Profitability, Company Growth and Previous Year Audit Opinion. And the dependent variable used is Going Concern Audit Opinion . This type of research data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company website. This research uses a purposive sampling method with the sample companies in this research being the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The number of samples obtained was 28 companies with observations for 4 years. The hypothesis in this study was tested using logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study based on a partial test (Wald test) showed that: 1) The Profitability variable had no significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . 2) The Company Growth variable has no significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . 3) The previous year's Audit Opinion variable has a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . And based on the results of the simultaneous test (omnibus test) it shows that the variables Profitability, Company Growth and Previous Year Audit Opinion simultaneously have a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . And the determinant coefficient obtained was 0.390 or 39%, which means that the independent variable contributed 39% to the dependent variable and the remaining 61% was explained by other variables outside this research.

voluntary participants. Results indicated that most respondents slept between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am, with an average sleep duration of 5.458 hours. Despite the majority having below the recommended 7 hours of sleep per night, the study found a weak negative correlation (-0.088) between sleep duration and academic performance (GPA). However, the p-value of 0.684 suggested that this correlation was not statistically significant. Discussion highlighted the importance of sleep for cognitive functions and academic success. Although the study contradicted some existing theories, it emphasized the need for further research with larger samples and more specific performance measurements. The findings could guide educational institutions in developing evidence-based interventions to improve students' sleep quality and, potentially, academic performance. this research contributes to the understanding of the complex relationship between sleep and academic achievement, prompting further exploration for a more comprehensive perspective.

Metode penelitian menggunakan Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 10 agustus hingga 18 agustus 2023. Populasi adalah semua perawat yang ada di ruangan ICU dan ICVCU RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada saat penelitian berlangsung dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang menggunakan rumus total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 38 responden sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik 24 orang (63,2%), pengetahuan cukup 14 orang (36,8%).sikap cukup 15 orang(39.5%) dan sikap baik 23 orang (60.5%), sebagian perilaku cukup 18 orang (47.4%) dan perilaku baik 20 orang (52.6%). Hasil uji bivariate didapatkan nilai p= 0,003 (p-value<0,05). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat terhadap perilaku penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien. Upaya yang harus dilakukan perawat yaitu harus lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku dalam penerapan patient safety.

Selain itu, banyaknya kunjungan keluarga dan kerabat pasien dapat membuat unit gawat darurat menjadi penuh dan hal ini dapat meningkatkan stres kerja karena beban kerja yang berlebihan yang disebabkan oleh perasaan lelah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 19 orang perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 16 responden (84,2%) memiliki beban kerja berat, dan untuk frekuensi stres kerja perawat dari 19 responden didapatkan 15 responden (78,9%) mengalami stres berat. Terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di RSUD Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Saran perawat pelaksana diharapkan untuk tetap mempertahankan kondisi tidak stres yang disebabkan oleh beban kerja yang berat, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam mengurangi beban kerja setiap perawat.
