Childern who undergoing treatment at the Puskesmas can cause anxiety for them because they must leave their familiar, safe, loving, and enjoyable home environment. Hospitalization is a planned medical procedure that requires care and treatment but can trigger anxiety in children, both mentally and physically. Anxiety will cause children to become uncooperative and difficult to cooperate with health workers. During this process, children may face traumatic experiences that cause stress. One of the efforts to reduce the level of anxiety is by implementing play therapy, one of which is the coloring play therapy technique. Objective: This research describes the application of coloring play therapy on anxiety levels in preschool-aged children at Padamara Health Center. Methods: This research used a case study research design method. Results: This research indicate that before the intervention score was 25 (moderate anxiety) and after the intervention score was 9 (no anxiety). Conclusion: Coloring play therapy can reduce anxiety levels in preschool-aged children undergoing treatment at Padamara Health Center.

h applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989), emphasizing two key constructs—perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness—as determinants of users’ attitudes and decisions. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 lower-class customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sibuhuan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness significantly affects both attitude and decision to use, while perceived ease of use influences attitude indirectly. The R² value for attitude (0.743) and decision (0.654) shows that the model has strong explanatory power. These findings reveal that lower-income customers are more motivated by perceived benefits, such as convenience, time efficiency, and transaction security, rather than interface simplicity. From a practical perspective, the study suggests that Islamic banks should strengthen digital literacy, user assistance, and customer trust to enhance mobile banking adoption among lower-class communities.

Modern dressings based on the moist wound healing principle have been proven more effective than conventional methods, as they maintain wound moisture and support tissue regeneration. Objective: To describe the treatment of diabetic ulcers using the modern dressing method with red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lamk) ointment in Gelang Village, Rakit District. Methods : This study used a descriptive case study approach involving one diabetic ulcer patient who met the inclusion criteria. Wound care was performed every two days for 14 days using modern dressing and red fruit ointment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: There was an improvement in wound conditions after the application of red fruit ointment, marked by an increase in granulation tissue and a decrease in necrotic tissue. The active ingredients in the ointment such as β-carotene, tocopherol, oleic acid, and linoleic acid have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that accelerate the healing process. Conclusion: Modern dressing with red fruit ointment is effective in accelerating the healing process of diabetic ulcers and can serve as an alternative topical therapy to support optimal wound recovery

One non-pharmacological intervention that can be applied to address hallucinations is the rebuke technique, which is a firm and directed verbal action to reject perceived hallucinations. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations with the application of the rebuke technique as the main intervention. This study uses a descriptive case study approach on one patient in the Flamboyan Ward of Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten Mental Hospital. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed based on the stages of the nursing process. The results showed that after the rebuke technique intervention was consistently implemented for three days, there was a decrease in the frequency of hallucinations from 3-4 times to 1-2 times a day. The patient also showed an increase in the ability to recognize and reject hallucinations independently. Furthermore, the patient began to engage in social interactions and participate more actively in daily activities. The conclusion is that the reprimand technique has proven effective as a nursing intervention in addressing auditory hallucinations. This intervention is simple, easy to implement, and can improve the patient's coping skills in dealing with hallucinatory symptoms.

The problems studied in this research are (1) characteristics of BIPA 1 teaching materials currently used in BIPA learning, (2) development of BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application as alternative teaching materials in BIPA learning, (3) feasibility of developing BIPA teaching materials 1 based on the Animaker application in BIPA learning, and (4) the effectiveness of developing BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application based on BIPA learners' understanding. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain data on the needs for developing teaching materials and evaluating teaching material prototypes. The data sources consist of BIPA teachers, BIPA students and expert lecturers. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative which consists of data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this research are that BIPA students often feel bored and confused by teaching materials that are only presented in the form of textbooks and very short material. Therefore, teaching materials need to be developed in accordance with Widodo and Jasmadi's theory of teaching material characteristics so that they can support independent learning, deeper understanding, contextualization of material, increased motivation, comprehensive language skills, adaptation to technological developments, learning flexibility, and strengthening skills. grammar. This phenomenon is significant as it reflects a shift in the meaning of femininity from physical appearance toward self-awareness and personal authenticity. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations of social media content produced by influencers who express Feminine Energy values. The analysis draws on Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1979), which highlights the processes of categorization, identification, and social comparison. The findings reveal that the application of Feminine Energy manifests in five key aspects: self-love, confidence, empathetic communication, calm emotional expression, and healthy personal boundaries. Through social processes, influencers internalize these values as integral parts of their personal and digital identities. In conclusion, Feminine Energy is not only a lifestyle but also a social identity strategy used by Gen Z female influencers to build an authentic, empowered, and reflective self-image in the digital space.

This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data validity was strengthened by triangulation of sources, methods, and theories with the help of NVivo 12 software and supplemented with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the implementation of spiritual quality improvement was carried out by the presence of Islamic values, maintaining cleanliness, reciting prayers, and the therapist's empathetic attitude were important factors in fostering a sense of calm and comfort in customers. Implementing strategies for improving spiritual quality through therapist training, implementing SOPs based on Islamic law, and creating a supportive spiritual environment. However, limited service facilities and infrastructure still need to be addressed for improvement. Therefore, this study as a whole confirms that service quality that connects spiritual and physical aspects holistically contributes significantly to customer satisfaction.

The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with teachers who were members of the Kenanga KKG. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of training activities and the implementation of Canva in the learning process. The results indicate that the use of Canva can improve teachers' abilities in designing creative and communicative digital learning media. Furthermore, the collaborative training and mentoring activities within the KKG also fostered increased digital competence and teachers' confidence in innovation. Thus, the integration of Canva within the Kenanga KKG environment has proven effective as an effort to strengthen teacher professionalism in the digital era.
