being perceived as a complementary course with limited integration into other academic disciplines. This condition raises both conceptual and practical issues regarding how to design a model of Islamic Religious Education that systematically, applicatively, and contextually integrates scientific knowledge and spirituality within contemporary higher education. This study aims to formulate such an integrative framework through a qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review of books, journal articles, and research findings, which are analyzed thematically and conceptually. The results identify three main strategies: the development of an interdisciplinary curriculum that internalizes ethical–tawhidic values within professional sciences, the implementation of value-based pedagogy that connects spiritual concepts such as as-sidq and al-amanah with real-life case studies, and the strengthening of campus culture that supports value internalization through co-curricular activities and community service. The synthesis of findings indicates that this integrative model has the potential to enhance students’ moral awareness, spiritual resilience, and ethical decision-making capacity in responding to the dynamics and complexities of modern life. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of scientific knowledge and spirituality in Islamic Religious Education is not merely a curricular supplement, but a strategic necessity in higher education. The novelty of this study lies in the formulation of a conceptual framework that positions spirituality as an overarching paradigm that provides meaning, direction, and ethical responsibility for the entire structure of knowledge, while offering an applicative model to overcome the dichotomy between secular science and religion in order to produce graduates with strong character, reflective capacity, and a commitment to social responsibility. The theoretical and practical implications of this model are expected to serve as a reference for academic policy development and innovation in Islamic Religious Education learning that is adaptive to global challenges and responsive to the needs of students across contemporary interdisciplinary fields in a sustainable, transformative, and contextually Islamic humanistic value-based manner.

uantitative approach with a causal-associative design and utilizes secondary data obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population consists of 45 banking companies, from which 20 companies meeting the sampling criteria were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted comprehensively through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, exchange rates have a significant negative effect on stock prices, and interest rates also exert a significant negative effect. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that both independent variables significantly and negatively influence banking stock prices. These results highlight that macroeconomic volatility, particularly exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate movements, are crucial determinants to be considered in capital market analysis. Academically, this study contributes to the literature on the relationship between macroeconomic indicators and stock price dynamics, while practically, the results may serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions, for policymakers in formulating economic stabilization strategies, and for banking institutions in anticipating market risks arising from both global and domestic economic uncertainty.

among this generation indicates instability in employee retention, which can impact operational efficiency and continuity, particularly in the service sector. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Turnover Intention among Generation Z workers in the Coffee Shop industry in Pontianak City, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 200 respondents aged 18–27 years were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach via the SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results show that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Compensation has a negative but not significant effect. Workload has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation have significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction, while the effect of Workload is not significant. Job Satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, but it does not mediate the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the urgency of formulating managerial strategies focused on improving the quality of the work environment and implementing adaptive compensation policies, in order to sustainably reduce turnover rates among Generation Z workers.

This study empirically examines the effects of real-time interactivity and promotion incentive information on impulse buying behavior, with perceived trust serving as a mediating variable that explains the psychological pathway between digital stimuli and spontaneous purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative causal design, data were collected from 231 active TikTok users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The analysis reveals that both exogenous variables significantly enhance the tendency for impulsive purchases, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived trust. Responsive real-time interactions and exclusive, time-sensitive promotions effectively foster consumer trust in sellers, which subsequently accelerates unplanned buying behavior. These findings advance theoretical discourse in digital marketing literature by emphasizing the critical integration of interactivity, promotional stimuli, and affective trust mechanisms in shaping purchasing decisions within persuasive and simultaneous digital environments. The practical implications of this study offer strategic insights for businesses, encouraging the optimization of interactive features and promotional tactics to establish credibility and drive instant sales conversions in the context of e-commerce live streaming.

The success of HoK is not solely determined by the quality of its game mechanics but also by its ability to deliver an immersive user experience and implement adaptive Content Marketing strategies. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Game User Experience (GUX) and Content Marketing on Player Loyalty, with Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from active HoK players using a validated survey instrument. The results of the analysis indicate that both GUX and Content Marketing have a significant positive effect on Satisfaction, which, in turn, mediates their influence on Loyalty. The proposed mediation model successfully illustrates the affective role of Satisfaction as a key determinant in the formation of player Loyalty in digital contexts. These findings not only reinforce theoretical foundations in the domain of experience-based marketing but also offer practical insights for game developers and marketers in designing sustainable retention strategies through the optimization of gameplay experience and value-driven content delivery. Accordingly, this study presents a relevant conceptual framework for understanding the mechanisms of Loyalty formation within the competitive and dynamic mobile gaming industry.

This study analyzes the implementation of the LAPOR TB platform from a juridical perspective, using normative research methods that involve legislative and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that this platform has great potential to improve access to health services for TB survivors, but still faces various legal challenges, including personal data protection, limited access to technology, ineffective complaint mechanisms, and weak law enforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen legal policies, improve technological infrastructure, and eliminate social stigma to ensure that this platform can run effectively. With these steps, LAPOR TB is expected to be able to support TB elimination efforts and fulfill the right to health for all Indonesian people.

Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage.The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. Ultrasonic waves are the result of mechanical vibrations produced by the movement of isolated molecules in their diffusion media. If tissues receive ultrasound waves, the impact includes biological effects, mechanical effects and thermal effects. Some of the findings that have been established are the application of ultrasound waves to therapies in cases that appear on physical limbs. On this article aims to be able to contribute in the field of health so that it is easier to develop the use of ultrasonic therapy. This article is compiled using a literature review method taken from the references that have been collected. Of all the references collected, ultrasonic waves are used as therapies for some physical function problems. This therapy also collaborates with several paractic methods of health to address the existing problems. Therapy using ultrasonic modality has been shown to reduce pain, muscle cramps and minor injuries. It can be concluded that ultrasound therapy can help deal with patients suffering from disorders in their physical bodies, either to reduce pain or during the recovery process.

The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. The results of this program are expected to serve as a model for other coastal villages facing similar challenges in cultural preservation
