These findings provide implications for educators in designing Arabic language assessments that are more systematic, communicative, and relevant to language learning objectives.

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMASYARAKATAN DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK PELAYANAN KESEHATAN WARGA BINAAN DENGAN HIV DI LAPAS NARKOTIKA KELAS IIA JAKARTA

Devy Elzanila Rahmah Dhany, Rahmawati, Rahmawati
Abstract: Pelaksanaan kebijakan pemasyarakatan dalam pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS masih menghadapi persoalan mendasar yang bersifat menyeluruh. The implementation of correctional policy faces ongoing systemic obstacles in fulfilling the health service rights of inmates with HIV/AIDS. Despite Law Number 22 of 2022 on Corrections mandating equivalent health services for inmates, practical challenges persist, including a shortage of medical personnel, inadequate dissemination of regulations, misaligned bureaucratic procedures, and limited support from non-governmental organizations. This study argues that these barriers significantly hinder the realization of humane and dignified health services for inmates with HIV/AIDS. Using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, the study examines these issues at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution in Jakarta. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, it draws on in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with 13 informants. Findings indicate that while policy implementation is underway, it is not yet fully optimal; disposition emerges as a strength, but medical resource limitations and weak regulatory communication remain significant barriers. Through Edwards III’s four dimensions—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—the study identifies gaps and strengths to guide more effective health service delivery for inmates with HIV/AIDS. Keywords: Health service, HIV/AIDS, Policy Implementation, Prisoner

Wildatul Umah, Muhammad Ma’dinul In’am Al Kamil, Erma Fatmawati, Mu'alimin
Abstract: Lesson Plan (RPP) is an important component in the learning process that functions as a guide for teachers in conducting teaching and learning activities. This study aims to analyze Social Studies (IPS) lesson plans in the… the 2013 Curriculum and the simplified lesson plans, as well as to examine the differences, strengths, and weaknesses of both in supporting the learning process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from official documents, books, and relevant scientific journals. The results show that the 2013 Curriculum lesson plan has complete, detailed, and systematic components, providing structured guidance for teaching, but it tends to be complex and burdens teachers administratively. Meanwhile, the simplified lesson plan only consists of three main components, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment, making it more flexible, practical, and efficient. In Social Studies learning, the simplified lesson plan is considered more relevant as it accommodates contextual and student-centered learning. However, the effectiveness of the simplified lesson plan highly depends on teachers’ pedagogical competence in designing and implementing learning activities. Therefore, teachers’ skills and creativity are required to ensure that the simplified lesson plan can optimally achieve learning objectives.

Kadhapy, Moh., paputungan, frezy, B. Jassin, Iwan
Abstract: Digitalization in education continues to increase, particularly in the use of learning media. However, various challenges associated with the emergence of eras based on birth years often lead to differing perspectives on… improving the quality of education today. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

Raodhatul Fitri, Haniah, Amrah Kasim
Abstract: This study aims to examine the concept of semantic fields in the thought of Ahmad Mukhtar Umar and its relevance to Arabic language learning. The research employs a qualitative approach with the library study method, which… ch is based on theoretical analysis of relevant scholarly literature. The data consist of primary and secondary sources. The primary data are obtained from Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s works discussing ‘ilm al-dalālah (semantics), while the secondary data come from books, journal articles, and websites related to semantics and Arabic language learning. The findings show that Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s linguistic thought is built upon the integration of classical Arabic linguistic traditions and modern linguistic theories, emphasizing language as a dynamic and contextual system of meaning. The concept of the semantic field is understood as a network of semantic relations among vocabulary items, encompassing synonymy, hyponymy, part–whole relations, antonymy, and incompatibility. The study concludes that applying the concept of semantic fields in Arabic language learning enables thematic and conceptual vocabulary development, thereby supporting more meaningful, communicative, and contextual learning.
