Abstrak: Pengetahuan dalam membangun database merupakan salah satu dasar bagi seseorang untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis komputer. Dalam database itu sendiri terdapat beberapa bagian-bagian yang harus dirancang untuk terbangunnnya sebuah database dengan sempurna, yaitu tabel, relationship, dan query. Siswa SMK Swasta Nasional Kisaran salah satu sasaran yang dianggap tepat untuk memahami dan mempraktekan ilmu pengetahuan tentang database, karena pengetahuan tersebut dapat mereka implementasikan langsung pada dunia kerja mereka nantinya, tentunya pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan dunia teknologi informasi, khususnya membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Harapan kedepannya adalah masyarakat mampu memilih pemimpin yang dapat menjadi contoh baik dalam setiap tindakan dan perkataannnya. Untuk itu selain membahas masalah kepemimpinan Universitas asahan juga bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum – Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia untuk memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum, apa yang harus dilakukan masyarakat apabila tersangkut permasalahan hukum di lingkungannya, mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dalam mentaati hukum tersebut. Abstract: The application form of a series of educational theories that have been studied on campus will certainly be more useful if the theories of science are shared for the community. This activity is called our devotion to the community. As an academic both lecturers and students should be able to work together in realizing Tri Darma college where we share and gain knowledge. Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The greatest hope of the community in the village between no longer taboo on legal issues, the villagers between daring to face the legal problems they face, the villagers between able to choose the right leader to lead their area.

Abstract:This study aims to apply the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method as a decision support tool in determining the eligibility of education grant recipients in North Sumatra Province. The background of this research arises…
from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

This research aims to develop a web-based Mosque Management Information System (SIMMAS) that integrates the management of ZISWAF (zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf), qurban, inventory, activity information, and digital payments via QRIS. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, the system was designed to be developed quickly and in alignment with user needs. The evaluation was conducted using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) approach, involving 60 respondents comprising mosque administrators and congregants. The results show that all SIMMAS services received CSI scores above 85%, indicating a high level of user satisfaction, particularly with the religious lecture scheduling feature. Nevertheless, there remains room for improvement, especially in the responsiveness and empathy aspects of financial and inventory services. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the continued development of SIMMAS to become more effective, efficient, and digitally integrated in mosque management.

Abstrak: Masjid merupakan tempat ibadah, pusat aktivitas sosial dan ekonomi umat Islam, namun dalam proses pengelolaan kegiatannya, pengurus dkm kerap menghadapi tantangan terkait efisiensi, integrasi, dan transparansi informasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Masjid (SIMMAS) berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pengelolaan ZISWAF, qurban, inventaris barang, informasi kegiatan, serta pembayaran digital melalui QRIS. Dengan menerapkan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), sistem ini dirancang agar dapat dikembangkan secara cepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), yang melibatkan 60 responden dari kalangan pengurus dan jamaah masjid. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh layanan SIMMAS memperoleh nilai CSI di atas 85%, mencerminkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, khususnya pada fitur jadwal kajian. Meski demikian, masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan, terutama pada aspek responsivitas dan empati dalam layanan keuangan dan pengelolaan inventaris. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan berkelanjutan SIMMAS dalam mendukung tata kelola masjid yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan berbasis digital.

Detection is performed using the Viola-Jones Cascade Classifier method through the vision.CascadeObjectDetector function. Key parameters that were adjusted include the MergeThreshold (ranging from 4 to 50 depending on the feature) and MinSize (based on estimated feature size within the frame). However, this study does not include tuning of other parameters such as FalseAlarmRate, which constitutes a limitation of the employed method. The adjustment of these parameters proved significant in improving detection accuracy and robustness under varying lighting conditions. Nevertheless, the system still encounters difficulties in detecting facial features in the presence of occlusion. This study also has the potential to serve as a foundation for further developments in face recognition, emotion detection, or biometric authentication.

Abstrak: Deteksi wajah merupakan tantangan dalam visi komputer karena dipengaruhi oleh kondisi nyata seperti pencahayaan tidak merata, sudut pandang, jarak, dan obstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji aplikasi deteksi fitur wajah secara real-time (wajah, mata, hidung, dan mulut) menggunakan MATLAB dan kamera webcam. Deteksi dilakukan dengan metode Viola-Jones Cascade Classifier melalui fungsi vision.CascadeObjectDetector. Parameter penting yang disesuaikan adalah MergeThreshold (antara 4 hingga 50 tergantung fitur), MinSize (mengikuti estimasi ukuran fitur dalam frame). Namun, penelitian ini tidak mencakup penyesuaian parameter lain seperti FalseAlarmRate, yang menjadi salah satu keterbatasan metode yang digunakan. Penyesuaian parameter ini terbukti signifikan dalam meningkatkan akurasi deteksi dan ketahanan terhadap variasi kondisi pencahayaan. Namun, sistem masih mengalami kesulitan mendeteksi fitur wajah jika terjadi obstruksi. Penelitian ini juga berpotensi menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam face recognition, emotion detection, atau biometric authentication.

