This journal uses a theoretical approach from human resources to explore how investments in developing employee skills, knowledge, and abilities can increase a company's productivity, innovation, and competitiveness in the global marketplace.

This article discusses in depth the importance of HR planning in the industrial sector by reviewing various aspects such as industrial environment analysis, identification of workforce needs, employee development strategies, and challenges faced. In addition, emphasis is also given to the strategies that companies need to take to improve the effectiveness of their HR management, especially in facing challenges in the digital and automation era. The conclusion emphasizes that adaptive and data-driven HR planning can help industrial companies maintain their competitiveness in the global market.

UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN FINANCIAL DECISION-MAKING: ANALYSIS ON MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Abstract: Effective and efficient financial decision-making is a crucial element in the success of organizations in today's digital era. This study aims to explore how the utilization of information technology in management information… ation systems (MIS) influences the financial decision-making process within an organization. Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. This study provides significant contributions to our understanding of the role of information technology in enhancing the quality of financial decision-making in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environment

Abstract: This study investigates the role of information systems integration in improving the performance of financial management and human resources (HR) at PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk. Through Literature Research, this research… h details the information system integration strategy implemented by the company and its impact on financial and HR management. The results show that effective information system integration enables better access to financial information, supports more timely decision making, and improves the company's operational efficiency. In addition, information system integration also contributes to HR management processes, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of investment in information technology and HR development as strategies to improve overall company performance. The practical implications of this study provide valuable insights for company management in designing integrated strategies to achieve their business goals.

Abstract: This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method (AHP) in selecting employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Djoeragan Ayam Penyet East Jakarta. The… he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

GERAKAN PEDULI LINGKUNGAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUMAN SECURITY DAN KONSEPSI ISLAM DI KELURAHAN TIRTA SIAK KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract: One of the causes of environmental damage is the presence of piles of rubbish which can cause flooding and ultimately disrupt human survival. In Pekanbaru City, there are areas that have quite worrying waste problems, namely… mely RT 03, RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Almost every day rubbish can be seen scattered in residential areas. This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to know the applied strategy of employees quality development, the programs applied and the obstacles which are experienced by PT Bank Central Asia – KCP Sumenep in developing their employees.… ployees. The researcher used the employees’ development theory by Werther & Davis as the approach of analysis. Besides, the researcher also used the employees’ development theory by Hasibuan. This research is descriptive describing and analyzing collected data during the research with qualitative approach. The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. The obstacles which are experienced by BCA are tight working hours and limited development funds, conditional difference in region and the absence of human resource division in branch office

HR development is a strategic process that involves… ves various activities and programs to strengthen the capabilities of individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. The aim is to improve efficiency, effectiveness and services provided to the community. Human resources are one of the most important assets for an organization/company. The role of human resources for organizations/companies is not only seen from the results of work productivity but also seen from the quality of work produced, even further, the superiority of an organization/company is also determined by the superiority of its human competitiveness, not determined by its natural resources. The stronger the knowledge of human resources, the stronger the company's competitiveness. Improving the quality of human resources, and therefore, this paper draws a conclusion, namely "Human Resource Management in the Kangayan District Office". Based on the introduction outlined above, the problem formulation that can be taken is how to manage and empower existing human resources in the Kangayan sub-district office so that it has benefits and functions even though the existing human resources are very limited, it can be achieved through the human resource development process, Human Resource Management (HRDM) is very closely related to HR in an organization or company. HRM itself has many benefits and functions and is useful in managing and empowering existing human resources who are planning to join an organization or company.

Abstract: The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources especially educators. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff.… The purpose of study are to find out how the development of human resources process from teacher staff to improve the quality education and how the supporting and inhibiting factors to impove the quality education at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources educators has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

PENGEMBANGAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI PROGRAM INSERVICE TRAININGDI SMK ANNUR FATMAH TRAWAS MOJOKERTO

Abstract: Low human resources in schools is a problem that often occurs, causing a major impact on the quality of education implementation. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources through in-service training programs… rograms which are the right and effective solution to overcome this problem. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.
