face problems in transaction recording, inventory management, and sales reporting because these activities are carried out manually. This community service activity aims to improve business management efficiency through digitalization assistance using the Sales Master application. The methods used include initial surveys, digitalization socialization, application usage training, hands-on assistance, and evaluation. The results show that MSME actors experienced improvements in transaction recording accuracy, inventory control, and accessibility of sales reports. The implementation of the Sales Master application positively impacts operational efficiency and supports the independence of local MSMEs.

Optimal implementation of patient safety goals requires adequate knowledge, supportive attitudes, and strong professional performance from nurses. Effective adherence to these goals plays a key role in preventing adverse events that may harm or endanger patients. This study aimed to examine the relationship between nurses’ knowledge and attitudes with the implementation of Patient Safety Goals in a private hospital in West Sumatra, Indonesia. A descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design was used. A total of 35 nurses were selected through total sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires (KPSQ, APSQ, IPSG I–VI). Statistical analysis employed the Chi-Square test with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results showed that more than half of the nurses demonstrated good knowledge (51.4%), positive attitudes (57.1%), and good implementation of patient safety goals (54.3%). Chi-Square analysis revealed significant associations between knowledge and patient safety goal implementation (p=0.044<0.05), as well as between attitudes and patient safety goal implementation (p=0.012). The study concludes that nurses’ knowledge and attitudes are significantly related to the implementation of patient safety goals. Continuous training and regular dissemination regarding patient safety standards are recommended to strengthen nurses’ adherence to SOPs and to enhance the overall patient safety culture within the hospital.

In addition, violations of the prudential principle and weak internal controls led to investment decisions being made without adequate risk considerations and opened opportunities for collusion between internal and external parties of the company. The findings of this study emphasize that fraud is a direct consequence of governance system failure rather than merely the actions of individuals. Therefore, this study recommends the need for comprehensive governance reform through strengthening risk management, enhancing the transparency of investment reporting, and implementing independent oversight mechanisms to prevent similar cases in the future.

This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of students at the Susha Siak Islamic College (STAI) in using Gimkit as a game-based English learning medium. The approach used is interpretive phenomenology based on Heidegger's thinking, which focuses on the meaning of participants' life experiences. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and reflective journals from seven students who actively used Gimkit in their English classes. Data analysis followed Colaizzi's (1978) steps to identify essential themes from the participants' experiences.
The results of the study show three main themes: (1) fun and challenging learning, (2) a more lively and competitive classroom atmosphere, and (3) increased cohesiveness and solidarity among students. The learning experience through Gimkit brings out strong intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and positive emotional involvement. This study concludes that GBL through Gimkit not only improves the effectiveness of English language learning, but also strengthens the values of togetherness and collaboration in the context of Islamic higher education.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 31 sample pekerja yang memenuhi syarat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dari analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden patuh terhadap penggunaan APD yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (74,2%), pengetahuan responden sebagian besar baik 24 responden (77,4%) dan sikap responden baik sebesar 24 responden (77,4%). Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan adanya hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,000) dan sikap (p-value=0,02) terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam Tahun 2024. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan peran dari semua pihak terkait seperti pihak perusahaan serta pekerja untuk meningkatkkan pengetahuan dan sikap serta menerapkan program-program K3 khususnya penggunaan APD agar tehindar dari kecelakaan akibat kerja atau kerugian yang tidak diharapkan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan ChetGPT, dengan rata-rata nilai pra-tes sebesar 68,5 meningkat menjadi 84 pada pasca-tes. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, dan analisis uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dua-tailed sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan. Selain itu, analisis korelasi antara nilai pra-tes dan pasca-tes menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,568 dengan signifikansi 0,043. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan ChetGPT sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar mereka. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru memanfaatkan teknologi seperti ChetGPT dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama untuk mata pelajaran yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam.
