an Regency, that provides loans using motorcycle registration certificates (BPKB) as collateral, with a customer base reaching 6,052. Sideak Motor faces difficulties in data management. During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.

In this discussion, we will explain how the Active Contour method can be used to calculate brain tumor volume in MRI images and how 3D visualization can assist doctors in making better diagnoses and treatment decisions. The Active Contour method, also known as the “Snake,†is an image processing technique used to identify the contours or edges of objects in images. This method works by defining an initial curve around the desired object and then iteratively shifting the curve to match the actual contour of the object in the image. Abstrak: Kanker otak merupakan kondisi medis yang bersifat serius dimana memerlukan perawatan yang intensif dan teliti. Salah satu langkah penting dalam mengidentifikasi kanker otak adalah dengan mengukur volume tumor secara akurat. Citra Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) adalah salah satu alat diagnostik yang paling penting dalam bidang medis yang digunakan untuk visualisasi otak. Dalam pembahasan ini, akan dijelaskan bagaimana metode Active Contour dapat digunakan untuk menghitung volume tumor otak pada citra MRI dan bagaimana visualisasi 3D dapat membantu dokter dalam diagnosis dan perawatan yang lebih baik. Metode Active Contour, juga dikenal sebagai “Snake,†yaitu teknik pengolahan citra yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kontur atau tepi objek dalam citra. Metode ini bekerja dengan mendefinisikan suatu kurva awal di sekitar objek yang diinginkan dan kemudian menggeser kurva tersebut secara iteratif untuk menyesuaikan dengan kontur objek yang sesungguhnya dalam citra. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Active Contour akan diterapkan pada citra MRI otak untuk mengidentifikasi tepi tumor. Penelitian ini merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan perawatan pasien yang terkena kanker otak dan memungkinkan diagnosis yang lebih tepat dan perawatan yang lebih efektif.

As the smart Indonesia program progresses, many parents of students complain because the selection of students receiving PIP assistance is not on target and does not comply with the provisions. As with the data collection of students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) assistance at State Elementary School 014673 Mekar Sari Village, it is also not optimal where the recording system is still inputted into Microsoft Excel. Therefore, a system is needed that is integrated with a calculation processing technique, namely a decision support system used at State Elementary School 015673 Mekar Sari Village to determine prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program assistance who are truly worthy and appropriate. For this reason, this study uses the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to find students who are eligible for PIP benefits in the determination process.

Abstrak: Banyaknya anak yang putus atau berhenti sekolah dikarenakan kendala ekonomi terutama pada biaya pribadi seperti tidak mampu membeli perlengkapan sekolah, uang sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu pemerintah memiliki kebijakan untuk membantu dengan mengeluarkan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) sebagai tujuan untuk membantu biaya pribadi siswa dalam menempuh pendidikan. Seiring berjalannya program indonesia pintar banyak kalangan orang tua siswa mengeluh dikarenakan dalam pemilihan siswa penerima bantuan PIP tidak tepat sasaran dan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Seperti halnya dengan pendataan siswa penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 014673 Desa Mekar Sari juga belum optimal dimana masih sistem pencatatan lalu di input ke Microsoft Excel. Maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang sudah terintegrasi dengan sebuah teknik pengolahan perhitungan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 015673 Desa Mekar Sari untuk penentuan calon penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar yang benar layak dan pantas. Untuk itu penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) untuk mencari siswa yang layak mendapat manfaat PIP dalam proses penentuannya.

This study will be made using the TOPSIS method for ranking to know which social media is often used by consumers. The researcher also made a questionnaire with Google form that will be tested for the validity or not of the data obtained using SPSS. The object of research is made in East Kotawaringin. The purpose of this study was to determine which social media is often used by the public to purchase decisions in the Kotim Regency. The result of the calculation using the TOPSIS method the social media platform with the highest rating is considered the best choice for decision-making, in this case, TikTok with a rating value of 1. It can be concluded that the social media platform that is widely used by KOTIM residents to make decisions is TikTok.

Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk perangkingan agar mengetahui media sosial mana yang sering digunakan oleh konsumen. Peneliti juga membuat kuisoner dengan google form yang akan diuji valid atau tidak nya data yang didapat dengan menggunakan SPSS. Objek penelitian yang dibuat berada di Kotawaringin Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui media sosial mana yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat terhadap keputusan pemebelian pada wilayah kabupaten KOTIM. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan metode TOPSIS platform media sosial dengan peringkat tertinggi dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik untuk pengambilan keputusan, dalam kasus ini adalah TikTok dengan peringkat nilai 1. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh penduduk KOTIM untuk mengambil keputusan adalah TikTok.

orders. Body factors that indicate smoking include blood sugar levels, dental caries, and hemoglobin. To address this, research has been conducted with focused efforts to understand and address the risks associated with smoking and its impact on overall health. This research aims to choose the best method for predicting smokers by using feature selection techniques. The feature selection algorithms uses for that are Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE), and Genetic Algorithm (GA) to select optimal attributes and uses the k-fold cross validation technique as the validation of the Artificial Neural Network algorithm. The data includes various parameters such as age, height, weight, vision, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, hemoglobin, AST, ALT, GTP, gender, dental caries and tartar. Hearing ability, urine protein content, and tartar were selected. The results showed that using the Analysis of Variance method showed higher accuracy (77.101%) compared to the Genetic Algorithm method (74.64%) and the Recursive Feature Elimination method (76.08%). Selection of relevant attributes increases the predictions and insights of the Artificial Neural Network model about the effects of smoking on health.

Abstrak: Kebiasaan merokok berbahaya karena adanya zat adiktif yang membuat rokok menjadi ketagihan. Sifatnya yang membuat ketagihan menimbulkan risiko yang signifikan, mempengaruhi kepribadian dengan stres, depresi, dan gangguan saraf. Faktor tubuh yang mengindikasikan kebiasaan merokok antara lain kadar gula darah, karies gigi, dan hemoglobin. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian telah dilakukan dengan upaya terfokus untuk memahami dan mengatasi risiko yang terkait dengan merokok dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih metode terbaik dalam memprediksi perokok dengan menggunakan teknik seleksi fitur. Metode seleksi fitur yang digunakan adalah Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE), dan Genetic Algorithm (GA) untuk memilih atribut yang optimal dan menggunakan teknik k-fold cross validation sebagai validasi algoritma Artificial Neural Network. Data tersebut mencakup berbagai parameter seperti umur, tinggi badan, berat badan, penglihatan, tekanan darah, kolesterol, trigliserida, hemoglobin, AST, ALT, GTP, jenis kelamin, karies gigi dan karang gigi. Kemampuan pendengaran, kandungan protein urin, dan karang gigi dipilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Analysis of Variance menunjukkan akurasi yang lebih tinggi (77,101%) dibandingkan dengan metode Genetic Algorithm (74,64%) dan metode Recursive Feature Elimination (76,08%). Pemilihan atribut yang relevan meningkatkan prediksi dan wawasan model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan tentang dampak merokok terhadap kesehatan.

process and personal development of students. Through the development of an expert system-based counseling model based on backward chaining, this study seeks to discover trends in student behavior. The research process starts with problem analysis, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system design and implementation, and results analysis. It then moves on to counseling model development and implementation in the school setting. To determine the reasons for the unruly behavior of the kids, data were analyzed using a backward chaining methodology. UML Usecase diagrams are used in system design to define the roles of actors and users. The established counseling model, which consists of 14 behaviors, 67 phenomena/symptoms, and 14 rules, focuses on goals and methods to modify student behavior. Three students underwent system testing based on previously achieved goals from therapy. The findings revealed "Smoking," "Emotional Problems," and "Fighting" among the student behaviors. When the Backward Chaining-based counseling model is used, it is simpler for homeroom teachers to gather information about students' conduct from them and to offer remedies based on the transfer of professional knowledge without having to wait for the counselor guidance procedure

examine and describe how the use of healthy food suppliers contributes to improving public health by making healthy food accessible to obtain and deliver it quickly. The development of mobile applications with the aim of providing healthy food and ingredients for the community is the subject of this research. The aim of this app is to provide original responses to issues related to raising awareness of quality of life and the value of nutritious food in everyday life. The User Centered Design (UCD) method needs to be applied to categorize various user information needs and package them into a mobile application design model. The results of the application design showed that the interface design for the pioneer food and health food raw material application was successfully created using the implementation of the UCD method with a number of revisions that have been updated since the evaluation as one of the feature developments in the application. The food recording feature and personalized recommendations implemented in this mobile application provide users with awareness and guidance in adopting healthier eating patterns.

