and documentation. The informants in this study consist of five individuals with different occupational backgrounds. The findings show that: (1) The local government’s strategy for developing tourism in North Galesong focuses on infrastructure development, digital promotion, and community empowerment through Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) training. Although there are still challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient promotion, and uneven mentoring, this strategy demonstrates the government’s commitment to achieving sustainable tourism. However, more systematic planning, technological support, and active community participation are needed to enhance tourism attractiveness. (2) The process of formulating the tourism development strategy begins with identifying obstacles such as limited funding and human resources, which are addressed through collaboration among the government, community, academics, and private sector. Strategic priorities are determined by considering economic factors, local culture, and environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the community is empowered through Pokdarwis and supported by village funds, culminating in the implementation of a pentahelix collaboration model to ensure that the strategy is well-directed, participatory, and sustainable.
Abstract:This study aims to implement the work ethics of government employees in providing public services in Tamalate District based on Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. This study uses a qualitative method with…
a case study approach in administrative services in Tamalate District. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with government employees and service users, direct observation of the service process, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that the work ethics of government employees in providing public services is still not optimal. Some employees exhibit unprofessional behavior, such as slow service delivery, lack of empathy towards the public, and low transparency in the service process. However, there are also employees who demonstrate positive behavior, such as providing clear and accurate information, and praying friendly and patient in serving the public. This study concludes that improving the work ethics of government employees is essential through public service ethics training programs, strict supervision, and regular evaluation and monitoring of employee performance. This effort is crucial to ensure public services meet the standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of public services in Tamalate District and serve as a reference for similar research in the future.

tem. Conducted over 30 days (June 17 - July 17, 2025) using a Participatory Action Research approach, the activities encompassed planning, door-to-door socialization, plastic waste collection and compaction into bottles, and the assembly of ecobricks into the "SIKALANG" village sign, followed by evaluation and monitoring. The findings reveal a significant increase in community awareness and participation, with a drastic reduction in plastic waste accumulation and the creation of valuable products. This success demonstrates that direct community involvement in waste management is more effective, while also providing productive avenues for residents. Therefore, such empowerment initiatives are highly recommended for broader implementation to achieve a clean and prosperous environment through self-managed waste.
Abstract:Background : Mental disorders are conditions in which individuals experience disturbances in psychological, social, and biological functions. One of the most common symptoms in patients with schizophrenia is visual hallucination,…
cination, which refers to the perception of seeing something that does not actually exist. This condition affects the patient’s ability to function and interact with their social environment. Appropriate nursing interventions are required to help patients manage their hallucinations. One such intervention is the talking technique, a distraction strategy that redirects the patient’s attention from hallucinations to real-life interaction. Objective : This study aims to determine the process of mental nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations with a focus on conversation interventions at Dr. Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Hospital. Method : The design of this study uses a case study method consisting of stages of assessment, determination of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject in this study was Mr. P, a patient at the Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Mental Hospital. Results : The results of the study showed that consistent implementation of conversational strategies during treatment can reduce the intensity of hallucinations, increase awareness of reality, and rebuild patients' social interaction abilities. Counclusion : Conversation intervention is an effective approach in treating visual hallucinations in mental disorders patients.
Abstract:This study aimed to identify risk factors associated with hypertension in Bonto Tallasa Village, Uluere Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency, in 2025. The research examined three factors: family history, excessive sodium intake,…
, and stress. A quantitative case–control design was applied to 60 respondents (30 cases and 30 controls) selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that individuals with a family history of hypertension were about 26 times more likely to develop hypertension than those without such a history, indicating a strong and significant association. Excessive sodium intake increased the risk approximately 3.5 times and was statistically significant. Stress was associated with nearly double the risk, but this association was not statistically significant, possibly due to individual differences in coping mechanisms and measurement limitations of subjective stress levels. This suggests that stress may influence hypertension indirectly through behavioral or physiological pathways. In conclusion, family history and excessive sodium intake are significant predictors of hypertension, while stress contributes to an elevated yet statistically nonsignificant risk. Preventive strategies should emphasize sodium reduction, regular blood pressure monitoring, and effective stress management in daily life.

cals, causing Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation and stimulating the release of inflammatory factors that can cause inflammation. Neutrophils and macrophages are the first leucocytes to appear in the early response to inflammation, so the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio can be useful for evaluating the prognosis of inflammation as an early detector and as a marker of inflammation that can be detected simply and efficiently. This study aims to determine the correlation between Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and Lipid Profile in adult patients with obesity in Prodia Tangerang Clinical laboratory. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach and used purposive sampling technique. The research sample data was taken from secondary data from patient medical records. The p-value obtained using Rank Spearman correlation from the comparation of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with each lipid profile value is total cholesterol (p=0.003), LDL cholesterol (p=0.013), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (p=0.375) and tryglicerides (p=0.316). This study found a relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with total cholesterol dan LDL cholesterol, but there was no relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with HDL cholesterol and tryglicerides in obese adult patient in Prodia Tangerang Clinical Laboratory.
Abstract:Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease caused by pancreatic failure in performing its function of producing insulin. A lack of insulin will lead to an increase in blood glucose levels, also known as hyperglycemia. Hemoglobin…
n A1c and microalbuminuria are screening examinations used to detect the early onset of diabetic nephropathy. Diabetic nephropathy is defined as a clinical syndrome in diabetes mellitus patients characterized by persistent albuminuria, an irreversible decrease in glomerular filtration rate, and increased arterial blood pressure. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Hemoglobin A1c and microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus patients at Prodia Sunter. The research method used is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The data collected were secondary data from the period of January–July 2024 with a total of 60 samples. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling and met the inclusion criteria, namely patients over 60 years of age, Hemoglobin A1c value ≥7, diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, no history of thalassemia, and who had undergone Hemoglobin A1c and microalbuminuria examinations. The results of this study show a significant unidirectional positive relationship with a very strong correlation between Hemoglobin A1c levels and microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus patients, with sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 and correlation coefficient value = 0.892. The relationship between Hemoglobin A1c levels and microalbuminuria is unidirectional positive, meaning that the higher the Hemoglobin A1c levels, the higher the microalbuminuria levels.

tional regulation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of platform-based law enforcement particularly the implementation of the Travel Rule, CARF, and KYC in the Indonesian context. The research employs a qualitative multi-site case study method with data triangulation from international literature (FATF, OECD, IMF, Chainalysis, Cambridge) and national regulations (OJK, PPATK, DJP). The findings indicate that cryptocurrency platforms serve as key actors in detection and enforcement; however, their effectiveness is constrained by the sunrise problem, the migration of illicit activities into DeFi and OTC ecosystems, and legal sovereignty tensions arising from the dominance of global platforms. This study introduces the concept of Platform-Embedded Enforcement as a novel theoretical framework, integrating monitoring and enforcement mechanisms directly into platform architectures, thereby enabling compliance to be enforced automatically, in real time, and across jurisdictions. These findings contribute to the development of more adaptive, holistic, and effective cryptocurrency regulation in emerging markets.
