to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of managing the educational procedures in schools. This research intends to design a Smart School application using the Web-based Prototype method. The prototype method allows developers to design and develop application prototypes that can be tested by users (teachers, students, and parents) before implementing the actual application. This will help identify user needs, collect feedback and ensure that the resulting Smart School application meets the expectations and needs of all stakeholders. The Smart School application has many features, such as student data management, lesson schedules, homework and test management, communication between teachers, students and parents, and tracking student learning progress. This application is designed with a web interface like computers, tablets and smartphones. The resulting Smart School application using the Prototype approach will be better able to meet changing user needs and help improve the quality of education in schools. Apart from that, web technology will make it easier to access and use applications by all stakeholders in the world of education.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah meninggalkan efek yang substansial terhadap dunia pendidikan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah munculnya konsep sekolah cerdas. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Prototype, diharapkan aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan akan lebih mampu memenuhi perubahan kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi web akan memudahkan akses dan penggunaan aplikasi oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan di dunia pendidikan.

The correlation between the observed variables is 0.008, so it can be said that there is no relationship between the observed variables. In addition, the sig. and t-test. sig value is obtained. > α (5% = 0.05). This means that there is a significant average difference in fish production results based on the type of cultivation developed by fishing communities. With the grouping of types of marine cultivation developed by the Wesleyan community using the complete-linkage method, they are divided into 3 groups based on the degree of similarity in the production results obtained. Cluster 1 consists of Floating Nets, and Pools; Cluster 2 consists of other seas, seaweed, cages, and fishing nets; and Cluster 3 consists of Fresh Floating Nets, Minapadi, and Ponds.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya pada analisis variansi untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata pada masing-masing perlauan peletakan sudut jarring agar jumlah tangkapan yang diperoleh nelayan lebih optimal. Dengan adanya data sekunder berdasarkan jenis budidaya yang dikembangkan masyarakat nelayan, penulis bermasksud untuk melakukan eksplorasi pada data tersebut agar dapat mengkaji lebih dalam terhadap jenis budidaya yang paling efektif dengan analisis variansi untuk mengetahu perbedaan dari masing-masing jenis budidaya serta analisis cluster dengan metode complate linkage untuk mengetahui adanya pengelompokan hasil produksi bududaya laut berdasarkan jenis yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat nelayan di Indonesia. Korelasi antar variabel yang diamati sebesar 0.008, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara variabel yang diamati. Selain itu, hasil uji sig. dan uji t. diperoleh nilai sig. > α (5% = 0.05). Artinya, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata secara signifikan hasil produksi ikan berdasarkan jenis budidaya yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat nelayan. Dengan adanya pengelompokan jenis budidaya laut yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat neleyan dengan metode complete-linkage terbagi atas 3 kelompok berdasarkan tingkat kemiripan hasil produksi yang diperoleh. Cluster 1 terdiri dari Jaring Apung, Kolam; Cluster 2 terdiri dari Laut lainnya, Rumput laut, Keramba, Jaring Tancap; dan Cluster 3 terdiri dari Jaring Apung Tawar, Minapadi, Tambak.

The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program.

Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika.

There is still partial implementation, a lack of understanding of the technological advances used in Banjarmasin city tourism promotion, a lack of understanding of the implementation in an application architecture framework design and the technology to be used, not having good documentation in the design of application systems and slow services in tourism promotion. There is no certainty of normative standardization for system development operating procedures. This research aims to design the Zachman Framework (ZF) Application architecture as an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology, to visualize spatial data. This application is designed to assist users in displaying spatial data in the form of interactive maps that can be accessed via the internet. The software development method used is the iterative and incremental method with the Zachman Framework approach to application design. Data was collected through surveys and interviews at the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism (DISBUDPORAPAR) of Banjarmasin City, with the current number of tourism data being 55 tourist attractions. This application can later be used to introduce tourist attractions in Banjarmasin City to the wider community, including tourists visiting this city.

