Durratulhikmah, Fauziah, Nurul Amna
Abstract: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease indicated by high blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. This condition leads to major complications if treatment is not received. As a result, managing health is essential to control… rol hypertension. The study aims to investigate the relationship between self-care and the decrease in blood pressure among hypertensive patients in Sukamakmur Public Health Center. The population was 110 hypertensive patients, and 86 respondents were selected as the sample using a random sampling technique. The research was conducted from 15 to 21 April 2025. A quantitative correlational research design was used with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were the Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ) and blood pressure assessed using a digital sphygmomanometer. The data that was analyzed from the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.020 (p<0.05). This finding indicated a relationship between self-care management and blood pressure decline in hypertensive patients at the Sukamakmur Community Health Center. This study suggests that patients should be more active and consistently do self-care management to help maintain stable blood pressure levels.

Kogoya, Napius, Halitopo, Manase
Abstract: This study analyzes the phenomenon of homophone pyramid language in the Lani Tribe of Papua Pegunungan, revealing that homophones in the Lani language are not merely linguistic coincidences but embody unique phonological… patterns and semantic variations deeply connected to the tribe’s cultural and environmental context. Through descriptive linguistic analysis and field-based data collection, the study identifies several instances of lexical homophony such as tu (“door” / “road”), mayu (“rain” / “salt”), nengge (“eat” / “drink”), ngilu (“cucumber” / “snack”), eyo (“tree” / “barren”), kolee (“leader” / “older man”), abila (“pregnant” / “fat man”), and anuka (“head” / “Anuak tribe”). These examples demonstrate that meaning in the Lani language is primarily determined by contextual cues and pragmatic usage. The findings suggest that homophones in Lani function as linguistic features and cultural expressions that reflect the tribe’s perception of nature, community roles, and social identity. This research contributes to a broader understanding of Papuan linguistics and underscores the importance of preserving indigenous languages as repositories of cultural knowledge and intellectual heritage.

Stiawati, Titi, Apriyani , Nurul, Maisaroh, Ima, Framanik, Naniek Afrilla
Abstract: Stunting remains a major public health issue hindering the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) and Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being). Previous studies have mostly… focused on nutrition and health aspects, while this research addresses the research gap by analyzing policy strategies based on cross-sectoral collaboration at the village level. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze stunting mitigation policy strategies within the framework of achieving the SDGs in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. This research employs Collaborative Governance theory (Ansell & Gash, 2008) and SWOT analysis (Rangkuti, 2018) to map internal–external factors and assess the quality of multi-stakeholder collaboration. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, with triangulation for data validation. The findings indicate that the main strengths of the strategy are community awareness campaigns and available health infrastructure, while the greatest opportunity comes from national policy and government support. However, weaknesses such as limited community understanding and threats such as socio-economic inequality remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the success of stunting mitigation strategies is strongly determined by actor synergy, facilitative leadership at the village level, and the utilization of national policy opportunities. It recommends strengthening collaborative institutional design and leveraging health technologies to ensure program sustainability
