ANALYSIS OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SINAGA ATTENDANCE APPLICATION AT SMA NEGERI 1 JATILAWANG USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Abstract: This study analyzes the acceptance of teachers and ASN employees of the SINAGA (Sistem Informasi Layanan Kepegawaian) attendance application at SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).… The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.         

IMPLEMENTATION OF RANDOM FOREST CLASSIFIER FOR STUDENT GRADUATION CLASSIFICATION

Abstract: Abstract: Higher education plays an essential role in improving human resource quality, one of which is through the institution’s ability to monitor and predict student graduation outcomes. This study does not focus on a… a specific university but utilizes the publicly available Students Performance in Exams dataset from Kaggle, consisting of 1,000 student records containing mathematics, reading, and writing scores, along with demographic attributes such as gender, parental education level, lunch type, and test preparation participation. The data were processed through a feature engineering stage by adding an average score variable as an early indicator of graduation status. A predictive model was developed using the Random Forest Classifier, achieving an accuracy of 94.5%. The final model was integrated into a Streamlit-based web application to provide an accessible tool for academic stakeholders. The results indicate that the proposed model can serve as an effective decision-support tool for early evaluation of students’ likelihood of graduation. Keywords: prediction; random forest classifier, streamlit, student graduation.     Abstrak: Pendidikan tinggi memegang peran penting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, salah satunya melalui kemampuan institusi dalam memantau dan memprediksi tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini tidak berfokus pada perguruan tinggi tertentu, melainkan menggunakan dataset publik Students Performance in Exams dari Kaggle yang berisi 1.000 data mahasiswa, terdiri atas nilai matematika, membaca, menulis, serta atribut demografis seperti gender, tingkat pendidikan orang tua, jenis makan siang, dan partisipasi kursus persiapan. Data diolah melalui tahap feature engineering dengan menambahkan variabel average score sebagai indikator awal kelulusan. Model prediksi dibangun menggunakan algoritma Random Forest Classifier, yang menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,5%. Model ini kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam aplikasi web berbasis Streamlit untuk memberikan layanan prediksi yang mudah diakses oleh pihak akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model mampu digunakan sebagai alat pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan evaluasi dini terhadap potensi kelulusan mahasiswa.   Kata kunci: kelulusan mahasiswa; prediksi; random forest classifier; streamlit.

FEATURE ALIGNMENT OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT SYSTEM BASED ON PPEPP

Abstract: Abstract: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, has developed guidelines for the Internal Quality Assurance System or known as SPMI, that is being implemented through the Internal Quality Audit (IQA)… QA) with the PPEPP cycle, namely Determination (P), Implemen-tation (P), Evaluation (E), Control (P), and Improvement (P). Some universities have implemented IQA with system. The problem is that the system does not line well with the PPEPP cycle, which results in unsatisfactory audit results. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the university-owned AQI system features in line the PPEPP cycle and to highlight development opportunities. The method used Feature Oriented Domain analysis (FODA) and Acceptance Testing. This study delivered an analysis of IQA system features that consistent with PPEPP. The FODA results were validated by expert and tested with User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 89.98% user response that the system is acceptable. The research contributes to universities' understanding of the features necessary in the AQI system, which has an impact on the perfection of the university AQI system design in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.             Keywords: FODA; IQA system; PPEPP cycle; SPMI     Abstrak: Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi telah menyusun pedoman Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau yang dikenal dengan SPMI, yang diimplementasikan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dengan siklus PPEPP, yaitu Penetapan (P), Pelaksanaan (P), Evaluasi (E), Pengendalian (P), dan Peningkatan (P). Beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan AMI dengan sistem. Permasalahannya, sistem tersebut tidak sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP, sehingga hasil audit kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik fitur sistem AMI milik perguruan tinggi sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP dan menyoroti peluang pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Feature Oriented Domain (FODA) dan Acceptance Testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis fitur sistem AMI yang konsisten dengan PPEPP. Hasil FODA divalidasi oleh ahli dan diuji dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan 89,98% respon pengguna bahwa sistem dapat diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman universitas terhadap fitur-fitur yang diperlukan dalam sistem AMI, yang berdampak pada kesempurnaan desain sistem AMI universitas sesuai dengan siklus PPEPP.   Kata kunci: FODA; siklus PPEPP; sistem AMI; SPMI

