PENGARUH IDEALISME DAN REALISME TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN

Abstract: Idealism and realism are two opposing philosophies that have shaped the field of education for centuries. These two philosophies have significantly influenced educational practices and curriculum development, with educators… ors often incorporating elements of both idealism and realism into their teaching methods. The method used in this study is a literature review, which involves searching for literature from both international and national sources using tools like QuillBot. This literature study examines the relationship between relevant writings and supporting literature, such as books, journals, articles, theses, and other relevant sources found on the internet. The results of this study show that the integration of idealism and realism in education is crucial to providing students with a comprehensive and effective learning experience. By balancing a focus on ethical values and practical skills, educators can help students develop the tools they need to thrive in both academic settings and the real world.

Abstract: This research addresses obstacles to effective English communication, focusing on essential language competencies—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—that are critical in global business. It explores which language… uage skills are most important for international business communication and examines the impact of language proficiency on professional success. The goal of the study is to identify these key competencies for successful global business interactions and to provide insight into which skills professionals should focus on developing. To achieve this, a systematic literature review is conducted, establishing a structured theoretical framework by drawing on findings from previous research. The study concludes that essential language competencies for global business success include verbal communication, writing skills, cross-cultural understanding, listening, and negotiation abilities. Among these, verbal skills in English, as an international language, are especially crucial in settings such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations. Effective verbal communication requires not only mastery of grammar but also the ability to use non-verbal cues, like intonation and body language, to reinforce and clarify messages. These competencies are emphasized as crucial for professionals who wish to excel in the global business landscape, where effective communication can significantly influence outcomes. The findings suggest that developing both language and cultural understanding equips professionals to engage more effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries, enhancing their ability to negotiate, collaborate, and succeed in diverse business environments.

Abstract: The Independent Curriculum in elementary to high schools (SD to SMA) is a challenge for schools to improve their ability in managing both learning and administration, so that what is aspired to in the mandate of the Constitution… titution which reads "to educate the life of the nation" is something that is essential. Something that is quite urgent is the learning objectives, one of which is to improve cognition for students, which is the basis for this community service program, namely improving musical skills with a drumband training and performance program at SMPN 30 Muaro Jmabi. The skills program in the independent learning curriculum is strongly encouraged by being a leading government program (Ministry of Education and Culture) so that students can create something that fosters independence in determining and choosing the direction of life (future). The purpose of this community service program is that in addition to increasing interest and talent, it also provides space for creativity for students in carrying out music learning activities through extracurricular activities as intended by the independent curriculum. The community service program is a government program that is assigned to educators (Lecturers) in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. For that, of course there are scientific measurements called activity outputs, in this case the team will target outputs in the form of (1) National Seminar Proceedings. (2) Scientific Journals. (3) Publications on Electronic Media. (4) Activity Documentation Videos.

Abstract: Effective career planning and development is essential in the context of today's competitive and dynamic job market. A systematic approach is crucial to helping individuals and organizations identify and achieve their career… reer goals. This research aims to analyze the importance of a systematic approach in career planning and development, the challenges faced, and the determining factors for success that need to be considered. The method used in this research is literature study, which includes analysis of related literature and best practices in career development. The research results show that self-assessment, setting clear goals, developing skills, as well as mentorship and technology support play an important role in achieving career success. Apart from that, organizations must also play an active role in providing structured development programs to increase employee engagement. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for synergy between individuals and organizations in creating a mutually beneficial career development ecosystem.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data penelitian berasal dari jurnal-jurnal dan buku yang membahas tentang kurikulum merdeka, kemudian data yang dihasilkan berupa penjelasan dan penjabaran terhadap hasil data yang telah didapat. adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, yaitu mencari sumber penelitian dari buku, dan juga jurnal- jurnal yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terhadap kurikulum merdeka didapatkan bahwa kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum baru setelah kurikulum 2013 yang dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbud yaitu Nadim Makarim, pada hakikatnya Kurikulum merdeka merupakan inovasi terbaru dari kurikulum yang pernah diterapkan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari diberlakukannya kurikulum merdeka adalah untuk menciptkana Sumber Daya Manusia yang unggu dan dapat bersaing didunia kerja, selain itu kurikulum ini juga ditujukan kepada seluruh jenjang pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia hal ini bermaksud agar proses pembelajaran tidak hanya berfokus pada kemampuan peserta didik dikelas saja akan tetapi kemampuan skill mereka juga dikembangkan agar terciptanya peserta didik yang unggul dan kreatif dilingkungan sekolah maupun masyaraktnya

PENGEMBANGAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI PROGRAM INSERVICE TRAININGDI SMK ANNUR FATMAH TRAWAS MOJOKERTO

Abstract: Low human resources in schools is a problem that often occurs, causing a major impact on the quality of education implementation. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources through in-service training programs… rograms which are the right and effective solution to overcome this problem. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.  

4C SKILLS OF THE 21ST CENTURY: THEIR NATURE AND IMPORTANCE IN PRIMARY SCHOOL LEARNING

Abstract: 21st century skills absolutely must be taught at all levels of education, especially elementary schools, because students have experienced very fast changing times. Elementary school students are automatically involved in… n becoming part of 21st century society. Therefore, 21st century 4C skills, namely Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and innovation should be taught at all levels of elementary school classes according to the development and needs of students . The aim of the study is to describe the nature of 21st century skills and the importance of their application in elementary schools. The research method used is literature study. The data sources in this study were examined from various reading sources such as books and journal articles. This method is carried out so that this journal article can provide relevant and reliable information based on data sources and provide a clear picture of 21st Century 4C skills in elementary schools. The results of this study indicate that teaching 21st century skills is a necessity for every school to form skilled students in 21st century society. The learning objectives are so that students are familiar with good communication, cooperate in a compact manner, are critical of problems and are able to solve them, and are critical and innovative in their work produce new goods.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BASED LEARNING (PBL) MELALUI MEDIA GAMBAR BERSERI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS BAHASA INGGRIS

Abstract: This research aims to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model through series of image media to improve English writing skills at SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research… (PTK). The research subjects were class X students at SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. In implementing the action, it is carried out in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The activities carried out in each cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the research show an increase in English writing skills through serial image media. significant increase in students' understanding of concepts, writing skills, and learning motivation. The integration of serial image media as a supporter of PBL provides a visual dimension that helps students understand the content, stimulates creativity, and increases active involvement in the learning interaction process.