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana penggunaan pemasok makanan sehat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat dengan membuat makanan sehat dapat diakses untuk mendapatkan dan mengantarkannya dengan cepat. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile dengan tujuan menyediakan makanan dan bahan makanan sehat bagi masyarakat menjadi pokok bahasan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk memberikan tanggapan orisinal terhadap masalah yang terkait dengan peningkatan kesadaran kualitas hidup dan nilai makanan bergizi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode User Centered Design (UCD) perlu diterapkan untuk mengkategorikan berbagai kebutuhan informasi pengguna dan mengemasnya ke dalam model desain aplikasi mobile. Hasil perancangan aplikasi didapatkan bahwa desain antarmuka aplikasi pelopor makanan dan bahan baku makanan kesehatan berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan implementasi metode UCD dengan sejumlah revisi yang sudah diperbarui sejak evaluasi sebagai salah satu pengembangan fitur pada aplikasi. Fitur pencatatan makanan dan rekomendasi personal yang diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile ini memberikan pengguna kesadaran dan panduan dalam mengadopsi pola makan yang lebih sehat.

The findings of this study emphasize the importance of protecting personal data in applications that offer online loan services, especially with the increasing number of cases of breaches of personal data. The results of the study conclude that updating personal data protection regulations is very important to ensure the security and safety of consumer data in applications that offer online loan services.

Abstrak: Pesatnya pertumbuhan penggunaan aplikasi pinjaman online membuat perlindungan data konsumen menjadi isu krusial. Regulasi perlindungan data pengajuan pinjaman online saat ini perlu diperbarui untuk memastikan data pribadi konsumen terlindungi dari potensi penyalahgunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi pembaharuan regulasi perlindungan data bagi pengguna aplikasi pinjaman online melalui pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa diperlukan regulasi baru yang lebih komprehensif untuk mengimbangi pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di sektor keuangan. Temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi dalam aplikasi yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman online, terlebih dengan semakin banyaknya kasus pelanggaran data pribadi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembaharuan regulasi perlindungan data pribadi sangat penting untuk menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan data konsumen di aplikasi yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman online.

development has been widely carried out by technology companies. The agile method has the main principle of communication between employees, requiring skills to face these principles. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method to know how the use of agile methods can develop interpersonal skills in karyawan. In the initial search conducted using the Publish or Perish application, 740 journals were found in the range of 2015 to 2022. Next, journal filtering and cluster search continued using Microsoft Excel, Zotero, Mendeley, and VOS Viewer applications, resulting in 53 journals selected based on Q1. In the final stage of screening, researchers re-screened 9 journals that were used as a reference regarding the use of agile methods to develop employee interpersonal skills. The results showed that the agile development method can affect the development of employee interpersonal skills. 11 skills develop because of the use of this agile development method including team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem-solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skills, listening, and relationship building. Of the 11 skills, the most mentioned is team working.

Penerapan metode agile untuk pengembangan aplikasi sudah banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan teknologi. Metode agile memiliki prinsip utama berupa komunikasi antar karyawan sehingga membutuhkan keterampilan untuk menghadapi prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode systematic literature review (SLR) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan metode agile dapat mengembangkan interpersonal skill pada karyawan. Pada pencarian awal yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish, ditemukan 740 jurnal pada rentang tahun 2015 sampai 2022. Selanjutnya, penyaringan jurnal menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan Mendeley Desktop yang menghasilkan 53 jurnal yang dipilih berdasarkan penilaian kualitas. Pada tahap akhir penyaringan, peneliti menyaring kembali menjadi 9 jurnal yang digunakan sebagai acuan mengenai pemanfaatan metode agile untuk mengembangkan interpersonal skills karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode agile development dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan interpersonal skill karyawan, faktanya terdapat 11 skill yang berkembang karena pemanfaatan metode agile development ini diantaranya adalah team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skill, listening, dan relationship building.
