hms that we can use to create a caption image model. In this article, we will compare performance between the Resnet50 and InceptionV3 models for text images. We will use 2000 (1800 train & 200 validation) image data and each image has 5 example captions to train the model. After the model is successfully created, we evaluate the model using 100 images and each image has 5 examples of additional captions that are not used in the training and validation process. The result of this research is that the InceptionV3 model is better than Resnet50. BLEU-1 is 0.53, BLEU-2 is 0.35, BLEU-3 is 0.18, BLEU-4 is 0.09, and METEOR is 0.35 for InceptionV3 model. While Resnet50 model has a value of BLEU-1 is 0.51, BLEU-2 is 0.31, BLEU-3 is 0.16, BLEU-4 is 0.06, and METEOR is 0.33.

Abstrak: Membuat gambar teks secara otomatis adalah salah satu tantangan dalam computer vision. Bidang ini bisa sangat membantu dalam banyak hal, misalnya mesin pencari. Saat ini banyak sekali algoritma klasifikasi citra yang dapat kita gunakan untuk membuat model teks citra. Pada artikel ini, kami akan membandingkan performa antara model Resnet50 dan InceptionV3 untuk gambar teks. Kami akan menggunakan 2000 (1800 train & 200 validation) data gambar dan setiap gambar memiliki 5 contoh caption untuk melatih model. Setelah model berhasil dibuat, kami mengevaluasi model menggunakan 100 gambar dan setiap gambar memiliki 5 contoh caption tambahan yang tidak digunakan dalam proses training dan validation. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model InceptionV3 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Resnet50. BLEU-1 0.53, BLEU-2 0.35, BLEU-3 0.18, BLEU-4 0.09, dan METEOR 0.35 untuk model InceptionV3. Sedangkan model Resnet50 memiliki nilai BLEU-1 0.51, BLEU-2 0.31, BLEU-3 0.16, BLEU-4 0.06, dan METEOR 0.33.

In this article, forecasting the number of new debtors uses the Simple Moving Average and Double Exponential Smoothing methods based on actual data on the number of new debtors per month for 2019-2021. Furthermore, the performance of the two methods is compared by comparing the Mean Absolute Deviation and Mean Square Error values. The comparison results conclude that the Simple Moving Average method is better than the Double Exponential Smoothing for predicting the number of new debtors.

Abstrak: Realisasi kredit yang diajukan oleh nasabah adalah salah satu faktor yang penting di dunia perbankan. Terlebih disaat adanya pandemi Covid-19, realisasi kredit memperlihatkan kondisi usaha para calon debitur, apakah dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Sehingga penting untuk memprediksi berapa capaian jumlah debitur baru. Dalam artikel ini dilakukan peramalan jumlah debitur baru dengan metode Simple Moving Average dan Double Exponential Smoothing berdasarkan data aktual jumlah debitur baru per bulan tahun 2019-2021. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perbandingan performa kedua metode tersebut dengan cara membandingkan nilai dari Mean Absolute Deviation dan Mean Square Error. Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan metode WP (Weighted Product), yaitu metode untuk menentukan urutan (prioritas) dalam analisis multi kriteria. This of course not only has an impact on the effectiveness of the time and energy used but also affects the decisions taken. Promethee is one of the methods in the decision-making system that can be used by students considering that promethee is more efficient in time, effort, and objectivity in making better decisions. Researchers in this study also analyze and describe the scheme or flow of the promethee method that can be used by students as well as basic criteria such as academic, activeness, nature, and confidence possessed. This basic criterion can be one of the reference guidelines used in the selection and decision-making stages.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana promethee bisa menjadi salah satu metode yang cocok untuk digunakan dalam sistem pengambilan keputusan calon anggota himpunan mahasiswa sebagai organisasi yang berada di naungan universitas. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwasanya sistem pengambilan keputusan penerimaan calon himpunan mahasiswa sebagai organisasi yang berada di lingkungan universitas mengalami beberapa masalah dalam prosesnya yakni Sebagian besar himpunan masih menggunakan metode yang manual. Hal ini tentu tidak hanya berdampak pada efektivitas waktu dan tenaga yang digunakan melainkan juga mempengaruhi keputusan yang diambil. Promethee menjadi salah satu metode dalam sistem pengambilan keputusan yang bisa digunakan oleh mahasiswa mengingat promethee lebih efisien dalam waktu, tenaga hingga tingkat objektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Peneliti dalam kajian ini juga menganalisis dan menjabarkan tentang skema atau alur yang metode promethee yang bisa digunakan oleh mahasiswa serta kriteria dasar seperti akademik, keaktifan, sikap dan kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki. Abstrak: Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada masyarakat dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kawasan perkotaan yang berubah sangat cepat menyebabkan pergerakan masyarakat atau pengguna jalan menjadi semrawut seperti di Kotamadya Medan. Masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitasnya sehari-hari secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh pola pergerakan manusia yang tidak teratur, dalam hal ini yang dimaksud adalah peningkatan kemacetan, keterlambatan, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah manusia dalam menggunakan fasilitas jalan yaitu sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan jalur terpendek dengan menggunakan metode djikstra dan spanning cycle menggunakan graf sebagai cabang dari matematika dan ilmu komputer. Rencana kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kota Medan dengan menggunakan data citra spasial dari peta kota Medan, data spasial berbasis google maps, dan data atttributnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian yang diharapkan adalah diperoleh hasil perbandingan kedua algoritma sesuai dengan data spasial yang digunakan, dan luaran hasil penelitian akan dipublish pada artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasi sinta 4 atau yang lebih baik.

