Walaupun hasil survey menunjukan angka sangat baik namun masih perlu dilakukan pembenahan seperti kurang maksimalnya sarana penyejuk ruangan dan kurang terjaganya kebersihan kamar mandi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat saat mendapatkan pelayanan di kantor P4MI kota Tangerang.

he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pasar Palanro memiliki peran yang begitu penting dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup sehari- hari masyarakat sekitar maupun masyarakat yang dari luar Kelurahan Palanro dan dari Luar Kecamatan Mallusetasi. Mereka berpandangan dengan adanya pasar Palanro akan lebih mudah memperoleh barang kebutuhan sehari- hari tanpa harus ke tempat lain untuk membelinya (2) Pasar Palanro memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat pertemuan dan interaksi, sebagai pusat barang dan jasa, dan sebagai tempat pembauran (3) Keberadaan pasar Palanro telah berimplikasi terhadap masyarakat. koh penting dalam kritik hadis kontemporer adalah Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode kritik hadis perspektif Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka atau literatur review. Sumber data utama adalah karya-karya Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail, khususnya "Kaedah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis" dan "Metodologi Penelitian Hadis Nabi". Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran dan penelaahan sumber literatur terkait, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif-analitis dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Syuhudi Ismail memperkenalkan metode rawi pertama (al-rawi al-awwal) yang fokus pada kritik sanad berbasis kredibilitas perawi pertama, yaitu sahabat Nabi. Dalam kritik matan, ia menekankan analisis makna secara kontekstual dengan mempertimbangkan latar situasi dan fungsi Nabi. Metode Syuhudi Ismail dinilai lebih sistematis, objektif, dan proporsional dibanding metode klasik. Namun, metodenya juga dianggap terlalu berfokus pada sahabat dan kurang teliti dalam kritik matan. Meski demikian, model kritik hadis Syuhudi Ismail tetap memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan studi hadis di Indonesia dan patut dipertimbangkan dalam upaya pemurnian hadis di era kontemporer.
