egal procedures. Many factors can trigger this violation, such as a lack of understanding of the code of ethics, economic pressure, and conflicts of interest. The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole.This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics.In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.

This research examines how male and female lawyers respond to ethical violations that occur in their environment as well as the factors that influence their decisions to report or address these violations. The research results show significant differences in the way male and female lawyers handle violations of professional ethics. Factors such as perception of authority, influence of organizational culture, and professional experience also influence their behavior. This research also found that female lawyers tend to be more sensitive to issues of ethical violations and report cases that occur more often than male lawyers. These findings provide new insights regarding gender dynamics in the legal profession and the importance of creating a more inclusive environment in dealing with violations of professional ethics.

The findings of the study indicate that, despite significant barriers related to gender stereotypes, women in the legal field usually prioritize ethical principles when making decisions. To create more impartial and fair justice, this study disseminates information about the importance of gender equality in the legal system. Additionally, this study found that while there were no pronounced gender differences, women tended to be more vulnerable to the impact of emotions and social norms on moral judgment. This implies that even while gender has no direct bearing on moral judgments, social and emotional background must still be taken into account. With a focus on the necessity of a more inclusive and sensitive approach to the social elements that influence decision-making, these findings offer significant insights for the establishment of ethical rules and training in the Indonesian legal profession.

Asam urat adalah suatu penyakit yang penyababnya dikarenakan tidak normalnya metabolisme purin (hiperurisemia). Gejala khas penyakit asam urat adalah nyeri sendi yang menyebabkan peradangan pada sendi. Tanaman salam merupakan tanaman obat yang bekerja mengatasi hiperurisemia untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat. Kandungan pada daun salam antara lain tanin, alkaloid, flavonoid, dan minyak atsiri. Tujuan : Menggambarkan pemberian rebusan daun salam untuk menurunkan asam urat pada lansia dengan gout arthritis. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil : Setelah 7 hari pertemuan, kadar asam urat pasien menurun dari 8,8 mg/dl menjadi 8,6 mg/dl. Kesimpulan : Pemberian rebusan daun salam dapat menurunkan asam urat pada lansia dengan gout arthritis.

ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

Salah satu pengobatan hipertensi dapat dilakukan dengan cara terapi non farmakologis atau tanpa menggunakan obat yaitu dengan pemberian jus mentimun. Mentimun memiliki sifat diuretik karena tingginya kandungan mineral, sehingga dapat mengurangi tekanan darah dan meningkatkan frekuensi buang air kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Menggambarkan pemberian jus mentimun (cucumis sativus) dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Terdapat penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi dengan pemberian jus mentimun pada pagi dan sore hari dengan dosis 200 cc selama 3 hari dengan nilai pre 158/102 mmHg dan nilai post 139/81 mmHg. Jus mentimun dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan ChetGPT, dengan rata-rata nilai pra-tes sebesar 68,5 meningkat menjadi 84 pada pasca-tes. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, dan analisis uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dua-tailed sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan. Selain itu, analisis korelasi antara nilai pra-tes dan pasca-tes menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,568 dengan signifikansi 0,043. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan ChetGPT sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar mereka. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru memanfaatkan teknologi seperti ChetGPT dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama untuk mata pelajaran yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam.

Maka dari itu diperlukan penanganan dengan cepat yakni dengan perawatan luka ulkus diabetik dengan menggunakan Gel Aloe vera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perawatan luka Diabetes mellitus dengan Gel Aloe vera sebagai Dressing. Pada karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil studi kasus didapatkan setelah melakukan perawatan luka dengan Gel Aloe vera pada pasien luka Diabetes Mellitus selama 5 kali pertemuan dalam jangka waktu 10 hari (2 hari sekali). Mengalami perubahan dengan skor awal 25 menjadi 21 pada luka dan terdapat callus di tepi luka. Menunjukkan bahwa perawatan luka menggunakan Gel Aloe vera sebagai Dressing kurang efektif dikarenakan jangka waktu yang pendek dan kondisi luka tersebut.
