Abstract:This study aims to examine emotion regulation strategies from the perspective of Hadith and their relevance to contemporary psychology. The main focus of this research is on three Hadiths that provide guidance on managing…
g emotions, particularly anger: Hadith Abu Dawud no. 4150 on reciting ta'awudz when angry, Hadith Abu Dawud no. 4151 on changing body posture when angry, and Hadith Isnad Shahih no. 9630 on the prohibition of anger. These three Hadiths teach techniques that can help individuals manage their emotions effectively, such as seeking protection from Allah, changing physical conditions to relieve tension, and restraining from anger. From the perspective of contemporary psychology, these strategies resemble emotion regulation approaches found in theories such as cognitive reappraisal and emotion regulation strategies, which aim to change perception or physiological responses to negative emotions. This research also reveals how teachings in the Hadith can be used as a foundation to understand emotion regulation more holistically, integrating both spiritual and psychological dimensions. Through this understanding, the study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic teachings with contemporary psychological principles to create a more comprehensive approach to managing human emotions, particularly anger, in the modern world.

ctivity are crucial elements for the success and sustainability of organizations amidst intense business competition and dynamic changes in the work environment, including adaptation to work models such as Work From Home (WFH). This article uses a qualitative literature study method on articles/journals covering various key variables such as organizational/work culture, work environment, compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workload, work discipline, work stress, and work-life balance. The results of the analysis indicate a complex and interrelated relationship between these variables. A conducive work environment and job satisfaction often act as important mediators in this relationship. However, the influence of variables such as compensation, workload, and work discipline show varying results depending on the organizational context and individual characteristics. This study underlines the importance of a holistic and integrated human resource management approach to optimize employee performance and productivity. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed.

The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.
Abstract:This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on work productivity dynamics at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. Transformational leadership, which emphasizes inspiration, intellectual stimulation,…
timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

Abstract:Social media has transformed the global communication landscape and has become a vital instrument in increasing awareness and public participation on various environmental issues. This study aims to analyze the role and…
impact of social media in encouraging public engagement in environmental movements, both at the local and global levels. Using a qualitative approach with a combination of systematic literature analysis and multiple case studies, this research examines how social media platforms facilitate the dissemination of environmental information, promote collective action, and create spaces for discussions on environmental sustainability. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in mobilizing individuals to take concrete actions on environmental issues through three main mechanisms: (1) democratization of environmental information, (2) facilitation of the formation of environmental communities, and (3) acceleration of collective responses to urgent environmental issues. However, the study also identifies critical challenges, including the spread of false information, digital divide, and slacktivism phenomena that may hinder the effectiveness of digital environmental campaigns. Further analysis reveals that the effectiveness of social media use in environmental campaigns heavily depends on content strategies, timing, and the involvement of environmental influencers. The study also finds a positive correlation between the intensity of social media usage for environmental purposes and the level of public awareness and active involvement in environmental preservation. Additionally, the research highlights the significant role of social media as a catalyst for pro-environmental behavior among younger generations. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective environmental communication strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in the context of environmental activism. The study recommends combining social media power with concrete actions to achieve optimal impact in addressing environmental challenges.
