STRENGTHENING CHARACTER THROUGH THE 7 HABITS OF GREAT INDONESIAN CHILDREN.

Abstract: Character building is a key focus of elementary education, aimed at developing students with noble character, independence, and responsibility. One approach is to implement the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children, encompassing… mpassing religiousness, discipline, honesty, responsibility, caring, hard work, and love for the homeland. This study aims to analyze the role and implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in strengthening the character of elementary school students. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that consistent and integrated implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in learning activities, daily routines, and school culture can improve students' attitudes of discipline, responsibility, honesty, social awareness, and religiosity. Furthermore, teacher involvement and support from the school environment are crucial factors in the success of character building. Therefore, the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children can be an effective strategy for building positive character in students sustainably.

EXPLORING CUSTOMER VALUE IN NON APPAREL TEXTILE SMES: THE ROLE OF BUSINESS STRATEGY

Abstract: This study explores the relationship between business strategy, business performance, innovation, and competitive advantage and their impact on customer value for non-apparel textile SMEs in Indonesia. Using Structure Equational… uational Modeling (SEM), it aims to understand how business strategy affects business performance and innovation and how business performance and innovation mediate the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage. In addition, it investigates the role of competitive advantage as a mediator in increasing customer value.The results show that business strategy has a significant impact on business performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. Competitive advantage proved to be an important mediator in improving customer value. However, business performance and innovation are not always effective in mediating the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage or customer value. The findings indicate that while business performance and innovation are important, they should be viewed as part of a more holistic approach to business strategy.This research concludes that companies should focus on strategies that integrate competitive advantage through various elements, such as innovation, product quality, and marketing. Good strategic planning and effective implementation are key to achieving and maintaining competitive advantage and increasing customer value. The findings provide important insights into the need for a holistic strategic approach to achieve long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.

DEVELOPMENT OF DISCOVERY LEARNING LEARNING MODEL WITH THINK, TALK, WRITE STRATEGY IN IMPROVING NARRATIVE TEXT WRITING SKILLS OF GRADE V STUDENTS AT UPT SDN 16 BANGKALA, JENEPONTO REGENCY

Abstract: This research aims to develop a Discovery Learning learning model with the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) strategy to improve the application of narrative text writing learning in grade V students at UPT SDN 16 Bangkala, Jeneponto… onto Regency. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting a 4D development model which includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research instruments consisted of expert validation sheets, observations, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, and writing ability tests. The results of expert validation showed that the developed learning model was in the very feasible category, with a feasibility score of 92%. The practicality test also showed high results, namely 91% of teachers and 89% of students, which indicates that this learning model is easy to understand, easy to apply, and encourages active involvement of students in the learning process. Descriptively, the results of the pre-test and post-test illustrate a change in students' ability to write narrative texts, from an initial average score of 62.50 to 82.30 after the application of the developed learning model. Thus, this study concludes that the Discovery Learning learning model with the Think, Talk, Write strategy is feasible, practical, and has the potential to support the improvement of the writing skills of elementary school students. This model is recommended to be implemented more widely in Indonesian language learning, especially in narrative writing skills, and can be used as a reference for the development of literacy learning at the elementary education level.

DECENTRALIZATION AND TOURISM DEVELOPMENT: COMPARING PUBLIC ADMIISTRATION STRATEGIES FOR TOURISM IN PADANG CITY AND BUKITTINGGI CITY

Abstract: This research examines how decentralization policy in Indonesia shapes public administration strategies in tourism destination development across two major cities in West Sumatera: Padang City and Bukittinggi City, which… possess distinct geographical characteristics, governmental structures, and fiscal capacities. Through a comparative literature study finds that Padang City adopts a coastal modernization strategy oriented toward infrastructure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions), whereas Bukittinggi City develops a heritage conservation and community based governance approach. Decentralizations demonstrates a characteristics of asymmetrical governance, where fiscal capacity and geographical context significantly determine the local government’s ability to formulate tourism strategies. This study contributes to the theory of destination governance and decentralizations by ooffering the perspective that regional autonomy does not automatically enhance policy effectiveness: rather, it must be supported by institutional capacity, collaboration, and policy fit with the unique characteristics of the tourist destination.