REAL - TIME FACE DETECTION USING MATLAB HAAR CASCADE ALGORITHM

Abstract: Abstract: Face detection remains a challenging task in computer vision due to real-world factors such as uneven lighting, varying viewpoints, distance, and occlusion. This study aims to develop and evaluate a real-time facial… acial feature detection application (detecting face, eyes, nose, and mouth) using MATLAB and a webcam. Detection is performed using the Viola-Jones Cascade Classifier method through the vision.CascadeObjectDetector function. Key parameters that were adjusted include the MergeThreshold (ranging from 4 to 50 depending on the feature) and MinSize (based on estimated feature size within the frame). However, this study does not include tuning of other parameters such as FalseAlarmRate, which constitutes a limitation of the employed method. The adjustment of these parameters proved significant in improving detection accuracy and robustness under varying lighting conditions. Nevertheless, the system still encounters difficulties in detecting facial features in the presence of occlusion. This study also has the potential to serve as a foundation for further developments in face recognition, emotion detection, or biometric authentication.             Keywords: computer vision; haar cascade; MATLAB   Abstrak: Deteksi wajah merupakan tantangan dalam visi komputer karena dipengaruhi oleh kondisi nyata seperti pencahayaan tidak merata, sudut pandang, jarak, dan obstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji aplikasi deteksi fitur wajah secara real-time (wajah, mata, hidung, dan mulut) menggunakan MATLAB dan kamera webcam. Deteksi dilakukan dengan metode Viola-Jones Cascade Classifier melalui fungsi vision.CascadeObjectDetector. Parameter penting yang disesuaikan adalah MergeThreshold (antara 4 hingga 50 tergantung fitur), MinSize (mengikuti estimasi ukuran fitur dalam frame). Namun, penelitian ini tidak mencakup penyesuaian parameter lain seperti FalseAlarmRate, yang menjadi salah satu keterbatasan metode yang digunakan. Penyesuaian parameter ini terbukti signifikan dalam meningkatkan akurasi deteksi dan ketahanan terhadap variasi kondisi pencahayaan. Namun, sistem masih mengalami kesulitan mendeteksi fitur wajah jika terjadi obstruksi. THE USE OF IOT IN WATER UTILIZATION STRATEGIES FOR SMART IRRIGATION SYSTEMS BASED ON MACHINE LEARNING

