teachers’ pedagogical competence and foster a student-centered learning culture. This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

This study aims to explore the Prophet Muhammad’s hadiths that emphasize the importance of environmental preservation. Employing a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research analyzes relevant hadiths and scholarly interpretations. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s teachings on ecological preservation are comprehensive and highly relevant to contemporary environmental challenges. Most environmental degradation is a direct result of human actions, and the prophetic hadiths offer foundational solutions—framing what can be understood as an early model of ecological education in Islam.

rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.