DEVELOPMENT OF A B2B MARKET PENETRATION STRATEGY FOR ANTARES EAZY CCTV PRODUCTS AT PT TELKOM INDONESIA

Abstract: The CCTV industry continues to grow rapidly and is projected to reach a global market value of USD 75 billion by 2025. Amid strong competition from international players such as Hikvision and Dahua, PT Telkom Indonesia seeks… eeks to strengthen the position of its Antares Eazy CCTV product in the B2B market. This study analyzes the determinants of Purchase Intention toward Antares Eazy using the PLS-SEM approach, focusing on Service Quality, product quality, Pricing, Trust, and Brand Awareness as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 47 companies that use or potentially use CCTV solutions. The findings demonstrate that Service Quality, product quality, and Pricing exert significant effects on Trust, which subsequently influences Purchase Intention. Brand Awareness reinforces this relationship. The findings highlight the need for improved after-sales service, product enhancement, and more competitive Pricing strategies to strengthen Antares Eazy’s competitiveness in the B2B CCTV market.

INDONESIAN TEACHER TEACHING STRATEGY IN LEARNING SPEAKING SKILLS OF MA MUHAMMADIYAH PALLEKO STUDENTS OF TAKALAR REGENCY

Abstract: This study aims to describe the teaching strategy of Indonesian teachers in learning speaking skills of MA Muhammadiyah Palleko students in Takalar Regency. The focus of the research is directed at the types of strategies… s used by teachers, their application in learning activities, and factors that affect the effectiveness of learning speaking skills. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that teachers used several learning strategies, namely communicative strategies, group discussions, presentations, questions and answers, and role plays. The strategy is applied to increase students' speaking courage, ability to convey ideas, and their involvement in the learning process. However, the effectiveness of the strategy is still influenced by several obstacles, such as low student confidence, limited learning media, and suboptimal feedback by teachers. This study concludes that the teaching strategy of Indonesian teachers has been able to support the improvement of students' speaking skills, but still requires continuous innovation, especially in media development, strengthening motivation, and providing opportunities for wider speaking practice.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the deep learning approach  in Indonesian language learning and its impact on the development of critical and reflective thinking skills of high school students in several… al schools in Makassar City. The deep learning approach  is seen as an innovative learning strategy that emphasizes high-level thinking processes, active engagement, and deep reflection on teaching materials. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation of learning activities, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning outcome documents. The results of the study show that the application  of the deep learning approach  contributes positively to improving the quality of learning interactions and students' metacognitive awareness. Students show high ability to identify problems, analyze arguments, draw logical conclusions, and reflect on the learning process. Deep learning-based learning  also strengthens collaborative interaction patterns in the classroom and encourages students' intellectual independence. Thus, the deep learning approach is  relevant to be applied in Indonesian language learning in high school to foster critical, reflective, and literacy skills in accordance with the demands of 21st century education.

PUTREN VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR IMPROVING THE VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT INDEX (IDM) STATUS

With this IDM score, Putren Villageis classified as a developing village because it has not yetoptimized its Economic Resilience Index and Environmental Resilience Index.This study aims to formulate a development strategy for Putren Villagetowards becoming an independent village based on the IDM. The analysis method applied inthis study is descriptive qualitative through content analysis. Thedata collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysisshow that the development strategy for Putren Village towards becoming an independentvillage based on IDM criteria and community expectations is directed at the developmentand repair of village roads, the provision of integrated drainage, the formation of BUMDesand the improvement of the competence of the community

COLLABORATION IN COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT INNOVATION FOR ACCELERATING SUSTAINABLE VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT IN SERANG DISTRICT

Abstract: Serang Regency has 326 villages with great agricultural, industrial, and coastal potential, but still faces north-south regional disparities, 18% stunting, and low digital literacy and female participation in the economy.… . This study examines the effectiveness of innovative pentahelix-based collaboration as a strategy for accelerating sustainable village development in Serang Regency within the framework of the Village SDGs and the 2025-2045 RPJPD vision. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the forms and mechanisms of pentahelix collaboration, (2) to evaluate its impact on improving the Village Development Index and achieving Village SDGs, and (3) to formulate concrete policy recommendations for the Serang Regency Government. The benefits of this study include operational guidelines for regional policy makers, replication of the model in similar areas in Banten, and contribution to the national target of independent villages towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a systematic literature review and secondary document analysis. The results show that pentahelix collaboration has succeeded in increasing the average IDM by 18.71%, reducing village poverty by 4.08%, and strengthening the circular economy. Recommendations include allocating 15% of Village Funds for digital platforms and forming a district pentahelix task force.
