Changes in today's information technology have brought major changes to all levels of society. With the birth of social media, behavioral patterns have shifted quite significantly, both in terms of ethics, culture and social norms. The research method used is quantitative descriptive through a descriptive analysis process. This study explains the behavior of new media usage activities by the Digital Community / Gen which includes motivation, habits or behavior, and security of social media access. Security can also be found in the data we use in the process of using social media, because when using communication access on a digital platform, there is a direct risk that all data directly related to the communication process can be known by other parties.

The findings of the study indicate that, despite significant barriers related to gender stereotypes, women in the legal field usually prioritize ethical principles when making decisions. To create more impartial and fair justice, this study disseminates information about the importance of gender equality in the legal system. Additionally, this study found that while there were no pronounced gender differences, women tended to be more vulnerable to the impact of emotions and social norms on moral judgment. This implies that even while gender has no direct bearing on moral judgments, social and emotional background must still be taken into account. With a focus on the necessity of a more inclusive and sensitive approach to the social elements that influence decision-making, these findings offer significant insights for the establishment of ethical rules and training in the Indonesian legal profession.

There are four competencies that must be possessed by a teacher, namely pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies. In this study focuses on the teacher's personality competence, where ustad is expected to have attitudes and behaviors that can be emulated by the students. Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad is a modern cottage that emphasizes Arabic and English in its daily conversation, and uses a curriculum using the term KMI (Kulliyatul Mu'alimin Al-Islamiyah) in its learning. This study aims to analyze how management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad and how pesantren management in improving teacher competence at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that pesantren management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad Klaten has been running well in improving the personality competence of teachers/ustad.

After obtaining the data from the downloaded videos, the theories of Poplack (1980), Gumperz (1982), and Myers-Scotton (1998) were used to analyze the data. The discoveries uncovered that the three sorts of code-switching, the intra-sentential code-switching, the between sentential code-switching and the extra-sentential code-switching existed. The intra-sentential code-switching, which is thought to be the more complex of the three, was used the most frequently in verbal communication. Quote marking, addressee specification, interjections, reiteration, message qualification, personalization versus objectivization, topic switch, affective function, expressive, phatic, metalinguist, and directive were also identified as twelve functions of code-switching. Predominant was the reiteration function. In the meantime, the social triggers of code-switching were identified as the sequence unmarked choice maxim and the deference choice maxim.

Hambatan yang dihadapi termasuk masalah komunikasi dan kurangnya dukungan serta partisipasi beberapa orang tua dalam kegiatan tertentu. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pendampingan saat pembelajaran di kelas dan kegiatan di luar kelas, pelatihan bina bunyi dan irama (BKBPI), latihan membaca gerakan bibir, serta pelatihan self-care dan bersosialisasi. Data were obtained through interviews with relevant personnel, direct observation, and analysis of finance-related documents. The results show that the implementation of AIS-PK positively affects the efficiency of financial management by improving accuracy and speed in recording transactions and monitoring cash. he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.
