Pawestri, Hana Apsari, Nugraha, Arie Ardiansyah, Anggia, Markus Evan, Rizki, Aulia, Fithriani, Fithriani, Naibaho, Sauma Intan, Octaviani, Selly, Sariadji, Kambang, Subangkit, Subangkit, Handoko, Darmawali, Budiyanto, Budiyanto
Abstract: The increasing threat of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases necessitates the strengthening of the capacity of the Health Laboratory (Labkes) network, including Public Health Laboratories (Labkesmas), through the… e availability of competent and standardized laboratory human resources (HR). Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing has become the primary diagnostic method for pathogen detection, both in routine services and in public health emergency situations. The development of a PCR training curriculum and modules by the Center for Health Biology Laboratory (BBLBK) represents a strategic step toward standardizing the competencies of laboratory personnel. This article aims to describe the urgency of implementing certified PCR training policies as part of a national system for enhancing the competence of health laboratory human resources. The writing method employs policy analysis based on document review and the framework of national health regulations. The analysis results indicate variations in laboratory personnel competencies, the absence of a national certification scheme, limited availability of trainers, and the need for continuous curriculum updating. Certified PCR training is therefore recommended as a national instrument for fulfilling competency standards in health laboratories. The integration of training into the health human resource development system, along with the strengthening of quality- and safety-based approaches, is key to the successful implementation of this policy.

Asrijal Bintang, Ismail Rasulong, Kahar
Abstract: This systematic literature review explores the interconnected dimensions of digital innovation, gender equality, and sustainability in women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The primary aim is to synthesize… ze existing knowledge to address integration challenges these enterprises face. The researchers analyzed 436 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database, published between 2010 and 2025, using bibliometric and qualitative thematic techniques based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. Findings highlight that digital innovation significantly enhances market access, operational efficiency, and resource mobilization, empowering women entrepreneurs to overcome structural barriers. Gender equality initiatives play a crucial role in creating supportive ecosystems, promoting diverse leadership styles, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures conducive to sustainable business practices. Thematic analyses reveal specific success factors including robust social networks, targeted mentorship programs, and inclusive financial mechanisms. However, systemic barriers persist, notably limited access to capital, entrenched sociocultural biases, and insufficient digital literacy. Methodologically, research predominantly utilizes quantitative approaches, suggesting a need for integrated mixed-method frameworks to better capture nuanced entrepreneurial experiences. Geographical disparities indicate that women entrepreneurs face different challenges and opportunities across developed and developing contexts, underscoring the necessity for context-specific policy interventions. This review adds to our understanding by combining ideas from entrepreneurial ecosystem perspectives, Gender Empowerment Theories, and the Resource-Based View, providing a complete look at sustainable, fair, and digitally innovative business practices. Future research should focus on intersectional methodologies, longitudinal studies, and comparative analyses across diverse contexts.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of financial attitude and accounting information systems on business sustainability, with financial literacy as a mediating variable, among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)… s) in Gorontalo City. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a causal survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME owners in Gorontalo City and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Meanwhile, accounting information systems do not have a significant direct effect on business sustainability. Furthermore, financial literacy is not able to mediate the relationship between financial attitude and business sustainability. However, financial literacy significantly mediates the relationship between accounting information systems and business sustainability. These findings suggest that business sustainability among MSMEs is strongly influenced by internal financial behavior and competencies. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in transforming accounting information into meaningful managerial decisions that support long-term business sustainability. This study contributes to the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory by highlighting financial literacy as a strategic intangible resource for MSMEs.
