However, in practice, the implementation of SAKD still faces various challenges, particularly those related to the competence of village officials as financial managers. This study aims to analyze the effect of village officials’ competence on the implementation of the Village Financial Accounting Standards (SAKD) in Poka Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all village officials directly involved in village financial management using a saturated sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the competence of village officials, which includes technical, managerial, and conceptual competencies, while the dependent variable is the implementation of SAKD. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis with the assistance of statistical software. The results of the study indicate that the competence of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of SAKD in Poka Village. These findings suggest that improving the competence of village officials can encourage more optimal implementation of SAKD and enhance the quality of village financial management and reporting in a sustainable manner, thereby supporting public transparency and accountability as well as more effective and responsible village financial decision-making by the village government and stakeholders.

This study aims to analyze the role of bī’ah lughawiyyah as a hidden curriculum and its influence on the improvement of students’ speaking ability (mahārat al-kalām). This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research participants consist of students, Arabic language instructors, and pesantren administrators. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of language-related activities. The data were analyzed thematically through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that bī’ah lughawiyyah functions as a hidden curriculum through Arabic language policies, the exemplary practices of instructors, the habituation of communication in daily pesantren life, and non-formal social reinforcement. These practices contribute positively to the enhancement of students’ kalām ability, particularly in terms of speaking confidence, fluency, and spontaneity in oral communication. The findings confirm that bī’ah lughawiyyah as a hidden curriculum plays a strategic role in Arabic language acquisition. Therefore, optimizing the language environment should be positioned as an integral component of Arabic language curriculum development in pesantren.

�2023. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports. The sample consists of eight banking companies selected through purposive sampling. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), environmental performance is measured using the Sustainable Banking Assessment (SUSBA) index, and environmental accounting disclosure is measured using the Environmental Disclosure Index (EDI). The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis after passing classical assumption tests. The results indicate that environmental accounting disclosure has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. In addition, environmental performance also has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. These findings suggest that transparent environmental disclosure and the implementation of sustainable banking practices contribute to improved financial performance. Therefore, banking companies are encouraged to enhance environmental accounting disclosure and strengthen environmental performance as part of their sustainability strategy.

udents’ learning difficulties from three main perspectives: psychological factors, learning strategies, and learning management at the Institute of Islamic Studies (Institut Agama Islam) Padang Lawas. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The participants consisted of undergraduate students and lecturers selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that students’ learning difficulties are strongly influenced by psychological factors such as low learning motivation, academic anxiety, limited self-confidence, and weak self-regulated learning skills. In addition, the dominance of conventional teaching strategies and limited student-centered learning practices contribute to low engagement and conceptual understanding. From a learning management perspective, constraints related to instructional planning, classroom organization, and evaluation systems further exacerbate students’ learning difficulties. This study highlights the importance of integrating psychologically informed instructional strategies and effective learning management to enhance students’ academic performance in Islamic higher education contexts.

Employing a quantitative approach with a survey of 360 active Generation Z investors, data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that financial literacy, risk tolerance, PU, and PEOU have a direct positive and significant effect on Bitcoin investment decisions. Overconfidence, however, showed no significant direct effect. Furthermore, PU and PEOU partially mediated the relationships between financial literacy and investment decisions, as well as between risk tolerance and investment decisions. Notably, PEOU emerged as the strongest mediating pathway, particularly for risk tolerance. Conversely, neither PU nor PEOU mediated the relationship between overconfidence and investment decisions. This research contributes theoretically by integrating Behavioral Finance theory with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of high-risk digital assets. Practically, it offers insights for platform developers to enhance user experience and design targeted financial education, and for regulators to formulate behaviorally-informed investor protection policies.
