Henny Pratiwi, Rasidah Sihombing
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development strategy of cassava leaf-based animal feed ( Manihot utilissima ) in Sumberejo Village, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a nonprobability sampling method… thod with a saturated sampling technique. With a total of 53 respondents consisting of 50 consumers, 1 business owner and 2 employees. This study uses primary and secondary data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

APPLICATION OF THE MIND MAPPING TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENT MEMORY IN PAI SUBJECTS

Ervina, Mardiana, Nurlidia Putri, Sri Rahayu Ratna Ningsih
Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of the mind mapping method in improving student memory in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Conventional learning methods are often less effective in stimulating students'… memory because they only activate the left brain. Mind mapping, as a visual and holistic approach, is believed to overcome this limitation by involving the right brain in information processing. The results showed a significant improvement in students' memory and understanding of PAI materials after the implementation of the mind mapping method. Mind mapping's ability to systematically connect ideas and build comprehensive understanding contributed to the improvement in memory. This method proved to be flexible and effective for various PAI materials, including fiqh, SKI, akidahakhlak, and Al-Qur'an Hadith. This study recommends the use of mind mapping as an innovative learning strategy to improve the quality of PAI learning and student learning outcomes

Hotimah, Oot, Adelia, Edies, Musoffa, Maulida, Debora, Shinta
Abstract: Flooding is a natural phenomenon that can cause disasters for humans, especially in Indonesia and the Philippines, which often experience significant impacts on the economy, transportation, and social life. This research… aims to analyze the factors that cause flooding in both countries, compare the management policies implemented, and provide recommendations for improved mitigation. The method used is a literature review to collect and analyze various scientific sources. The results show that in Indonesia, factors causing flooding include land subsidence, land use change, and climate change, while in the Philippines, flooding is often triggered by tropical storms and extreme rainfall. Indonesia's response strategy focuses on river normalization and drainage infrastructure, while the Philippines implements a National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan that covers prevention, preparedness, and rehabilitation. Despite these efforts, challenges such as urbanization and land acquisition still hamper the effectiveness of flood management. Recommendations include improving infrastructure, sustainable spatial planning, and community education.

Abstract: The objective of this research was to prove whether using Choral Reading strategy can improve reading comprehension of the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This research limited the use of Choral Reading strategy… egy in improving students’ reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future

Isdianto, Andik, Al Indunissy, Nuruddin, Fitrianti, Novariza, Arif, Abdul Hamid, Widada, Wahyudi
Abstract: Fasting is a religious practice that not only holds spiritual significance in Islamic teachings but also contributes substantially to the body's physiological repair. This study aims to examine the relationship between Islamic… slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.