Flutter, serving as an SDK for mobile app development, brings superior capabilities in cross-platform application development. The development of a mobile application for Fruit Garden Tourism Information System in Sidoarjo using Flutter aims to facilitate the search for fruit garden tourism spots based on user preferences and provide detailed information about those locations. The objective is to assist the community in discovering and enjoying fruit garden tourism in Sidoarjo. In the testing process, the black-box method is utilized to identify system weaknesses, validate the congruence of executed data with inputs, and prevent potential deficiencies and errors in the application before user deployment. In the testing process, the application has successfully passed tests for its interface and all provided features with success.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggambarkan pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam menghasilkan informasi yang relevan, akurat, dan waktu tepat sebagai dasar pengetahuan strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi, sebagai perangkat lunak, memiliki peran vital dalam menyajikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, berlandaskan pada data masukan yang diberikan. Flutter, sebagai SDK untuk pembuatan aplikasi mobile, menghadirkan kemampuan unggul dalam pengembangan aplikasi lintas platform. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk Sistem Informasi Wisata Kebun Buah di Sidoarjo menggunakan Flutter bertujuan memudahkan pencarian tempat wisata kebun buah sesuai preferensi pengguna dan menyediakan informasi yang terperinci tentang lokasi tersebut. Tujuannya adalah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam menemukan dan menikmati wisata kebun buah di Sidoarjo. Dalam proses pengujian, metode black box digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem, memvalidasi kesesuaian data yang dieksekusi dengan yang dimasukkan, serta mencegah potensi kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam aplikasi sebelum digunakan oleh pengguna. Pada proses pengujian, aplikasi telah berhasil melewati pengujian untuk aspek tampilan dan seluruh fitur yang disediakan dengan sukses.

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which management manages the processes of managing and evaluating IT performance, Internal Control, External Requirements, and IT Governance. Capability and maturity level measurements were carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework. The results obtained were that the capability level and maturity level values in the MEA 01 objective domain were 2.17 with a percentage of 41% categorized Partially, the MEA 02 objective domain obtained a value of 1 .97 with a percentage of 36% and entered the Partially category, the objective domain MEA 03 obtained a value of 2.11 with a percentage of 36% and entered the Partially category, the objective domain MEA 04 obtained a value of 1.75 with a percentage of 38% and entered the Partially category. Each process domain that is in it produces a gap level value or GAP value for each of the selected objective domains based on factor design. Domain MEA 01 got a score of 1.83, domain MEA 02 got a score of 2.03, domain MEA 03 got a score of 1.89, and domain MEA 04 got a score of 2.25 out of the expected maximum value of 4.00. Thus it can be concluded that the management and process evaluation of management is lacking and does not match existing targets or standards. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa bahwa Nilai capability level dan maturity level pada domain obyektif MEA 01 adalah 2,17 dengan presntase 41% dikategorikan Partially, domain obyektif MEA 02 memperoleh nilai 1,97 dengan presentase 36% dan masuk kategori Partially, domain obyektif MEA 03 memperoleh nilai 2,11 dengan presentase 36% dan masuk kategori Partially, domain obyektif MEA 04 memperoleh nilai 1,75 dengan presentase 38% dan masuk kategori Partially. Setiap domain proses yang ada didalamnya menghasilkan nilai tingkat kesenjangan atau nilai GAP masing-masing dari setiap domain obyektif yang terpilih berdasarkan desain faktor. The large number of employees and teachers in Islamic boarding schools, junior high schools and senior high schools creates difficulties in the staffing division for management. The management method that is currently running in the personnel department is deemed insufficient, because the existing information technology to support their work has not yet functioned optimally to support the strategy. The zachman framework is chosen so that planning is carried out in strategic steps, easy to understand and can be a control for future information system development. The results of this research are in the form of a blueprint for the system design which is mapped in the form of a Zachman matrix from the perspective of the Planner and Owner.

Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner.

titutional quality. Selection of foundation scholarships in the form of doctoral education currently has problems in choosing prospective lecturers. In the selection of doctoral scholarships for potential lecturers, there is still subjectivity in their selection manually. As a supporting medium in determining the selection of potential lecturers to obtain doctoral education foundation scholarships and testing the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method to provide scholarship recommendations for prospective lecturers. The selection process uses the SMART method because this method is able to solve multi-criteria problems from the foundation, in this case the Chancellor of the Indonesian Community Development University. Furthermore, the criteria are processed using an application built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to test these criteria. From the application built, it can be concluded that Yuanita, M.Si with a score of 0.7342 and Khairuddin Tampubolon, M.Si with a score of 0.6311 are entitled to get a doctoral education scholarship from the foundation. Abstrak: Peran dosen di perguruan tinggi adalah salah satu bagian paling berpengaruh dari kualitas mahasiswa yang dihasilkan. Kualifikasi pendidikan dosen juga merupakan aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. Pemilihan beasiswa yayasan dalam bentuk pendidikan doktor saat ini memiliki masalah dalam memilih calon dosen. Dalam pemilihan beasiswa pendidikan doktoral untuk dosen potensial masih ada subjektivitas serta dalam seleksi mereka secara manual. Sebagai media pendukung dalam menentukan seleksi dosen potensial untuk memperoleh beasiswa yayasan pendidikan doktoral dan menguji metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) untuk memberikan rekomendasi beasiswa bagi calon dosen. Untuk proses seleksi menggunakan metode SMART karena metode ini mampu menyelesaikan masalah multi-kriteria dari yayasan dalam hal ini Rektor Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia. Selanjutnya, kriteria diproses menggunakan aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan mysql untuk menguji kriteria ini. Dari aplikasi yang dibangun dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Yuanita, M.Si dengan nilai 0,7342 dan Khairuddin Tampubolon, M.Si dengan nilai 0,6311 berhak mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan doctoral dari yayasan. Kemudian keputusan subyektif dan terkomputerisasi dapat diperoleh dalam penelitian ini.
