in achieving Good Governance in a village is Education. Education plays a crucial role in enhancing and developing Good Governance and the SDGs values of a village. The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.

Abstrak: Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Smart Village pada sistem pemerintahan Desa befungsi mendukung sustainability dalam membantu terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Pemerintahan Desa. Salah satu peranan penting terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Desa adalah Pendidikan. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan maupun pembangunan Good Governance dan nilai SDGs Desa. Penelitian yang dilakukan berfokus pada perancangan Enterprise Architecture konsep Smart Village dimensi Village Services yang berfokus pada Education Services di Desa Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Fokus domain yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. Diharapkan, rekomendasi yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan layanan Pendidikan yang disediakan oleh Desa Pagerharjo, sehingga mampu membantu Pemerintah Desa Pagerharjo meningkatkan score nilai SDGs ke-empat, Pendidikan yang Berkualitas.

This research aims to perform sentiment analysis on user reviews found in the Google Play Store review column. The methods used for sentiment analysis are Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The test results show that with a 10% test data and 90% training data proportion, the SVM method achieves the highest accuracy of 95%. Naive Bayes follows with an accuracy of 87%, and K-NN with an accuracy of 75%.

Abstrak: Aplikasi Mobile JKN adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat untuk mempermudah administrasi kesehatan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2017. Aplikasi ini telah diunduh lebih dari 10 juta pengguna dengan 484 ribu ulasan beragam positif, negatif, dan netral. Rata-rata rating yang diberikan pengguna adalah 4,5 bintang dari 5 bintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna yang terdapat di kolom review Google Play Store. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis sentimen adalah Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan proporsi data uji sebesar 10% dan data training sebesar 90%, metode SVM mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 95%. Diikuti oleh Naive Bayes dengan akurasi 87%, dan K-NN dengan akurasi 75%.

In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program.

Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). The purpose of this research is to build a geographic information system application that can help the community find the location of MDTA schools in Asahan District, obtain information about MDTA facilities, can assist in adding data on MDTA school locations, and update data on MDTA schools. This study uses a qualitative research method by explaining more about the analysis related to MDTA, data collection techniques through observation and documentation. Based on the research results obtained, the application of a geographic information system to determine the location of MDTA can display information and points of location of MDTA in Asahan District easily and accurately. So that it can be concluded, the geographic information system that was built can make it easier for the Ministry of Religion and the community to search for information on MDTA locations in Asahan District.

Abstrak : Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam yang dinaungin Kementrian Agama. Permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini sulit mendapatkan informasi mengenai fasilitas dan pemetaan mengenai lokasi sekolah MDTA yang tersebar di Asahan, masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam memberi informasi sekolah MDTA. Tujuan penelitian ini membangun aplikasi sistem informasi geografis dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi sekolah MDTA di Kabupaten Asahan, mendapatkan informasi mengenai fasilitas MDTA , dapat membantu dalam menambahkan data lokasi-lokasi sekolah MDTA, serta melakukan update data mengenai sekolah MDTA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan lebih menjelaskan analisis berkaitan dengan MDTA, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, penerapan sistem informasi geografis untuk mengetahui lokasi MDTA dapat menampilkan informasi dan titik lokasi MDTA di Kabupaten Asahan dengan mudah dan akurat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, sistem informasi geografis yang dibangun dapat mempermudah Kementrian Agama dan masyarakat dalam melakukan pencarian informasi lokasi MDTA di Kabupaten Asahan.

The purpose of conducting research to minimize theft, and the use of motorbikes by minors, this research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study found that when the user places the KTP on RC522, the condition of relay 1 will become NC to turn on the motorcycle's ignition system, then relay 2 will turn on the motorcycle's starter for 5 seconds, then it will turn off automatically. for relays, arduino provides pure 5VDC voltage. The conclusion from this study , RFID cards and KTP is have different serials, and different numbers, RFID cards have a serial combination of 9 numbers and letters, while KTP has a serial combination of 27 numbers and letters.

Indonesia memiliki banyak pengguna sepeda motor, tahun 2019 sebanyak 112. 771. 136 unit. Tahun 2020 sebanyak 115. 023. 039 unit, dan tahun 2021 sebanyak 120 .042 .298 unit. Banyak nya sepeda motor, meningkatkan pencurian sepeda motor (curanmor), dan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan penggunaan dibawah umur. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk meminimalisir curanmor, dan pemakaian sepeda motor oleh anak dibawah umur, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mendapati ketika user meletakan KTP pada RC522, maka kondisi relay 1 akan menjadi NC untuk menyalakan sistem pengapian sepeda motor, kemudian relay 2 akan menyalakan stater sepeda motor selama 5 detik, kemudian akan mati secara otomatis. untuk relay, arduino memberikan tegangan 5VDC murni. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini,kartu RFID dan KTP memiliki serial yang berbeda, dan jumlah yang berbeda, kartu RFID memiliki serial kombinasi 9 angka dan huruf, sementara untuk KTP memiliki serial kombinasi 27 angka dan huruf.

