planning is an important indicator of the success of MSME financial management, considering their limited resources and high levels of environmental uncertainty. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 owners or managers of MSMEs for special Ambon souvenirs, which were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of profit planning. These findings show that the higher the level of involvement of MSME actors in the budgeting process, the more accurate the profit planning will be. This research theoretically contributes to the development of managerial accounting in the context of MSMEs and provides practitioner implications for business practitioners and local governments in improving the quality of MSME financial management.

approach with a confirmatory nature, testing the extent to which the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Stakeholder Theory are confirmed in the context of the regional banking industry. Primary data were collected through a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire from all BPD DIY managers (census method, 163 respondents) who met the criteria of managerial position, minimum three years of service, and involvement in strategic policy. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS. This involved testing the outer model (convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability) and inner model (path coefficient, R², f², Q²) to assess the direct and indirect effects between variables. The variables studied included business strategy, profitability, CSR, and firm value, operationalized across several dimensions, including future orientation, operational efficiency, the social and environmental dimensions of CSR, and market value and corporate reputation. The instrument was independently developed based on theoretical synthesis (David & David, Houston, Teodorescu Ionescu, Carroll, and others), then validated through expert judgment before being tested for validity and reliability on pilot respondents. The results showed that business strategy had a positive effect on CSR and firm value, while profitability had a positive effect on CSR and firm value, aligning with the view that slack resources and a prospector strategy encourage stronger CSR activities and improved market perception. CSR was shown to have a positive effect on firm value and acted as a mediating variable in the relationships between business strategy and firm value and profitability and firm value. Thus, CSR implementation strengthens the transmission of the influence of strategy and financial performance on increasing firm value. These findings confirm that the integration of a sustainability-oriented business strategy, strong profitability performance, and consistent CSR implementation is a crucial combination for enhancing firm value in the regional banking sector.

QFSA is considered a crucial reflection of public entity responsibility, affected by the mechanism of fiscal authority allocation and the internal oversight system. This quantitative research employs a survey method, with the population being all staff involved in the financial cycle at the Ambon City Cooperatives Office (Head of Office, PPK, and PPTK). Given the limited number of relevant subjects, a Saturated Sampling (Census) technique was used. Primary data was collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS software. Empirically, the results are expected to prove that (1) Budgetary Decentralization (including curtailment dynamics) has a significant influence on QFSA, and (2) The effectiveness of a robust ICS is positively and significantly correlated with QFSA. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the classical theory of the ʿāmil concept as formulated by early grammarians—notably al-Jurjānī in Al-ʿAwāmil al-Mi’ah—and examine the debates emerging between the Basra and Kufa schools regarding the source and authority of the ʿāmil. Utilizing a qualitative-descriptive analytical approach toward primary and secondary literature, this research explores the epistemological arguments underlying the construction of the ʿāmil theory and assesses its relevance to modern critiques in Arabic linguistics. The findings indicate that the ʿāmil concept is not merely a grammatical instrument but also possesses philosophical value in explaining the order and rationality of the Arabic language. However, modern critiques—particularly from structural and generative linguistic perspectives—question the metaphysical assumptions of the ʿāmil concept, which are deemed non-empirical. Nonetheless, the theory of ʿāmil maintains methodological significance in understanding Arabic syntactic relationships and the development of contemporary grammatical theories. This article emphasizes the necessity of a conceptual reinterpretation of al-ʿawāmil al-naḥwiyyah to remain relevant within modern linguistic paradigms without losing its classical essence.

spread of hoaxes, and the lack of politeness in communication have emerged alongside the increase in digital platform usage, indicating a decline in digital morals. This study is a qualitative research using the library research method. The primary data are drawn from Ibn Miskawayh’s seminal work, Tahdhib al-Akhlaq, which is analyzed using content analysis and descriptive-philosophical methods. The results show that Ibn Miskawayh’s concept of moral education remains relevant as a foundation for digital ethics through three main pillars: first, the concept of al-wasat (moderation) which trains social media users to be wise and proportional in consuming information; second, the strengthening of cognitive power (al-quwwah al-nathiqah) to filter negative content; and third, the formation of character based on internal self-control to achieve justice (‘adalah) when interacting in virtual public spaces. The conclusion of this research confirms that Ibn Miskawayh’s thoughts provide a curative and preventive framework for building a more civilized and ethical digital ecosystem.

, this challenge is often exacerbated by the limitations of conventional learning media and teaching methods, which tend to be monotonous. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of active learning model innovation as a strategic solution to increase elementary school students' learning motivation. The research method used is library research by analyzing literature from the last 10 years and integrating observational case studies from an elementary school in Nabire, Papua. The results show that the implementation of Game-Based Learning and Outdoor Collaborative Learning models can significantly reduce student boredom levels. The case in Papua shows that the use of local wisdom (ethno-pedagogy) as part of active learning increases student engagement by up to 50%. Analysis of literature data confirms that physical and emotional involvement in learning strengthens memory retention and intrinsic interest. The conclusion of this research affirms that teachers must transform from information providers to creative facilitators to create a dynamic classroom ecosystem. The proposed solutions include diversifying activity-based methods and adapting environment-based curricula to ensure the sustainability of children's learning motivation at the elementary education level.

The 2020 Digital Civility Index (DCI) report regarding changes in community behavior in social media usage and forms of communication interaction places Indonesia at the lowest rank in the civility index. Incivility in social media conduct by the community results in significant vulnerability and threats of division, unrest, and conflict within society. approach with a sample of 80 State Civil Apparatus members. The data types in this study are both primary and secondary. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Regional Personnel Agency of Gorontalo Province. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis, with data processing conducted using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that e-attendance has a positive effect on the discipline of State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Personnel Agency of Gorontalo Province, with an R Square value of 0.608, meaning that 60.8% of ASN discipline is influenced by e-attendance, while the remaining 39.2% is influenced by variables not included in this study.