Abstract: Abstract: Water irrigation is a crucial aspect of agriculture that often becomes the primary concern for farmers, especially because suboptimal management can lead to decreased crop yields and reduced income. So far, farmers… mers have been practicing irrigation manually, where plants are watered twice a day, in the morning and evening, based on weather conditions without considering soil temperature or moisture levels. Based on the observations conducted, it was found that excessive water application increases water accumulation, resulting in nutrient loss from the soil and even root diseases. The objective of this study is to develop a system utilizing an ESP32 microcontroller and sensors to detect soil moisture, with a machine learning-based K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) model, enabling farmers to remotely monitor and control their crops using an Android device. The testing results showed that with input data of 32°C temperature, 40% soil moisture, and 60% air humidity, the system produced a nearest distance of 0.000 and 0.541 from the closest k-nearest neighbors, with a status label of "needs water." As a result, the relay activates the water pump to irrigate the field. Meanwhile, for data with a nearest distance of 0.897, the system identified the status as "does not need water," indicating that the soil remains wet or moist. This study is expected to help reduce farmers' workloads by optimizing water usage according to plant needs and improving crop quality and yield.         Keywords: k-nearest neighbor (KNN); mikrokontroller ESP32; machine learning; water irrigation   Abstrak: Irigasi air merupakan aspek penting dalam pertanian yang menjadi perhatian utama petani, terutama karena pengelolaan yang kurang optimal berdampak pada penurunan hasil panen dan pendapatan. Selama ini, praktik irigasi oleh petani dilakukan secara manual, di mana penyiraman tanaman dilakukan dua kali sehari pada pagi dan sore berdasarkan kondisi cuaca tanpa memperhatikan suhu atau kelembaban tanah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, ditemukan masalah yaitu pemberian air secara berlebih menyebabkan akumulasi air meningkat mengakibatkan kehilangan nutrisi tanah dan bahkan penyakit akar. Tujuan penelitian ini menciptakan sistem yang dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dan sensor untuk mendeteksi kelembaban tanah, dengan model K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) berbasis machine learning sehingga memudahkan petani untuk mengontrol tanaman mereka dari jarak jauh menggunakan android. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan data inputan berupa suhu 32°C, kelembaban tanah 40% dan kelembaban udara 60%, sistem menghasilkan jarak terdekat sebesar 0.000 dan 0.541 dari k-nearest terdekat dengan label status "butuh air". Maka relay akan mengaktifkan pompa air untuk mengairi lahan. Kemudian, pada data dengan jarak terdekat 0.897, sistem mengidentifikasi status "tidak butuh air", menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tanah masih basah atau lembab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu meringankan beban kerja petani mengoptimalkan penggunaan air sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman dan meningkatkan kualitas hasil panen. PLANTATION COMMODITY SELECTION IN CENTRAL JAVA USING MABAC METHOD AND PSI WEIGHTING

Abstract: Abstract: Central Java has significant potential in the plantation sector with various commodities such as pepper, cloves, tobacco, tea, sugarcane, coffee, nutmeg, and patchouli. However, the abundance of commodities does… s not guarantee that all of them provide maximum benefits. This study aims to recommend the most potential plantation commodities for development. The research utilizes plantation data from Central Java over the past few years, obtained from Satu Data Indonesia, covering land area, production, productivity, and the number of farmers. The evaluation criteria include land area, production, productivity, and the number of farmers. In the decision-making process, a Decision Support System (DSS) approach is applied using the Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method and the Preference Selection Index (PSI). The MABAC method is used to determine rankings, while PSI is used for criteria weighting. The results indicate that sugarcane, tobacco, and robusta coffee are the best commodities, with final scores of 0.419, 0.237, and 0.020, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that the most potential commodities for development in Central Java are sugarcane, tobacco, and robusta coffee.   Keywords: central java; MABAC;  plantation; PSI     Abstrak: Jawa Tengah memiliki potensi besar di sektor perkebunan dengan berbagai komoditas seperti lada, cengkeh, tembakau, teh, tebu, kopi, pala, dan nilam. Tetapi dengan banyaknya komoditas, tidak memastikan bahwa semua komoditas memberikan manfaat yang maksimal. Penilitian ini bertujuan membuat rekomendasi komoditas perkebunan yang paling potensial untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data perkebunan di Jawa Tengah dalam beberapa tahun terakhir yang diperoleh dari Satu Data Indonesia, mencakup luas lahan, produksi, produktivitas, jumlah petani. Kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan meliputi luas lahan, produksi, produktivitas, jumlah petani. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, digunakan metode SPK dengan pendekatan (MABAC) serta (PSI). Metode MABAC digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat, sementara PSI digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilitian ini yaitu Tebu, Tembakau, Robusta merupakan tanaman terbaik dengan hasil akhir 0,419, 0,237, 0,020. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan tanaman yang dapat dikembangkan dengan potensial di wilayah Jawa Tengah dengan berbagai macam komoditas yaitu komoditas Tebu, Tembakau, dan Robusta.   Kata kunci: jawa tengah; MABAC; perkebunan ; PSI