In addition, the application of Agile methods in the application development process can provide the flexibility and adaptability needed to deal with frequent changes in requirements. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Therefore, the use of AngularJS with an Agile approach should be carefully considered by organizations wishing to develop successful web-based acceptance system applications.

Abstract: Teknologi mampu mendigitalisasi pekerjaan manusia yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lebih singkat dan akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dikerjakan oleh manusia. Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. The developed furniture industry WebGIS application takes advantage of the open source and dynamic advantages of Leflet and OpenStreetMap technologies which have provided very decent results on several GIS web-based application systems. In the testing phase with the Blackbox method, the WebGIS application for the furniture industry in Pasuruan City functionally has run well on desktop devices and also run well on simulated mobile devices. Testing was carried out on several types of browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. This WebGIS application has been able to map the furniture industry in Pasuruan City so that the distribution of economic activity actors, especially the furniture industry, can be seen throughout the city and each sub-district. It can provide detailed information on furniture industry players in Pasuruan.

Abstrak: Pasuruan merupakan salah satu daerah yang terkenal sebagai penghasil produk mebel di Jawa Timur. Industri komoditas mebel tersebar cukup banyak di kota ini. Industri ini juga merupakan salah satu produk unggulan. Guna mendongkrak minat pasar akan industri mebel kota Pasuruan yang terimbas pandemi COVID-19, dan belum dikembangkannya suatu sistem informasi geografis sebagai upaya pengembangan industri mebel maka dilaksanakan penelitian tentang sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (WebGIS) pemetaan industri mebel kota Pasuruan menggunakan Leaflet dan OpenStreetMap. Aplikasi WebGIS industri mebel yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan kelebihan teknologi Leflet dan OpenStreetMap yang bersifat open source dan dinamis yang telah memberikan hasil yang sangat layak pada beberapa sistem aplikasi berbasis WebGIS. Pada tahap pengujian dengan metode Blackbox, aplikasi WebGIS industri mebel kota Pasuruan secara fungsional telah dapat berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat dekstop dan juga berhasil berjalan dengan baik pada simulated mobile device. Pengujian dilakukan pada beberapa macam browser seperti Google Chrome dan Microsoft Edge. Aplikasi WebGIS ini telah dapat memetakan industri mebel kota Pasuruan, sehingga dapat diketahui sebaran pelaku kegiatan ekonomi khususnya industri mebel, baik seluruh kota maupun tiap-tiap kecamatan, serta dapat memberikan detail informasi pelaku industri mebel di kota Pasuruan.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Single Exponential Smoothing method for forecasting product sales at HNI Kisaran based on the data obtained. The research method used in this research is qualitative research which is research that only collects data and explains descriptively/narratively without having to be processed by statistical tests. This research will only utilize data obtained from research sites and input them without changing anything. Manual calculation results and computerized calculation results have the same results. Using the Single Exponential Smoothing method can help HNI Kisaran to determine the amount of product that must be provided in order to be able to meet customer demand.

Abstrak: Penjualan produk yang sering terjual dan produk baru di HNI Kisaran mengalami fluktuasi yaitu kadang kala meningkat dan kadang kala menurun. Hal ini disebabkan karena konsumen sering berpindah-pindah ke Stockis lainya dikarenakan produk yang diinginkan tidak ada sedangkan jika harus membeli, harus melakukan Pre Order terlebih dahulu dan menunggu beberapa hari. Masalah tersebut berdampak pada pengendalian stok produk yang tidak dapat diprediksi dengan baik oleh pihak HNI Kisaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode Single Exponential Smoothing untuk peramalan penjualan produk di HNI Kisaran berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang hanya mengumpulkan data dan menjelaskan secara deskripstif/narasi tanpa harus diolah dengan pengujian statistik. Penelitian ini hanya akan memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh dari tempat riset dan menginputkannya tanpa mengubah apapun. Hasil perhitungan manual dan hasil perhitungan komputerisasi memiliki hasil yang sama. Menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing dapat membantu pihak HNI Kisaran untuk menentukan jumlah produk yang harus disediakan agar mampu memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.

Sekolah ini adalah salah satu sekolah menengah atas yang menjadi favorit para lulusan SMP. Oleh karena itu sekolah ini mempunyai siswa yang sangat banyak. Dengan banyaknya siswa yang masuk, maka peminat ekskul paskibra juga memiliki peminat yang banyak, selain itu di sekolah ini paskibra merupakan ekskul favorit dan cukup bergengsi di kalangan siswa. Seleksi paskibra yang berjalan selama ini sudah dilakukan dengan baik, akan tetapi keputusan yang diambil terkadang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang akan menjadi acuan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang objektif. Sistem pengambilan keputusan akan dibuat menggunakan data mining algoritma C4.5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem yang memudahkan panitia penyeleksi untuk memilih anggota paskibra yang layak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berupa hasil wawancara data peserta seleksi pakskibra tiga tahun terakhir. Hasilnya berupa tiga kriteria utama dan lima aturan sistem seleksi.
