The study highlights the significance of open, trust-based, and emotionally supportive communication in fostering essential adult traits such as responsibility, integrity, empathy, and adaptability. Findings suggest that families with high conversation orientation cultivate individuals with stronger social skills and problem-solving abilities, whereas rigid conformity-oriented communication may hinder independent decision-making. Additionally, digital communication emerges as a growing factor influencing family dynamics. By mapping research trends and analyzing citation patterns, this study provides valuable insights into the long-term impact of family communication on adulthood and offers recommendations for future research.

of financial reports and their impact on the operational efficiency of Korem 083/BDJ. With quantitative descriptive methods and path analysis using SmartPLS and SEM-PLS, this research involved employees in the planning and finance fields. The variables studied include work competency, IT utilization, financial report quality, and operational efficiency. The research results show that IT utilization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, while work competency has a negative impact. However, work and IT competencies contribute positively to the quality of financial reports, which ultimately increases operational efficiency. The quality of financial reports has also been proven to mediate the relationship between work competency, IT utilization and operational efficiency. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is very dependent on the quality of financial reports as well as optimizing information technology and work competencies.

This study aims to determine the fat content of mangrove snails from two different locations, namely in the mangrove forest waters of Negeri Luhu and the mangrove forest waters of Waai Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the object of research being the fat content of mangrove snails. This research was conducted at the Basic Chemistry Laboratory of Pattimura University, Ambon, which was carried out starting on October 14, 2020. Data collection was obtained from the results of the analysis of the fat content of mangrove snails using the soxhlet method. The results of the study showed that from six samples of mangrove snails obtained from two different locations, it was known that the mangrove snail samples in Negeri Luhu had a higher fat content with an average value of 4.5448% compared to the mangrove snail samples in Waai Village which had an average value of 3.3649 %.

the condition of prediabetes. As one of the global health problems, DM can be prevented through proper education and regular monitoring of fasting blood sugar levels. This service aims to identify fasting blood sugar and evaluate the effectiveness of education in increasing knowledge in the elderly. The method used is health education through lectures and interactive discussions at the Mugi Sehat Elderly Posyandu, Dukuhwaluh Village. The results of the activity showed that some of the results of the fasting blood sugar test were within the normal limit. The provision of education was proven to increase the level of understanding of respondents, which was shown by an increase in knowledge scores from the average pre-test of 70.31 to 86.93 in the post-test after the intervention. In conclusion, health education plays an important role in increasing the awareness of the elderly about controlling prediabetes risk factors to prevent the development of diabetes.
