Business process in CV Mitra Tani still manual, where is price information writes on paper and there is no sales data, inventory data, and invoice. Problems using manual business processes faced by CV Mitra Tani are needed a long time to serve customers, there is no data used to know profit loss, and there is no data used to decide between stocking. To solve this problem, CV Mitra Tani will develop a sales information system based on the web. The features of the build system generate sales data, inventory data, price information, and print invoice. The system will be developed by using prototype methodology dan built-in PHP language, while the database will use MySQL. Based on the research, using a sales information system can be useful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procedure sales business processes, by easily know information price, generate sales data, inventory data, and print invoice.

CV Mitra Tani adalah salah satu mini market yang menjual kebutuhan sehari-hari masyarakat. Bisnis proses yang ada di CV Mitra Tani masih manual, dimana informasi harga masih dicatat di buku, tidak ada data penjualan, inventaris dan tidak ada faktur. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh CV Mitra Tani dengan bisnis proses yang masih manual adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melayani pelanggan lama, tidak ada data yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui untung atau rugi, dan ketika melakukan stok barang tidak ada. Permasalahan tersebut akan diatasi oleh CV Mitra Tani dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web. fitur dari sistem yang akan dibangun adalah menghasilkan data penjualan, inventaris barang, informasi harga, dan cetak faktur. Sistem akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototype dan bahasa pemograman PHP, sedangkan databasenya akan menggunakan MyQL. The problem of delays in the distribution of BOS funds and the price of goods that can change every year, thereby affecting the unstable amount of funds spent on operational costs. The purpose of this study is to utilize a decision support system in determining the priority of receiving BOS funds at the secondary school level using the AHP method combined with GIS so that the implementation of the information system can be optimized. With this system, it is very useful to monitor the distribution of BOS funds so that they run smoothly by the expectations and goals of government programs. Determination of latitude and longitude using google maps to obtain maps and locations of aid recipients, connected with MySQL as a database and PHP programming and modeled with UML. The results of this study can be used to determine the receipt of BOS funds and their mapping by providing various criteria and alternatives for decision-makers.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang pemanfaatan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dan dikombinasikan dengan Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk menyeleksi penerimaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) jenjang SMA sebagai rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan, agar seleksi penerimaan dana BOS tersebut dapat berjalan secara tepat, cepat dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Masalah keterlambatan pada saat penyaluran dana BOS dan harga barang-barang yang setiap tahunnya bisa berubah sehingga berpengaruh terhadap tidak stabilnya jumlah pengeluaran dana untuk biaya operasional. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan prioritas penerimaan dana BOS jenjang SMA dengan menggunakan metode AHP dikombinasikan dengan GIS, sehingga implementasi sistem informasi dapat optimal. Dengan adanya sistem ini bermanfaat untuk memantau penyaluran dana BOS agar berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan harapan dan tujuan dari program pemerintah. Penentuan latitude dan longitude menggunakan google maps untuk mendapatkan peta dan lokasi penerima bantuan, dikoneksikan dengan mysql sebagai database dan pemrograman PHP serta dimodelkan dengan UML. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penerimaan dana BOS dan pemetaannya dengan memberikan berbagai kriteria dan alternatif kepada pihak pengambil keputusan.

But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.

Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan.

However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Evaluation is a necessity for companies to move forward and develop in facing business competition. This study intends to analyze the factors that affect profit outcomes based on profit-based data. The data will be analyzed using method Bayes. Through this method will get a pattern that affects profits. However, it is not easy to analyze data with this method because of the large amount of data that will cost a lot of time and time. So to simplify the analysis, researchers use tools in analyzing the data the results of the benefits of rapidminer software. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, rapidminer software can help and make it easier to produce probabilities to be predicted. The results of this study are from the set test conducted, the prediction of profit results can be ascertained to be achieved and the possibility of certainty is reached 0.59% and the possibility of not reaching 0.41%.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Salah satunya penerapan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan didunia industri yaitu untuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Evaluasi merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan untuk terus maju dan berkembang menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi yang dapat dugunakan secara objektif yaitu penggalian informasi melalui database yang tersimpan.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metodeneive bayes. Melalui metode ini akan mendapatkan pola yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.Namun tidaklah mudah dalam menganalisis data dengan metode ini dikarenanakan banyaknya data yang akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mempermudah analisis tersebut, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan yaitusoftware rapidminer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, software rapidminer dapat membantu dan mempermudah menghasilkan probabilitas untuk dijadikan prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari uji set yang dilakukan, prediksi hasil keuntungan dapat dipastikan tercapai dan kemungkinan kepastian tercapai 0,59% serta kemungkinan tidak tercapai 0,41%.
