cals, causing Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation and stimulating the release of inflammatory factors that can cause inflammation. Neutrophils and macrophages are the first leucocytes to appear in the early response to inflammation, so the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio can be useful for evaluating the prognosis of inflammation as an early detector and as a marker of inflammation that can be detected simply and efficiently. This study aims to determine the correlation between Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and Lipid Profile in adult patients with obesity in Prodia Tangerang Clinical laboratory. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach and used purposive sampling technique. The research sample data was taken from secondary data from patient medical records. The p-value obtained using Rank Spearman correlation from the comparation of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with each lipid profile value is total cholesterol (p=0.003), LDL cholesterol (p=0.013), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (p=0.375) and tryglicerides (p=0.316). This study found a relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with total cholesterol dan LDL cholesterol, but there was no relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with HDL cholesterol and tryglicerides in obese adult patient in Prodia Tangerang Clinical Laboratory.

n A1c and microalbuminuria are screening examinations used to detect the early onset of diabetic nephropathy. Diabetic nephropathy is defined as a clinical syndrome in diabetes mellitus patients characterized by persistent albuminuria, an irreversible decrease in glomerular filtration rate, and increased arterial blood pressure. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Hemoglobin A1c and microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus patients at Prodia Sunter. The research method used is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The data collected were secondary data from the period of January–July 2024 with a total of 60 samples. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling and met the inclusion criteria, namely patients over 60 years of age, Hemoglobin A1c value ≥7, diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, no history of thalassemia, and who had undergone Hemoglobin A1c and microalbuminuria examinations. The results of this study show a significant unidirectional positive relationship with a very strong correlation between Hemoglobin A1c levels and microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus patients, with sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 and correlation coefficient value = 0.892. The relationship between Hemoglobin A1c levels and microalbuminuria is unidirectional positive, meaning that the higher the Hemoglobin A1c levels, the higher the microalbuminuria levels.
Abstract:Green betel leaves contain compounds that can treat vaginal discharge, especially those caused by bacteria. To determine the effect of green betel leaf extract on the growth of Bacteroides in vaginal secretion cultures,…
this study used a quantitative experimental method, where vaginal secretion samples were taken from the subjects and then tested quantitatively. There were two data collection techniques used in this study: using a questionnaire and testing vaginal secretion samples with green betel leaf extract. The test for using was diffusion (paper disc) for the antibacterial test. The media used was MHA. The positive control used was a blank disc, the extract concentration series used were 20%, 25% and 30%. The diameter of the inhibition zone was observed and then analyzed. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the significance value was 0.00 <0.05, so H0 was rejected Ha was accepted or it could be concluded that there was a difference in the effect of giving green betel leaf extract on the growth of Bacteroides in vaginal secretion culture. Antibacterial activity test of green betel leaves (Piper betle L) against Bacteroides bacteria that cause Bacterial Vaginosis, namely resistant at a concentration of 20%, intermediate at a concentration of 25% and sensitive at a concentration of 30%. Green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L) has inhibitory power against Bacteroides bacteria that cause Bacterial Vaginosis. Can increase the concentration series of methanol extract of green betel leaves, find the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) and the maximum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of green betel leaf extract against Bacteroides bacteria that cause Bacterial Vaginosis

e fever includes Dengue IgM and IgG Antigens and hematology tests. The number of lymphocytes plays a role in the body's immune system and is one of the parameters found in hematology tests. This study aims to determine the relationship between Dengue IgM and IgG antibodies and the number of lymphocytes in patients suspected of having Dengue fever at the Prodia Sunter Clinical Laboratory for the period 2021-2024. The research method is observational with cross-sectional using secondary data of 104 samples. Data analysis uses Spearman rank. The results of the study showed that most of the suspected Dengue fever patients were male, 56 patients (53.8%) with the highest age at 19-59 years as many as 53 patients (51.0%) and the duration of fever was mostly experienced on the 3rd day of fever 29 patients (27.9%). The results of the Dengue antigen IgM examination in suspected Dengue fever patients were negative for 89 patients (85.6%) and the Dengue antigen IgG was negative for 64 patients (61.5%). The number of lymphocytes was within normal limits for 44 patients (42.3%). The results of the IgM correlation test obtained p = 0.005 with r 0.271, so the hypothesis was accepted, it can be concluded that there is a weak correlation between Dengue IgM antibodies and the number of lymphocytes and the results of the IgG correlation test obtained p = 0.043 with r 0.198, so the hypothesis was accepted, it can be concluded that there is a weak correlation between Dengue IgG antibodies and the number of lymphocytes in suspected Dengue fever patients.

Abstract:The eschatological phenomenon which states that life in the world will end when death comes, so that those who experience death will be delivered to the afterlife, this becomes a theological basis for Muslims to be implied…
ed in their lives in the world, because the afterlife along with its fate or journey is a reflection of oneself in living life in the world. Examining the verses of the Qur'an that discuss the afterlife has relevance to the interpretation of Shaykh Najmuddin al-Kubra in the book of tafsīr at-ta'wīlāt an-najmiyyah which has a style of isyari or sufistic interpretation, so that understanding the verses about the afterlife becomes new knowledge that is applied and experienced using the heart. This research produces a discussion of the verses of the Qur'an that explain the afterlife, such as the explanation of the realm of barzakh (QSal-Mu'minun: 100), the Day of Judgment (QSibrahīm: 48), the realm of resurrection (QSar-Rūm: 56), Yaum al-Mīzān (QSal-A ʻraf : 8-9), Yaum al- Ḥisāb (QSal-Kahf: 49), Yaum at-Tagābun (QSat-Tagābun: 9), Yaum al-Aʻraf (QSal-Aʻraf: 46), hell (QSal-Baqarah: 24), and heaven (QSaz-Zumar: 73). Thus, this research concludes that the fate of a creature will be determined according to the good deeds carried during life in this world. If more good deeds are brought then the fate of life in the afterlife will be determined by Allah SWT, but conversely if there are more bad deeds brought then the fate of life in the afterlife will be a place cursed by Allah SWT.
