ically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.

Through symbols of time and various allusions, this short story highlights social inequality, the impact of war, and increasingly severe environmental exploitation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.

As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

However, this article also identifies significant challenges, including the risk of distraction, consumption of irrelevant content, and the lack of guidance in using social media productively. Based on expert interviews, the study reveals the need for a strategic approach that involves digital literacy education and active supervision from educational institutions and families to optimize the potential of social media. The analysis was carried out based on primary literature studies sourced from classical qiraat books and secondary research documentation from Scopus indexed journals. The research also examines the role of qiraat expert figures in Indonesia as well as the development of qiraat teaching methods that are adapted to the local cultural context. The research results show that the qiraat tradition in Indonesia experienced a significant transformation along with the interaction between Islamic values and local culture, which in turn formed the variety of qiraat that is popular in the archipelago. It is hoped that these findings can fill the gap in literature regarding the history of qiraat in Indonesia and offer a new perspective for the development of religious studies in the future.

The dependent variable is employee loyalty, while the independent variables include leadership style and job satisfaction. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 80 respondents from the production department. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and the data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were also carried out to ensure a valid regression model, followed by the t-test and F-test to test partial and simultaneous effects. The coefficient of determination (R²) is used to measure the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive effect on employee loyalty at CV Putra Perkasa, which means that the better the leadership style applied, the higher the level of employee loyalty. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee loyalty, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have higher loyalty to the company. Simultaneously, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee loyalty, indicating that these two variables, both separately and together, play an important role in increasing employee loyalty at CV Putera Perkasa

, salinity, and pH, were monitored, along with the growth performance of sea cucumbers in terms of body weight and length during the cultivation period. The results showed water temperatures ranging from 28–31°C, pH values between 8.3–8.7, and an average salinity of 20.5 ppt. Although the salinity was slightly below the optimal range (28–32 ppt), the sea cucumbers demonstrated positive growth. Final measurements indicated an increase in body weight from 10–20 grams to an average of 0.29 kg, and in body length up to 16.7 cm over approximately three months of cultivation. These findings suggest that the coastal waters of Sungai Bakau have potential for sea cucumber aquaculture development, with some adjustments needed to optimize salinity conditions.

This research formulates the problem of whether e-commerce has an effect on buyer's interest and how much e-commerce influence to buyer interest of syariah economy study program at IAIN Ambon. In this study, data were collected through questionnaire method to 32 respondents who had made a purchase in e-commerce in IAIN Ambon economic study program using research method is Research Type, Research Type, Research Data Sources, Data Collection Method, Population and sample, Technique Data Processing, Quantitative Data Analysis Technique. The result of this research indicate that there is e-commerce influence to buyer interest proved by t test value show the number 9,649 and its significance 0.000 <0,05 from result above hence there is significant influence between e-commerce and buyer interest. The result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) shows how big influence e-commerce to buyer interest that is 0,748 meaning 7,48% and the rest 25,2% influenced by other variable not discussed in this research.
