Astro Niaga Jaya. The payroll process at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya is still conventional. Salary calculations are based on different details that hinder the performance process of the human resources department. Errors in calculating salaries can be fatal because it will affect the preparation of financial statements. Therefore, it is necessary to have an employee payroll information system so that the human resources department is not wrong in collecting employee payroll data. The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Payroll Information System can work effectively and efficiently.

This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

Perusahaan ini awalnya menggunakan lembaran stok dalam pengelolaan stok barang, dokumentasi untuk barang masuk dan juga keluar masih menggunakan lembaran manual sehingga rentan hilang, rusak dan tidak dapat dicadangkan, serta pembuatan surat jalan dan invoice masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk itu dibuat suatu program yang dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok barang dan dokumentasi surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan pengelolaan stok barang meliputi dokumentasi barang masuk, barang keluar, kemudian dapat membantu administrasi mencetak surat jalan dan invoice. This study intends to analyze the factors that affect profit outcomes based on profit-based data. The data will be analyzed using method Bayes. Through this method will get a pattern that affects profits. However, it is not easy to analyze data with this method because of the large amount of data that will cost a lot of time and time. So to simplify the analysis, researchers use tools in analyzing the data the results of the benefits of rapidminer software. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, rapidminer software can help and make it easier to produce probabilities to be predicted. The results of this study are from the set test conducted, the prediction of profit results can be ascertained to be achieved and the possibility of certainty is reached 0.59% and the possibility of not reaching 0.41%.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Salah satunya penerapan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan didunia industri yaitu untuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Evaluasi merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan untuk terus maju dan berkembang menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi yang dapat dugunakan secara objektif yaitu penggalian informasi melalui database yang tersimpan.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metodeneive bayes. Melalui metode ini akan mendapatkan pola yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.Namun tidaklah mudah dalam menganalisis data dengan metode ini dikarenanakan banyaknya data yang akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mempermudah analisis tersebut, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan yaitusoftware rapidminer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, software rapidminer dapat membantu dan mempermudah menghasilkan probabilitas untuk dijadikan prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari uji set yang dilakukan, prediksi hasil keuntungan dapat dipastikan tercapai dan kemungkinan kepastian tercapai 0,59% serta kemungkinan tidak tercapai 0,41%.

Dengan mengetahui dengan tepat minat konsumen terhadap produknya, maka akan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi minat konsumen terhadap produk Tiansi dengan tepat. Then the data is processed with the Single Exponential Smoothing Method. Alpha value 0 <α <1. Single Exponential Smoothing makes a comparison with the alpha value until alpha is found which has the minimum error. To find the value of the error, the MSE (Mean Square Error) method is used. The results of the testing of this method are in the academic year 2018/2019 prediction of the number of students for the Informatics Management Study Program as many as 89 people and for Students for the Computer Engineering Study Program as many as 30 people. The Single Exponential Smoothing method can predict the number of students in the next period.

Abstrak: Suatu masalah memerlukan sebuah solusi untuk menyelesaikannya. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan Prediksi (Forcasting). Prediksi digunakan untuk menilai prakiraan keadaan dimasa. di AMIK Royal Kisaran, ketika akan membuat jadwal kuliah sering terhambat karena tidak adanya perkiraan jumlah mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah histori data 15 Tahun Akademik terakhir, mulai 2003/2004 sampai dengan 2017/2018. Kemudian data diolah dengan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Nilai alpha 0<α<1. Single Exponential Smoothing melakukan perbandingan dengan nilai alpha tersebut sampai ditemukan alpha yang memiliki error paling minimum. Untuk mencari nilai Error digunakan Metode MSE (Mean Square Error). Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah pada Tahun akademik 2018/2019 prediksi jumlah Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Manajemen Informatika sebanyak 89 orang dan untuk Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Teknik Komputer sebanyak 30 orang. The Weighted Moving Average method is one of them. This method provides predictions for the future by utilizing previous data and giving different weights for each data used. The level of confidence in forecasting can be determined by measuring the error percentage of the forecasting obtained. The higher the error rate can be interpreted that the forecasting results obtained are increasingly unreliable or inaccurate, and vice versa. This forecasting technique can be applied in various fields of work, including in forecasting rubber production. By obtaining forecasting data on rubber production in the future, of course, it can provide an overview of future work steps, so that it can increase the company's work productivity. Based on this, the researchers intend to build a mobile-based forecasting application system, so that it can be installed in a mobile device later, especially mobile technology with the Android operating system.

Abstrak: M-Forecasting atau Mobile Forecasting dapat diartikan sebagai peramalan berbasis mobile. Peramalan disini berarti memprediksi suatu keadaan dimasa mendatang. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam peramalan dianggap tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peramalan yang akan dilakukan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi mobile yang kian pesat, dimana lembaga riset digital marketing emarketer memperkirakan pada 2018 jumlah pengguna aktif smartphone di Indonesia lebih dari 100 juta orang. Jumlah yang fantastis ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk peramalan. Prediksi dari sebuah peramalan dapat terwujud dengan penggunaan beberapa metode. Metode Weighted Moving Average adalah salah satunya. Metode ini memberikan prediksi masa depan dengan memanfaatkan data-data terdahulu dan memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap data yang digunakan. Tingkat kepercayaan peramalan dapat diketahui dengan mengukur persentase eror dari peramalan yang diperoleh. Semakin tinggi tingkat eror dapat diartikan bahwa hasil peramalan yang diperoleh semakin tidak dapat dipercaya atau tidak akurat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Teknik peramalan ini dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang pekerjaan, termasuk dalam peramalan produksi karet. Dengan memperoleh data peramalan produksi karet dimasa mendatang tentunya dapat memberikan gambaran untuk langkah-langkah kerja kedepannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi peramalan berbasis mobile, sehingga dapat dipasang diperangkat mobile nantinya, khususnya teknologi mobile dengan sistem operasi android.

QoS (Quality of Service) merupakan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan dalam jaringan komputer guna memberikan layanan yang optimal bagi para pengguna jaringan. Dengan adanya QoS (Quality of Service) memungkinkan administrator jaringan untuk dapat melakukan manajemen bandwidth guna menangani berbagai efek akibat terjadinya kemacetan (congestion) pada lalu lintas aliran paket di dalam jaringan. Dalam melakukan QoS (Quality of Service) dibutauhan sebuah perangkat yang dapat melakukan manajemen bandwidth terhadap jaringan. Mikrotik Routerboard750 adalah perangkat jaringan menggunakana MikrotikOS berbasis Linux yang dapat digunakan dalam penerapan QoS (Quality of Service) ini.