APPLICATION OF THE MAUT METHOD IN RECIPIENTS INDONESIA SMART PROGRAM (PIP) IN 014673 MEKAR SARI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Abstract: Abstract: Many children drop out or stop school due to economic constraints, especially personal costs such as not being able to buy school supplies, educational development donations and so on. Therefore, the government… has a policy to help by issuing the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) as a goal to help students' personal costs in pursuing education. As the smart Indonesia program progresses, many parents of students complain because the selection of students receiving PIP assistance is not on target and does not comply with the provisions. As with the data collection of students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) assistance at State Elementary School 014673 Mekar Sari Village, it is also not optimal where the recording system is still inputted into Microsoft Excel. Therefore, a system is needed that is integrated with a calculation processing technique, namely a decision support system used at State Elementary School 015673 Mekar Sari Village to determine prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program assistance who are truly worthy and appropriate. For this reason, this study uses the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to find students who are eligible for PIP benefits in the determination process. Keywords: maut method; mekar sari elementary school; smart indonesia program.    Abstrak: Banyaknya anak yang putus atau berhenti sekolah dikarenakan kendala ekonomi terutama pada biaya pribadi seperti tidak mampu membeli perlengkapan sekolah, uang sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu pemerintah memiliki kebijakan untuk membantu dengan mengeluarkan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) sebagai tujuan untuk membantu biaya pribadi siswa dalam menempuh pendidikan. Seiring berjalannya program indonesia pintar banyak kalangan orang tua siswa mengeluh dikarenakan dalam pemilihan siswa penerima bantuan PIP tidak tepat sasaran dan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Seperti halnya dengan pendataan siswa penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 014673 Desa Mekar Sari juga belum optimal dimana masih sistem pencatatan lalu di input ke Microsoft Excel. Maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang sudah terintegrasi dengan sebuah teknik pengolahan perhitungan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 015673 Desa Mekar Sari untuk penentuan calon penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar yang benar layak dan pantas. Untuk itu penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) untuk mencari siswa yang layak mendapat manfaat PIP dalam proses penentuannya. SOFTWARE ENGINEERING OF COSTUMER SAVINGS AT LANCANG KUNING UNIVERSITY WASTE BANK

Abstract: Abstract: Based on observations and analysis of the current information system and website of the Unilak waste bank, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop the software and information management system of this… his waste bank. The application does not yet support the transaction needs at the waste bank. Although there are features, they don’t run as they should. This was also complained about by the director and staff of the Unilak waste bank. Therefore, this study was conducted to design a waste bank transaction management information system and software that will support its business processes, starting from calculating waste prices, managing customer savings to final reports. The research method used is qualitative, using information system analysis techniques and websites that are currently running at the Unilak waste bank. While for the SDLC (software development life cycle) development method, the XP Agile Methodologies cycle is used which is simpler and can be completed in a short time. There are 4 stages, namely Planning (requirements), design, implementation and testing. This study resulted in a customer transaction system design and software development that can help manage customer transaction activities at the Unilak waste bank.   Keywords: costumer; savings; software engineering; waste bank.     Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi dan analisis terhadap sistem informasi dan website bank sampah Unilak yang berjalan saat ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan pengembangan terhadap perangkat lunak maupun sistem informasinya. Aplikasi belum mendukung kebutuhan transaksi di bank sampah. Meskipun ada fitur-fiturnya, namun tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hal ini juga dikeluhkan oleh direktur dan pengelola bank sampah Unilak. Maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk merancang sistem informasi transaksi nasabah bank sampah dan perangkat lunak yang akan mendukung proses bisnisnya, yaitu mulai dari perhitungan harga sampah, pengelolaan tabungan nasabah hingga laporan akhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan teknik analisis sistem informasi dan website yang sedang berjalan di bank sampah Unilak. Sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan SDLC (software development life cycle) menggunakan siklus XP Agile Methodologies yang lebih sederhana dan bisa diselesaikan dalam waktu singkat. Terdapat 4 tahap yaitu planning (requirements), analys, design, dan implementation. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem transaksi nasabah dan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu pengelolaan aktivitas transaksi nasabah di bank sampah Unilak.   Kata kunci: bank sampah; nasabah; rekayasa perangkat lunak; tabungan.            