Abstrak: Sistem yang dirancang agar membantu pembuat keputusan pada situasi semi-terstruktur. Penilaian kinerja guru ialah teknik yang akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang lebih baik menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja guru dalam memberikan pelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji masih dilaksanakan secara konvensional dan tidak terperinci. Dengan penilaian yang tidak terperinci dikhawatirkan akan adanya penilaian yang bersifat subjektif yang akan mengakibatkan kecemburuan sosial bagi guru yang belum menerima rekomendasi pembelajaran. Evaluasi di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum detail untuk guru yang belum mendapatkan rekomendasi. Maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancanglah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan Metode Weighted Product (WP). Adapun dalam penelitian ini memakai 6 kriteria. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) dapat menangani permasalahan pada penilaian kinerja guru.

Abstrak: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa saat ini merupakan satu-satunya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang ada di kabupaten Asahan, hal ini menuntut PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa untuk terus melakukan pembenahan guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Therefore, this study has goal to compare the music steaming applications’ user experience of the Joox and Spotify by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. There are 6 scales assessed by UEQ, including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires and obtained as many as 104 responses that could be processed. The results show that both applications have positive impressions which are indicated by the average value of each scale greater than 0.8. This indicates that these two applications are considered quite fun, effective, easy to understand, and innovative. However, the comparison’ results show that between Spotify and Joox is not significantly different, with Spotify scores slightly better than Joox.

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, cara masyarakat mendengarkan musik juga mengalami perubahan dengan munculnya banyak aplikasi streaming musik. User experience suatu aplikasi berperan penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pengguna aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membandingkan user experience dari aplikasi streaming musik Joox dan Spotify dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Terdapat 6 skala yang dinilai oleh UEQ yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dan diperoleh sebanyak 104 jawaban yang bisa diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua aplikasi memiliki impresi positif yang ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata setiap skala lebih besar dari 0.8. Artinya kedua aplikasi ini dinilai cukup menyenangkan, efektif, mudah dipahami, dan inovatif. Meskipun demikian, hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara Spotify dan Joox tidak terlalu signifikan, dengan nilai Spotify sedikit lebih unggul daripada Joox.

In choosing the development of learning models requires a decision support system method in choosing the best using the AHP method. This method can analyze a number of criteria and alternatives in choosing the best learning model development which is determined through the calculation process. This model is easier and more effective to produce the best. The AHP method is able to produce the selection of learning model development with several selection criteria and influential alternative choices. The result of the highest ranking is a priority on criteria and alternatives in achieving the goal of choosing a learning model at STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini telah memberikan pengaruh di berbagai bidang salah satunya dunia pendidikan, dengan IoT menghadirkan revolusi industri di dunia pendidikan dalam mencari jalan mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Hasil perangkingan tertinggi merupakan prioritas pada kriteria dan alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan memilih model pembelajaran di STMIK Royal Kisaran.
