e (PKM). This activity aims to improve digital literacy and pedagogical technology competence of students as prospective educators in the digital era. The implementation method involved 3rd and 5th semester students through two intensive training sessions that included concept presentations, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice in creating link platform-based learning media such as Google Sites, Canva, and simple Learning Management Systems (LMS). Evaluation results show that this training successfully improved students' understanding of technology concepts and applications in learning. There was an increase in practical skills in managing digital content, creating interactive media, and integrating multimedia in one easily accessible platform. Students also demonstrated new awareness about the importance of digital literacy and ethics in using online content. Additionally, a commitment emerged to apply these skills in future teaching practices. It is concluded that this hands-on practice-based training is effective in strengthening students' pedagogical technology competencies while also contributing positively to developing the quality of prospective educators at STIT Padang Lawas Gunung Tua. Similar sustainable activities with intensive mentoring are recommended to strengthen impact and build a sustainable digital learning ecosystem.

This study addresses this gap by examining the integration of AI-assisted learning and Qur’anic tahsin development as a holistic model of teacher competency enhancement. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 200206 Padangsidimpuan, involving elementary school teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers, school leadership, and facilitators of AI and tahsin training programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using an interactive analytical model with methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that the use of AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Gamma, and Canva AI—significantly improves instructional effectiveness and strengthens teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. Furthermore, AI-integrated Qur’anic tahsin training, particularly in makhārij al-ḥurūf and tajwīd, enhances teachers’ Qur’anic recitation quality while reinforcing their religious and personal competencies. This study contributes a value-based, integrative framework for teacher professional development that bridges digital innovation and Islamic educational values. Despite its potential, the model faces challenges related to digital literacy disparities, infrastructural readiness, and the need for sustained mentoring. The study advances scholarly discourse on ethically grounded AI integration in elementary education.

a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research informants were selected using purposive sampling, consisting of individuals who were considered knowledgeable and directly involved in the issues under investigation, including the Production Coordinator, Maintenance Division, Laboratory Officer of Zone 1, Assistant Manager of Secretariat and Public Relations, and the Accounting and Budgeting Officer. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation by applying data source triangulation to ensure data validity. The results indicate that the management of water production residues has been carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); however, its effectiveness remains limited due to constraints in budget allocation, facilities, and waste treatment technology. In terms of environmental accounting implementation, the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of environmental costs have not been optimally integrated, as environmental costs are still recorded within general operational budgets without specific classification and detailed reporting. This condition reflects existing challenges in linking waste management practices with environmental accounting records. The main obstacles include limited technological capacity, insufficient human resources with expertise in environmental accounting, and the absence of specific regulations governing environmental cost recording. Therefore, clearer regulatory support, dedicated budget allocation, improved waste treatment technology, and employee training are required to ensure a more effective and sustainable implementation of environmental accounting.

Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study design, the research was conducted at UPTD SD Negeri 33 Bangai. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis of teaching modules and worksheets. The subjects were selected via purposive sampling, and data were analyzed using the interactive model of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that AI-assisted smart teaching training effectively shifts teachers from passive technology users to active pedagogical designers. Findings reveal a paradigm shift where teachers perceive AI as "augmenting intelligence" that strengthens rather than replaces their professional role. The instructional tools produced post-training showed significant improvements in systematic alignment and the integration of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Grounded in adult learning and experiential learning theories, this practice-based model fosters greater learning autonomy and reflective practice. This study contributes empirical evidence for the primary education context, suggesting that human-centered and pedagogically-driven AI integration is a vital strategy for teacher professional development in the digital era.

The subjects were elementary school teachers who participated in the deep learning training. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques.
The results of the study indicate that immersive learning training improved teachers' conceptual understanding and practical skills in developing immersive learning-based teaching materials. Teachers began designing lessons oriented toward conceptual understanding, active student engagement, and reflection on learning. These findings indicate that practice-based training is effective in supporting the implementation of immersive learning in elementary schools. This study recommends the need for ongoing training and implementation support to ensure the sustainability of immersive learning in the classroom.

In this context, university students are required to possess adequate digital literacy, particularly in software- and spatial-analysis-based courses such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), which is a key course in the Environmental Engineering curriculum. This study aimed to analyze the effect of digital literacy on students’ learning outcomes in a GIS course offered in the Environmental Engineering Study Program at Universitas Hamzanwadi. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. The population consisted of students enrolled in the GIS course in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, and all 44 students were taken as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Digital literacy was measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) covering technical skills, information search and evaluation, information management, online communication and collaboration, and ethical use of digital media, while learning outcomes were obtained from the final course grades.
The data analysis showed that the mean score of students’ digital literacy was 3.6 (moderately high), with a standard deviation of 0.45, whereas the mean GIS course grade was 78.5 with a standard deviation of 6.8. Pearson correlation analysis indicated a positive and significant relationship between digital literacy and learning outcomes (r = 0.62; p < 0.01). Simple linear regression further revealed that digital literacy accounted for approximately 38% of the variance in learning outcomes (R² = 0.38), with the regression equation Ŷ = 52.3 + 7.3X. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening students’ digital literacy in GIS instruction through training, project-based assignments, and the optimal utilization of Learning Management Systems.

The results show that MSME actors experienced improvements in transaction recording accuracy, inventory control, and accessibility of sales reports. The implementation of the Sales Master application positively impacts operational efficiency and supports the independence of local MSMEs.

service project aims to implement the normative role of family business ethics in integrating financial reporting at the Herly MSME Store in Ambon City. The method used was Participatory Action Research through interviews, group discussions, training, and mentoring. The activity focused on internalizing family business ethics values and implementing a simplified financial reporting system based on the Indonesian MSME Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). The results demonstrated increased understanding, skills, and changes in attitudes toward financial transparency and accountability. The integration of family business ethics has been shown to support more structured and sustainable financial reporting.

The program was implemented through counseling, training, and direct mentoring focusing on daily transaction recording, cash flow management, production cost calculation, and the preparation of simple profit and loss statements. The results indicate a significant improvement in the partner’s financial management practices, including more systematic bookkeeping, clearer separation of personal and business finances, more accurate cost calculations, and better monitoring of business performance.
Overall, the program contributed positively to enhancing financial control, financial stability, and business sustainability of the micro-enterprise. These findings demonstrate that simple and practical financial management assistance can effectively strengthen the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprises.

Many MSMEs do not maintain proper transaction records, mix personal and business finances, and lack formal financial reports required for financing applications.This community service program aims to provide education and mentoring on simple financial statement preparation to improve financial literacy and financing readiness of MSMEs. The activities were carried out through socialization, basic accounting training, intensive mentoring on transaction recording, preparation of financial statements, and financing application simulations. The program was conducted for one month targeting Warung Rindu Malam MSME located in Poka Village, Ambon City.The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in financial recording and preparation of income statements, simple balance sheets, and cash flow statements. The targeted MSME successfully produced organized financial documents that are ready to be used for financing applications. This program is expected to encourage more professional and sustainable MSME financial management.
