision of 70.68%, and recall of 99.76%. Testing the second data (82:18), found accuracy 86%, precision 86.21%, recall 99.71%. The results of manual data checking (82:18) showed accuracy of 70.66%, precision of 70.68%, recall of 99.76%. Testing the second data (82:18), found accuracy 86%, precision 86.21%, recall 99.71%. From the data system testing results (80:20), accuracy was 87.55%, positive precision 87.53%, negative precision 88.24%, positive recall 99.48%, and negative recall. the rate is 99.48.% – The result is 21.43%. Data testing results (60:40) showed accuracy of 86.89%, positive precision of 86.84%, negative precision of 88.46%, positive recall of 99.61%, and negative recall of 16.43%. Single test data validation system (80:20), accuracy 87.55, overall test cross validation system (k fold 5 accuracy) 86.673%. Penelitian dimulai dengan  crawling  data Twitter. Data memuat total 6.925 entri dari tiga kata kunci. Selanjutnya beralih ke tahap preprocessing terdiri dari (pembersihan, pelipatan kasus, tokenisasi, dan pemfilteran). Selanjutnya tahap ekstraksi fitur tf-idf, terakhir tahap klasifikasi dan evaluasi. Hasil pemeriksaan data manual (73:27) menunjukkan akurasi 70,66%, presisi 70,68%, dan recall 99,76%. Menguji data kedua (82:18), menemukan akurasi 86%, presisi 86,21%, recall 99,71%. Hasil pemeriksaan data secara manual (82:18) menunjukkan akurasi 70,66%, presisi 70,68%, recall 99,76%. Menguji data kedua (82:18), menemukan akurasi 86%, presisi 86,21%, recall 99,71%. Dari hasil pengujian sistem data (80:20), akurasi 87,55%, presisi positif 87,53%, presisi negatif 88,24%, recall positif 99,48%, dan recall negatif. tarifnya adalah 99,48.% – Hasilnya 21,43%. Hasil pengujian data (60:40) menunjukkan akurasi 86,89%, presisi positif 86,84%, presisi negatif 88,46%, recall positif 99,61%, dan recall negatif 16,43%. Uji tunggal sistem validasi data (80:20), akurasi 87,55, uji keseluruhan sistem validasi silang  (akurasi k fold 5) 86,673%.   Kata Kunci: data mining;instansi kepolisian;mesin vektor pendukung
