IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract: This qualitative research discusses the implementation of the Financial Management Accounting Information System (FIS) and its implications for the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management of organizations or… companies. Through a case study approach, this research analyzes how the implementation of AIS-PK affects the sprocess of recording, monitoring, and reporting finances. Data were obtained through interviews with relevant personnel, direct observation, and analysis of finance-related documents. The results show that the implementation of AIS-PK positively affects the efficiency of financial management by improving accuracy and speed in recording transactions and monitoring cash. In addition, the ability to generate real-time financial reports also strengthens more timely decision-making. The implication of these findings is the importance of information technology integration in financial management strategies to improve organizational or corporate performance

UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN FINANCIAL DECISION-MAKING: ANALYSIS ON MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Abstract: Effective and efficient financial decision-making is a crucial element in the success of organizations in today's digital era. This study aims to explore how the utilization of information technology in management information… ation systems (MIS) influences the financial decision-making process within an organization. Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. This study provides significant contributions to our understanding of the role of information technology in enhancing the quality of financial decision-making in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environment

The results show that effective information system integration enables better access to financial information, supports more timely decision making, and improves the company's operational efficiency. In addition, information system integration also contributes to HR management processes, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of investment in information technology and HR development as strategies to improve overall company performance. The practical implications of this study provide valuable insights for company management in designing integrated strategies to achieve their business goals.

PENGEMBANGAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI PROGRAM INSERVICE TRAININGDI SMK ANNUR FATMAH TRAWAS MOJOKERTO

Abstract: Low human resources in schools is a problem that often occurs, causing a major impact on the quality of education implementation. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources through in-service training programs… rograms which are the right and effective solution to overcome this problem. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

Elementary school students are automatically involved in… n becoming part of 21st century society. Therefore, 21st century 4C skills, namely Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and innovation should be taught at all levels of elementary school classes according to the development and needs of students . The aim of the study is to describe the nature of 21st century skills and the importance of their application in elementary schools. The research method used is literature study. The data sources in this study were examined from various reading sources such as books and journal articles. This method is carried out so that this journal article can provide relevant and reliable information based on data sources and provide a clear picture of 21st Century 4C skills in elementary schools. The results of this study indicate that teaching 21st century skills is a necessity for every school to form skilled students in 21st century society. The learning objectives are so that students are familiar with good communication, cooperate in a compact manner, are critical of problems and are able to solve them, and are critical and innovative in their work produce new goods.

Abstract: Peningkatan produktivitas dalam Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan hal krusial untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan daya saing. Penelitian ini menjelaskan dampak positif pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan… ngan memanfaatkan perencanaan produksi digital melalui Google Spreadsheet dalam meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM.Melalui metode penelitian lapangan dan studi kasus pada beberapa UMKM, ditemukan bahwa integrasi Google Spreadsheet memungkinkan UMKM mengoptimalkan alokasi tenaga kerja, merinci perencanaan produksi, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan. Ketersediaan data real-time memungkinkan pemilik UMKM untuk merespons dinamika pasar dengan lebih cepat dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang mengadopsi perencanaan produksi digital mencapai peningkatan produktivitas yang signifikan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan terkait pemahaman teknologi dan keamanan data, manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing UMKM menjadi lebih nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi UMKM untuk menggabungkan pengelolaan SDM dan perencanaan produksi digital dengan Google Spreadsheet sebagai solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Rekomendasi disampaikan agar UMKM menyediakan pelatihan teknologi kepada karyawan, serta memperhatikan kebijakan keamanan data untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan perangkat lunak tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM melalui efektivitas pengelolaan SDM dan perencanaan produksi digital.

PERSEPSI PARA PENDIDIK TERHADAP TANTANGAN – TANTANGAN DALAM PENGAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS

Abstract: This study aims to explore teachers' perceptions of challenges in English language teaching and the strategies they use to overcome these challenges. This study used a qualitative approach with a judgement sampling method. … d.  The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

ANALISIS SENTIMEN TERHADAP PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI TENTANG BATASAN UMUR CAPRES DAN CAWAPRES MENGGUNAKAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES

Abstract: Penelitian ini mengkaji reaksi publik terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Indonesia yang mempertahankan batasan umur minimal 35 tahun untuk calon presiden dan wakil presiden. Dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes… s untuk menganalisis sentimen dari data Twitter, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap persepsi publik terhadap regulasi ini. Analisis menunjukkan mayoritas sentimen negatif (90.9%), dengan hanya 6.6% sentimen positif dan 2.5% sentimen netral, menandakan ketidakpuasan yang dominan di kalangan publik. Akurasi analisis sentimen yang dihasilkan mencapai 67.98%, menegaskan efektivitas Naïve Bayes dalam konteks ini. Penelitian menghasilkann  betapa pentingnya akan pembahasan lebih mendalam mengenai syarat pencalonan yang dapat mencerminkan aspirasi masyarakat agar mempertimbangkan aspek pengalaman dan kedewasaan. Dalam konteks yang lebih luas, temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang dinamika opini publik dan potensi revisi peraturan terkait, merekomendasikan kajian lebih lanjut untuk memahami dampak kebijakan tersebut terhadap struktur demokrasi Indonesia

PEMBUATAN BIOETANOL DARI MAHKOTA BUAH NANAS VARIETAS CAYANE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE

Abstract: The scarcity of petroleum resources or other fuel sources encourages efforts to find alternative energy, namely Bioethanol.  Alternative raw materials that can be utilised in the manufacture of bioethanol from biomass are… re pineapple crowns. Making Bioethanol from Pineapple Fruit Crown Cayane Variety by Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Microbes is by varying the weight of yeast and the optimum fermentation time on the level of bioethanol produced.  In this study using NaOH 1.5%w to degrade the lignin content in the crown of pineapple varieties cayane and H2SO4 2%v to convert cellulose into glucose. The research used variations in yeast weight of 7.5%; 10%; 12.5%w and variations in fermentation time of 2; 3; 4; 5 days in the fermentation process.  While the purification process uses simple distillation with operating conditions 78oC-80oC for 2.5 -4 hours.  Bioethanol obtained was tested for refractive index and gask romatography (GC). The test results obtained the optimum weight of yeast is 12.5 grams at 3 days fermentation time with bioethanol content of 6.154%.
