r of immunization patients continues to increase daily, so authorities still need a long time to collect information in their registration systems. It is very long and has a significant impact on the performance of healthcare workers. This study aims to redesign the immunization information system to help manage medical records and maintain the quality of health care services. The design of the developed immunization system may include information on the processing and reporting of immunization data in hospitals to enable medical staff to report results to immunization services quickly and accurately. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and literature review from studies of researchers and practitioners. The system development method adopts the waterfall method. This study's results indicate that technology is an appropriate method to more efficiently support data processing and reporting when valid data are available.

Abstrak: Rekam medis dikelola sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk menciptakan informasi yang harus dipelihara dan disimpan dengan baik sehingga informasi tersebut dapat dengan mudah diakses pada saat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fakta bahwa petugas masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam kegiatan pelaporan, karena jumlah pasien yang imunisasi terus bertambah setiap harinya. Waktu yang dibutuhkan cukup lama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain ulang sistem informasi imunisasi untuk membantu pengelolaan pelaporan medis sebagai upaya menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Rancangan sistem imunisasi yang dikembangkan dapat mencakup informasi pengolahan dan pelaporan data imunisasi di rumah sakit agar tenaga medis dapat melaporkan hasil secara cepat dan akurat kepada layanan imunisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur hasil penelitian peneliti dan praktisi. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi merupakan cara yang cukup untuk mendukung pekerjaan pengolahan data dan pelaporan secara lebih efisien ketika tersedia data yang valid.

SiKeMas is a system that has the goal of providing convenience in facilitating various DKM needs in managing financial flows, as well as informing DKM about the management of financial flow data. The research method used is the Object Oriented approach with various tools the design uses the UML. The system development is carried out using the prototype method. The results of this research are an application based on Desktop Client-Server with JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 and MySQL DBMS.

Dalam mengelola aliran keuangan saat ini, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual yang konvensional. Sistem seperti itu menimbulkan masalah, antara lain dokumentasi donatur, perhitungan zakat yang harus dibayarkan jamaah tidak sesuai prosedur. Hal ini membuat pengelolaan dan pencatatan arus kas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien serta membuat pengelolaan DKM Bendahara menjadi terbatas. SiKeMas merupakan sistem yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memfasilitasi berbagai kebutuhan DKM dalam mengelola aliran keuangan, serta menginformasikan kepada DKM tentang pengelolaan data aliran keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Object Oriented dengan berbagai tools perancangan menggunakan UML. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis Desktop Client-Server dengan JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 dan MySQL DBMS.

Salah satu program pemerintah yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah KUBE. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. Currently, the Asahan district red cross has a blood donation stock of ± 100/360 cc per bag. The purpose of designing a blood group type reader is to increase the certainty of blood types that are tested by experts or medical workers from PMI Asahan, according to the testing of the tool design. This study used a qualitative type of method, namely data taken in the form of data on the condition of the blood when rhesus fluid was given, so that the data will be calibrated with the test results so that the right test results can be decided. The results of testing the device design with blood and fluids, found that blood group A+ got an LDR value of 19.5 and 4 with a bina-ry condition of 101, while for blood group B+ got an LDR value of 19, 4 and 4 with a bi-nary condition of 011, blood group AB+ got a value LDR 19, 3 and 4 with binary condi-tion 111, blood type O+ found LDR values 19, 2 and 4 with binary condition 001. Mean-while for basic conditions, or not detecting blood type, LDR conditions 20, <=4, <=4 and binary value is 000. After testing, all results of testing the design of the tool are in full ac-cordance with the results of the conclusions of the PMI Asahan medical personnel about the type of blood group