Abstrak: Penerapan Enterprise Architecture (EA) disektor pariwisata kota Banjarmasin amatlah penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas informasi yang diberikan kepada wisatawan yang mengakses layanan berbasis elektronik. Sayangnya, ada beberapa tantangan krusial terhadap persyaratan mendasar EA di sektor pariwisata. Masih ada yang diimplitasikan seara parsial, kurangnya pemahaman dalam kemajuan teknologi yang digunakan pada promosi pariwisata kota Banjarmasin, kurangnya pemahaman akan implimentasi dalam sebuat perancangan kerangka kerja arsitektur aplikasi dan teknologi yang akan digunakan, tidak memiliki dokumentsai yang baik dalam perancangan sistem aplikasi serta pelayanan yang lambat dalam promosi pariwisata. Belum adanya kepastian standarisasi normatif untuk prosedur operasi pengembangan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur Aplikasi Bakunjangan Zachman Framework (ZF) sebagai metodologi Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), untuk memvisualisasikan data spasial. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu pengguna dalam menampilkan data spasial dalam bentuk peta interaktif yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode iteratif dan inkremental dengan pendekatan Zachman Framework untuk perancangan aplikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dan wawancara pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (DISBUDPORAPAR) Kota Banjarmasin, dengan jumlah data pariwisata saat ini yakni 55 tempat wisata. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Abstract: Teknologi mampu mendigitalisasi pekerjaan manusia yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lebih singkat dan akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dikerjakan oleh manusia. Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. Where the control and monitoring is still done manually, namely through a switch or remote control . This becomes a problem that arises when there is negligence in extinguishing it or in the ignition process. So we need a system that can turn on the air conditioner in every theoretical room or laboratory room remotely. So that the work feels lighter and more effective. In designing this control system, a NodeMCU ESP8266 module is used, which acts as the brain of the remote control system and with a DHT11 temperature sensor that can monitor room temperature. The IR Transmitter sensor acts as a connecting medium between the NodeMCU ESP8266 module and the Air Conditioner engine to regulate the temperature. So that in this way, this control system can make it easier for officers to control the Air Conditioner in the STMIK Royal campus room.

Abstrak: Air conditioner merupakan sebuah komponen penting pada suatu ruang di jaman sekarang ini. Dikarenakan fungsinya sebagai pengatur sirkulasi udara di dalam ruangan yang sebelumnya panas dan pengap menjadi sejuk dan nyaman. STMIK Royal Kisaran yang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi dibidang komputer yang memiliki banyak sekali air conditioner di setiap ruangannya, baik pada ruang teori serta diruang laboratorium. Di mana pada pengontrolan dan pemantauannya masih secara manual, yaitu melalui sakelar atau remot kontrol. Hal ini menjadi satu persoalan yang timbul ketika terjadi kelalaian dalam memadamkannya ataupun dalam proses penyalaannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyalakan air conditioner di setiap ruang teori maupun ruang laboratorium dengan jarak jauh. Sehingga pekerjaan tersebut teras lebih ringan dan efektif. Dalam perancangan sistem kendali ini digunakan sebuah modul NodeMCU ESP8266, yang berperan sebagai otak dari sistem pengendalian secara jarak jauh dan dengan sensor suhu DHT11 yang dapat memantau temperatur suhu ruangan. Sensor IR Transmitter sebagai media penghubung antara modul NodeMCU ESP8266 ke mesin Air Conditioner untuk mengatur temperatur suhu. Sehingga dengan demikian, sistem kendali ini dapat mempermudah petugas dalam mengontrol Air Conditioner di ruangan kampus STMIK Royal.

Barang yang dapat dikirim pun ada berbagai macam mulai dari barang yang kecil, barang yang besar seperti kendaraan, ataupun barang yang bersifat privasi seperti dokumen. Tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa saat ini jasa pengiriman barang menjadi andalan masyarakat semenjak melandanya pandemi.
