(Riau Province) roads with the highest accident rates. The analysis used secondary data, including traffic accident records and average daily traffic (ADT) from 2019 to 2023. The study followed a descriptive method with data collection through observation and documentation. The findings show that Soekarno Hatta Street experienced the highest number of accidents, totaling 107 incidents. The accident rate for the identified black spot on Soekarno Hatta Street in Bagan Besar Sub-District reached 0.727. Meanwhile, the black site on Cut Nyak Dien Street in Bangsal Aceh Village had an accident rate of 0.10.

The instruments in this study were physical ability tests for sports, namely sit and reach tests, abdominal muscle endurance measurements, arm muscle endurance measurements, VO2MAX measurements, power tests and measurements or explosive power tests. Data analysis will be analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency tabulation by describing the research results obtained from various test measurements of the level of physical condition. The results showed that: Abdominal and arm muscle endurance still needs improvement because abdominal muscle endurance is 44.4% in the "good and less" category. Arm muscle endurance with the majority of athletes in the "moderate" category of 44.4%. While leg muscle endurance showed very good results with a large percentage of 88.8%. Then, the flexibility of athletes is mostly in the "good" category. And VO2MAX endurance with the majority in the "less" category of 66.6% to the "very less" category with a large percentage of 33.3%. It can be concluded that the physical condition of female rowing athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency must be improved again.

This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

APBDes planning is assessed as very good, characterized by transparency in village deliberations, effectiveness in addressing community problems and needs, and alignment of the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) with community aspirations. Therefore, parents have a great responsibility in caring for, protecting and guiding their children comprehensively, including physical, mental and spiritual aspects. The focus of research in writing this thesis is the responsibility of parents towards children with special needs. The purpose of the study is to analyze and understand the perspective of Islamic law on parental responsibility towards children with disabilities comprehensively in Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. This method uses a qualitative research method which is a process of various steps involving researchers, theoretical and interpretative paradigms, research strategies, data collection methods and empirical data analysis as well as the development of interpretations and presentation of research results. Children with disabilities have physical limitations, hearing limitations, vision limitations, intellectual limitations, emotional behavioral limitations and communication limitations. Islamic law teaches that parents must provide affection and fair treatment without discriminating between children with special needs and children without, and requires parents to seek education and life skills that will enable children with disabilities to participate well in society. In an effort to meet their needs, Islam also allows parents to seek professional help, such as therapy or health services, to support their child's development.

This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future

This study also examines the factors that affect the success of the implementation of diagnostic assessments in the school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires to the teachers and students involved. Data analysis was carried out thematically to obtain a holistic picture of the implementation of diagnostic assessments. The results of the study show that the implementation of diagnostic assessments at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng is in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum, although there are still some challenges. The main obstacles faced by teachers include the diversity of students' abilities, limited facilities and infrastructure, and teachers' inadequate understanding of diagnostic assessments. Factors that affect the implementation of diagnostic assessments include teacher readiness, school support, large number of students, and the diversity of student learning styles. This study suggests that more intensive training for teachers be carried out and the improvement of facilities that support diagnostic assessments so that the implementation of assessments is more effective and in accordance with the needs of students.

Public Prosecutor had committed an unlawful act. The purpose of the research is to analyze the judge's consideration of the lawsuit for unlawful acts, and the extent of Decision Number 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. Tbk influences the legal interpretation of unlawful acts, as well as the ownership status of MT YOSOA ships that have been decided to be confiscated by the state. This research is a normative juridical research. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the judge's decision has weaknesses in legal considerations which results in legal uncertainty and injustice for the parties. In addition, there are inconsistencies in assessing the evidence of ship ownership and elements of unlawful acts, this decision also shows weaknesses in determining liability, due to the lack of parties involved in the lawsuit. It is recommended that the judge be more careful in considering all aspects of the law and exploring the material truth thoroughly. All interested parties must be involved in the lawsuit so that accountability can be clearly established.
