The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. Next, a system analysis stage was conducted to understand the business processes, information flow, and functional requirements of the system. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

o identify the differences in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly population at Puskesmas Biromaru. This research is descriptive-comparative in nature. The sample consisted of 30 patients undergoing hemoglobin examination at the Puskesmas Biromaru laboratory between March 29th and April 30th, 2023. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, with venous blood samples from 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level using the Dirui BCC-3600 device was 12.86 g/dL, while with the Quick Check device it was 11.77 g/dL. Normality testing was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which yielded a p-value of 0.023. A p-value < 0.05 indicates non-normal data distribution, thus followed by the Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney test resulted in a significant value (p) = 0.011. In conclusion, there is a significant difference in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly.

The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

The research method employed is a quantitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders at PTPN III and analyzing documents related to the depreciation policies and the company's tax planning strategies. The results of this research show that by incorporating the straight-line depreciation method (tax) into its fixed asset depreciation, with a total accumulated depreciation smaller than declining balance (tax), PTPN III has saved on taxes, thus achieving its tax planning objectives.
