Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMK N 2 Sukawati tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 11 orang Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan lembar tes. Data yang didapatkan dari metode tes hasil belajar dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif Hasil penelitian dengan menerapkan Model pembelajaran STAD ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar adalah 77 24 Dengan rincian 7 siswa atau 63,63 % kategori bisa memenuhi target KKM yang di tetapkan sekolah standarnya adalah 75,sedangkan 4 orang siswa atau 36,36 % berada di bawah standar KKM ,jadi terdapat 4 orang siswa yang belum tuntas Daya serap siswa 77 24 %, ,sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar adalah 78.19 dengan daya serap siswa adalah 85 71% Tedapat 3 siswa atau 27,27% katagori di bawah KKM yang ditetapkan KKM Pendidikan Agama adalah 75,dan 8 orang 85.71% katagori diatas KKM bidang study. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Kooperatif Type STAD dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu Siswa SMK Negeri 2 Sukawati tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 Oleh karena itu peneliti menyarankan kepada guru untuk menerapkan Metode Kooperatif Type STAD dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas demi peningkatan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran

The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.
International cooperation, such as with the State of Neuvo Leon-Mexico, shows efforts to expand investment networks and global market visibility, with an evaluation of the benefits and costs required. Promotional activities such as seminars on investment strategies focus on strengthening regional branding and effective promotional techniques. is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan orang tua dari anak penderita down syndrome. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil observasi dan wawancara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab kelainan anak down syndrome ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya sebagai berikut: 1) usia ibu yang lebih tua, 2) usia kandungan kurang dari 9 bulan (Prematur), 3) perkembangan anak. Treatment yang dilakukan untuk menyembuhkan penderita down syndrome adalah dengan cara melakukan terapi. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam proses treatment untuk penyembuhan adalah biaya terapi yang tinggi, biaya yang terus menerus inilah yang menjadi beban finansial yang berat bagi orang tua.

vities to enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. The population was seventh-grade students with 2 classes as a sample. In this study, 37 students in the experiment class and 37 students in the control class made up the sample. The data were collected using listening pre-test and listening post-test as instruments. SPSS 22.0 were used to analysed the data. The result of the research was there was significant difference between experimental class and control class where experimental class score increased to 84.41, while the control class only increased to 74.05. The analysis showed that the mean score of post-test in the experimental class was higher than control class. The result of Independent Sample Test table in this study was 0.000 < 0.05. This value means that the alternative was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. It can conclude that there is significant effect of Simon Says activities in enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang.

Education Program at STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with data obtained from thesis abstracts. The findings of this study reveal that the use of plural morphemes, possessive, present tense, past tense, and present participle has a significant role in increasing semantic richness and grammatical structure. The study concludes that the understanding and proper use of inflectional morphemes can significantly improve the quality of academic writing. This study also fills a gap in the academic literature and offers practical insights for students and researchers to perfect their writing skills.