Abstrak: Palang Merah Indonesia atau disingkat PMI, merupakan salah satu organisasi di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang kemanusiaan. PMI memiliki cabang di seluruh kota di Indonesia seperti palang merah di kabupaten asahan. Saat ini palang merah kabupaten asahan memiliki stok sumbangan darah ± 100/360 cc setiap kantong. Tujuan dirancang nya alat pembaca jenis golongan darah untuk menambah kepastian jenis darah yang diuji tenaga ahli atau medis PMI Asahan, sesuai dengan pengujian dari rancangan alat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif, yaitu data yang diambil berupa data kondisi darah ketika dikasi cairan resus, sehingga data tersebut akan dikalibrasi dengan hasil pengujian sehingga memutuskan hasil pengujian tepat. Hasil pengujian rancangan alat dengan darah dan cairan, mendapati bahwa untuk golongan darah A+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 5 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 101, sementara untuk golongan darah B+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 4 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 011, golongan darah AB+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 3 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 111, golongan darah O+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 2 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 001. Sementara untuk kondisi dasar, atau tidak mendeteksi golongan darah, kondisi LDR 20, <=4, <= 4 dan nilai biner 000. Setelah dilakukannya pengujian, maka disimpulkan seluruh hasil pengujian rancangan alat sepenuhnya sesuai dengan hasil kesimpulan tenaga medis PMI Asahan tentang jenis golongan darah.

Abstrak: Gangguan saluran merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kelainan pada sistem pencernaan. Gangguan ini dipicu oleh makanan atau kondisi fisik seseorang. Gangguan pencernaan ini tidak bisa dilakukan diagnosa dengan cepat, tetapi sebagian besar terjadi pada sistem pencernaan. Dikarenakan pengetahuan yang akan diduga sebagai penyakit masih kurang, maka dibutuhkan tenaga ahli atau dokter untuk mendiagnosis gangguan pencernaan. Tujuannya untuk membantu menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit yang dialami pasien berdasarkan gejala yang dialami. Data penelitian diolah berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Data pasien menggunakan metode Certainty Factor atau nilai kepastian penyakit. Metode Certainty Factor ini merupakan sistem yang mampu berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuha serta menghasilkan persentase akurasi hasil yang tinggi. Tahapan perancangan sistem diimplementasikan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor dan database My SQL. Hasil diagnosa dengan metode ini menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap penyakit pasien. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan sudah dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang diagnosa penyakit dan membantu pasien serta tenaga medis dalam mengetahui kondisi penyakit yang sedang dialami.

The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.

Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.

This research aims to provide benefits to the community, sellers, and couriers to make it easier to shop for daily necessities such as fruits, vegetables, and other necessities, and also to help reduce the unemployment rate of the community by becoming a courier for delivery orders. The design of the E-Grocery system uses the agile method, with the software modeling language using UML. The result of this research is the E-grocery application, an android-based mobile application. Kota Batam sendiri, khususnya daerah Tiban, mayoritas masyarakatnya adalah pekerja, dengan kesibukan dari pagi sampai sore bahkan tak jarang hingga malam hari, membuat masyarakat memiliki sedikit waktu untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari – hari ke pasar. Saat ini, E-grocery mulai banyak bermunculan memungkinkan orang-orang untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-sehari secara online. E-grocery menyediakan berbagai macam pelayanan, layanan pesan antar, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi kepada pengguna. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery secara signifikan memberikan sejumlah kelebihan operasional seperti pemrosesan data menjadi lebih mudah ditelusuri, dapat membangun hubungan personal dengan pelanggan dan kurir sehingga menjadi lebih dekat. Hal ini merupakan daya saing perusahaan dalam menjual kebutuhan sehari – hari mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberi kemanfaatan kepada masyarakat, penjual dan kurir untuk mempermudah dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari - hari seperti buah - buahan, sayur mayur, serta kebutuhan lainnya, juga membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran masyarakat dengan menjadi kurir pengantaran pesanan. Dari pembuatan sistem dapat dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengendalikan permintaan yang optimal dan ekonomis dan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta dapat memprediksi jumlah permintaan produk elekronik pada periode yang akan datang di Toko Elektronik Santi sehingga hasil prakiraan peramalan tersebut dapat membantu usaha dagang agar tidak terjadi kehabisan stok permintaan produk elektronik pada Toko Elektronik Santi.
