njukkan bahwa platform pembelajaran berbasis game seperti Wayground dapat menjadi solusi karena dianggap bermanfaat, menghibur, dan menarik bagi siswa. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru di MA Terpadu Al Hidayah Sumenep dalam memanfaatkan Wayground secara optimal, tidak hanya sebagai game, tetapi sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran yang formal dan terstruktur. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai lokakarya pelatihan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi demonstrasi langsung penggunaan fitur-fitur utama Wayground (seperti pembuatan dan penilaian kuis), praktik mandiri, diskusi, dan sesi mentoring untuk merancang evaluasi yang terintegrasi dengan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Pendekatan ini dirancang untuk mengantisipasi kendala teknis dan memastikan implementasi yang direncanakan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru. Peserta berhasil membuat dan menerapkan kuis evaluatif menggunakan Wayground di kelas mereka. Implementasi ini dilaporkan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan antusiasme siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru juga mencatat bahwa Wayground memfasilitasi proses penilaian yang lebih detail dan objektif.

Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi program pengabdian masyarakat berupa revitalisasi pembelajaran tilawah Al-Qur’an melalui pendampingan Ilmu Nagham di TPQ Khairul Hidayah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan model pelatihan terstruktur yang meliputi pemetaan kemampuan awal santri, penyampaian materi nagham dasar, praktik terbimbing, dan evaluasi performa bacaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek ketepatan tajwid, penguasaan pola nagham dasar (Bayyati, Hijaz, dan Nahawand), serta kepercayaan diri santri dalam menampilkan bacaan tilawah. Selain itu, guru TPQ memperoleh penguatan kompetensi pedagogis dalam mengajarkan tilawah berbasis nagham secara sistematis. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran tilawah Al-Qur’an dan berkontribusi terhadap penguatan literasi Qur’ani santri di TPQ Khairul Hidayah.

While religiously, this marriage is considered valid, from a state legal perspective, unregistered marriages result in women losing their rights as wives, such as the right to maintenance, inheritance rights, and legal protection within the household. Furthermore, women in siri marriages lack a strong legal basis to file for divorce or assert their rights in court. Meanwhile, children born from siri marriages have only a civil relationship with their mothers, thus facing obstacles in obtaining birth certificates listing the father's name, inheritance rights, and rights to care and education from the father. Siri marriages are also often used as a way to freely practice polygamy without following proper procedures.

he obstacles in their enforcement. This research employs a qualitative juridical-empirical approach through the analysis of statutory regulations, legal literature, and relevant court practices. The findings indicate that although fathers’ obligations to provide child maintenance are clearly regulated under both Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, their implementation in practice remains inadequate. The main obstacles include low legal awareness among the parties, economic constraints, weak mechanisms for monitoring the execution of court decisions, and institutional limitations within the Religious Court in ensuring continuous compliance. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of child protection cannot rely solely on judicial rulings but requires strengthening institutional mechanisms, optimizing the role of mediation, and increasing public legal awareness. Therefore, fulfilling child maintenance rights after divorce should be positioned as an integral part of realizing substantive justice and protecting the best interests of the child.

This research aims to analyze the problems of understanding Islamic family law in S1 students of Islamic Family Law in Mandailing Natal by highlighting the tension between normative texts, social practices, and modern legal dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study method (field study), through observation and analysis of empirical data associated with normative and sociological studies. The research results show that students' understanding of Islamic family law still tends to be normative-textual and not completely contextual. The maqaṣid al-syari'ah approach is offered as a methodological solution to bridge the gap, because it is able to integrate the purpose of Islamic law with the demands of social justice and protection for vulnerable groups. This research emphasizes the importance of updating the Islamic family law education approach to be more responsive to social development and modern law.

This study aims to analyze how the maqāṣid syariah reasoning approach can be applied in the teaching of fiqh munakahat and how this approach influences the students' way of thinking. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at the Al-Ansor Islamic Boarding School in Padangsidimpuan. Data were collected through observation of the learning process in the classroom, discussions with students, and reflections from teachers during the field study. The results of the study show a shift in the students' way of thinking from a textual understanding of the law to a more reflective understanding, taking into account the social context and objectives of sharia. This research contributes by offering a more contextual, reflective, and relevant model of fiqh munakahat learning for the challenges of contemporary Muslim family life.

The research employs a qualitative multi-site case study method with data triangulation from international literature (FATF, OECD, IMF, Chainalysis, Cambridge) and national regulations (OJK, PPATK, DJP). The findings indicate that cryptocurrency platforms serve as key actors in detection and enforcement; however, their effectiveness is constrained by the sunrise problem, the migration of illicit activities into DeFi and OTC ecosystems, and legal sovereignty tensions arising from the dominance of global platforms. This study introduces the concept of Platform-Embedded Enforcement as a novel theoretical framework, integrating monitoring and enforcement mechanisms directly into platform architectures, thereby enabling compliance to be enforced automatically, in real time, and across jurisdictions. These findings contribute to the development of more adaptive, holistic, and effective cryptocurrency regulation in emerging markets.

his study used the R&D (Research and Development) research method with the ADDIE model which was limited to the development stage. Data collection in this study used pretest-posttest test instruments and a questionnaire in the form of a metacognitive inventory questionnaire. The results showed that the value of students' metacognitive skills based on metacognitive skills-based tests for the planning indicator was 90.91%; the monitoring indicator was 80.68%; and the evaluation indicator was 86.36%. These results were supported by the acquisition of the metacognitive inventory given at the end of the meeting for the planning indicator of 93.18%; the monitoring indicator was 88.64%; and the evaluation indicator was 89.02%. Overall, students' metacognitive skills increased significantly.