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT APPLICATION IN THE SYMPLE STORE

Symple Store is a business that sells various t-shirts, apparel, and screen printing services. To see the product, customers must come directly to the store because there is no media to convey product information to customers. Symple Store does not have a way to place an order if the customer does not have the time to come to the store. The purpose of this research is to create a system using E-CRM so that Symple Store sales can be done online and the E-CRM feature is a medium used to maintain the relationship between the store and customers and can also increase customer loyalty. After implementing the E-CRM application on the Symple Store, it can make it easier for customers to place orders online and the E-CRM application becomes a medium for promoting Symple Store products and with E-CRM features such as product information, transactions, discounts, promos, vouchers, chats can maintain the relationship between the store and customers and can also increase customer loyalty.      Keywords: e-crm; loyality; symple store.    Abstrak: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) merupakan jenis management mengenai pengelolaan perusahaan dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. CRM dapat diadaptasi dengan E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relation Management) yang mana membutuhkan peranan teknologi informasi. Symple Store merupakan usaha yang menjual berbagai barang kaos, pakaian jadi, dan jasa sablon. Untuk melihat produk tersebut pelanggan harus datang langsung ke Toko karena belum adanya media untuk menyampaikan informasi produk kepada pelanggan. Symple Store belum memiliki cara untuk melakukan proses pemesanan apabila pelanggan tidak memiliki waktu untuk datang ke Toko. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat sistem menggunakan E-CRM sehingga penjualan Symple Store dapat dilakukan secara online dan fitur E-CRM menjadi media yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan hubungan pihak toko dengan pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Setelah menerapkan aplikasi E-CRM pada Toko Symple Store maka dapat mempermudah pelanggan melakukan pemesanan secara online dan aplikasi E-CRM menjadi media promosi produk Symple Store dan dengan adanya fitur E-CRM seperti informasi produk, transaksi, diskon, promo, voucher, chat dapat mempertahankan hubungan pihak toko dengan pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. MEASURING THE QUALITY OF DISTRICT GOVERNMENT WEBSITES ONLY USING THE MCCALL AND EUCS METHOD (END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION)

Abstract: Abstract: Technological developments are currently increasing rapidly, especially in the innovation of information data management. With so many media providing informationand services online, as well as the services provided… vided by the Government of Sekadau Regency in the form of Webstie sekadaukab.go.id. Based on the survey results, the problems experienced by users are output and performance from sekadaukab.go.id still does not meet user expectations. Study this aims to measure the quality of information systems sekadaukab.go.id and also measure the level of user satisfaction with sekadaukab.go.id. By using the method McCall and EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) and using methods IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) to map variables into the level of importance and level of performance, the variables used are the variables in the method EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). Questionnaires were distributed to 100 users sekadaukab.go.id. The average quality generated by the method McCall of 43.6%, included in the pretty good category. For the results of measuring user satisfaction methods EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction), each variable is included in the doubtful category range value 2.60 – 3.39. There are 18 recommendations for improvement based on the method McCall and the IPA method to the Kominfo Sekadau Regency against sekadaukab.go.id. Berdasarkan hasil survey, permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengguna yaitu output dan kinerja dari sekadaukab.go.id masih belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas dari sistem informasi sekadaukab.go.id dan juga mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sekadaukab.go.id. Dengan menggunakan metode McCall dan EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) serta menggunakan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) untuk memetakan variabel kedalam tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja, variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel pada metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 100 orang pengguna sekadaukab.go.id. Rata- rata kualitas yang dihasilkan berdasarkan metode McCall sebesar 43,6%, masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. Untuk hasil pengukuran kepuasan pengguna metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction), masing-masing variabel masuk kedalam kategori ragu- ragu dengan range nilai 2.60 – 3.39. Terdapat 18 rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan pada metode McCall dan metode IPA kepada pihak Kominfo Kabupaten Sekadau terhadap sekadaukab.go.id.   Kata kunci: EUCS; IPA; kualitas sistem; MCCALL; pelayanan publik
