Kurniawan, Itok
Abstract: Responding to the emergency of sexual violence in Indonesia which occurs from year to year, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022 passed Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence. This… is law complements a series of regulations that already regulate crimes of sexual violence. The specialty of this law is that it provides more comprehensive regulation of sexual violence crimes, which are currently increasingly diverse. One of the interesting things regulated in the law is related to rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence. This article will discuss rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of sexual violence which aim to recover perpetrators from their deviant acts, namely sexual violence. This research uses normative research methods with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that providing rehabilitation measures according to the Criminal Code is a type of action that can be imposed simultaneously with criminal sanctions or separately by referring to the judge's considerations. Meanwhile, the provision and mechanism of rehabilitation measures for perpetrators of sexual violence as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence still requires further regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health to be implemented optimally

M. Al Hafis, Qanita Adetya, Ayu Fitri Yani, Muhammad Azhar Riza, Zulfan Efendi
Abstract: Sales forecasting is a crucial component of operational strategy and inventory management in the culinary industry, particularly for businesses dealing with raw materials that have short shelf lives. The Sate Padang Hapis… s business faces the challenge of unpredictable monthly fluctuations in consumer demand, which often lead to supply imbalances, overproduction, or lost profit opportunities due to stockouts. This study aims to implement and analyze the accuracy of the Single Moving Average (SMA) quantitative forecasting method in predicting Sate Padang Hapis sales volumes for June 2026. Model performance was evaluated by assessing mathematical accuracy across two time-interval variations: 3-month and 5-month moving averages. Projection error rates were rigorously measured using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) parameters. The analysis reveals that the Single Moving Average model with a 5-month interval yields projections closest to actual data, achieving the lowest error rates (MAD: 28.00; MSE: 1,304.00; MAPE: 2.28%). Implementing this forecasting model provides management with an objective basis for decision-making, enabling the effective and efficient optimization of raw material logistics and supply management.

Implementasi Algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk Mengelompokkan Siswa Berdasarkan Nilai sebagai Evaluasi Pembelajaran

Jihan Aulia Putri Fahdrina, Eva Lestari, Dila Sari
Abstract: Academic achievement is a measure of students' learning outcomes, encompassing aspects of knowledge and skills. Academic performance serves as a crucial indicator in evaluating students' learning progress. MAS Al-Wasliyah… h Petatal is committed to providing quality education but still faces limitations in applying technology to evaluate student learning. The current evaluation process relies on teachers' subjective assessments, which restricts the information about students' progress. Therefore, the implementation of machine learning is proposed as a solution to enhance objectivity in student learning evaluation through more effective data processing. The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.

Hubertus B M Letsoin, Fitriani, Nur Jalal
Abstract: This study aims to analyse the strategy of the Merauke Regency Government in managing Wamanggu Market and to identify the factors influencing its implementation. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach,… with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations. The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.
