igher education institutions, aiding in valuable decision-making processes. This research focuses on STMIK Royal Kisaran, which faces challenges in increasing the number of doctoral-educated lecturers. To address this limitation, the study explores the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Profile Matching method. Lecturers in higher education play a crucial role in providing education, conducting research, and contributing to society. In an effort to enhance the qualifications of lecturers, this research designs a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations for prospective lecturer candidates to pursue a Doctoral degree based on criteria factors such as length of service, functional position, research score, dedication score, age, and recognition score. Data from 46 lecturers at STMIK Royal Kisaran who meet the criteria are used to test the validity and effectiveness of the Decision Support System (DSS). Through structured analysis, it is demonstrated that the Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method successfully provides recommendations for suitable lecturer candidates to pursue doctoral studies.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah menghadirkan kemudahan dalam menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas, penggunaan teknologi informasi sudah memasuki segala bidang terutama bidang pengajaran pada perguruan tinggi dan membantu pengambilan keputusan yang bernilai. Penelitian ini berfokus pada STMIK Royal Kisaran yang mengalami kendala dalam meningkatkan jumlah dosen berpendidikan Doktor. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (DSS) dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Dosen pada pendidikan tinggi mempunyai peran penting dalam memberikan pendidikan, melakukan penelitian, dan memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualifikasi dosen, penelitian ini merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kandidat calon dosen untuk mengejar gelar Doktor dengan berlandaskan faktor kriteria seperti lama kerja, jabatan fungsional, nilai penelitian, nilai pengabdian, umur, dan nilai rekognisi. Data dari 46 dosen STMIK Royal Kisaran yang memenuhi kriteria digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan efektivitas Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Melalui analisis terstruktur, menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Profile Matching berhasil memberikan rekomendasi calon dosen yang layak direkomendasikan untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang Doktor.

Therefore, local governments are now developing e-Government or in the Indonesian government known as the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program.

Abstrak Saat ini, meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan publik yang efisien, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel publik. Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika.

This study aims to provide recommendations for the best elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district based on the criteria desired by prospective students by applying the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method to a system The SAW method helps in solving simple unstructured problems so that by applying the SAW method a more effective decision-making process can be carried out. The data used as alternative data are elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district. The criteria used in decision making include accreditation, facilities, extracurricular activities, number of classrooms, number of students, and distance between schools.

Setiap tahun ajaran baru, siswa dan orang tua akan memilih sekolah terbaik sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Ada banyak pilihan sekolah dengan beragam penawaran berbeda yang disediakan. Dengan begitu, banyak orang tua siswa yang bingung dengan banyaknya pilihan jenis sekolah untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

The problem in assessing the best performance of parking attendants is that there is no structured system so that the assessment time is quite long, around 2-3 weeks. In addition, the assessment still tends to be subjective, for example the parking attendant's assessment is based on closeness and kinship, causing jealousy. Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Based on the research results of the system for determining the best performance of parking attendants in the form of ranking the final score of each parking attendant. The highest value is used as the best performance suggestion for parking attendants.

Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir. Nilai tertinggi dijadikan sebagai saran kinerja terbaik petugas parkir.

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kubu Raya Regency utilizes IT in carrying out public service activities using the SIPEMUDA Application. An information system audit is needed to improve system performance. In this study, using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) to determine whether the organization's needs have been supported by management and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management to determine suggestions for improvement. Capability level assessment in this study using COBIT Performance Management. The results of the capability assessment are that there are 6 processes reaching level 1, 33 processes reaching level 2, 28 processes reaching level 3, 18 processes reaching level 4, 7 processes reaching level 5 while the level that does not meet the capabilities is 19 processes. Furthermore, the results of process recommendations that do not meet the capabilities are prioritized using the Action Priority Matrix.

Tata kelola TI yang mencakup kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, dan proses, dalam pengelolaannya untuk memastikan bahwa TI dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kubu Raya memanfaatkan TI dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan publik menggunakan Aplikasi SIPEMUDA. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) menentukan apakah kebutuhan organisasi sudah didukung oleh pengelolaan serta Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management untuk menentukan saran perbaikan. Penilaian level kapabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT Performance Management. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas yaitu terdapat 6 proses mencapai level 1, 33 proses mencapai level 2, 28 proses mencapai level 3, 18 proses mencapai level 4, 7 proses mencapai level 5 sedangkan level yang tidak memenuhi kapabilitas yaitu 19 proses untuk diberikan rekomendasi. For that reason, the researcher wants to research to solve the problems that exist in the school by building a new system, namely monitoring network usage. This system is built using the PHP programming language by utilizing the Mikrotik API as a liaison between the programming language and the Mikrotik device in retrieving the RX/TX data contained on the Mikrotik Router and then storing the monitor-ing data for network usage into a database, the database used is a MySql database. By im-plementing and testing the system, it can be concluded that the system has been able to solve problems in the field of information technology at the SMK Negeri 1 Barmun, namely monitoring network usage which can store monitoring data into a database and monitoring data can be used as material for evaluating network infrastructure for the bene-fit of the school.

Abstrak: Pada Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Barumun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam melakukan monitoring penggunaan jaringan dimana data monitoring tidak tersimpan kedalam database sehingga data monitoring penggunaan jaringan yang telah lalu tidak dapat ditampilkan sebagai informasi baru untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi pada infrastruktur jaringan pada sekolah tersebut. Dengan alasan itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada sekolah tersebut dengan membangun sistem yang baru yaitu monitoring penggunaan jaringan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan memanfaatkan Mikrotik API sebagai penghubung antara bahasa pemrograman dengan device Mikrotik dalam mengambil data rx/tx yang terdapat pada Router Mikrotik kemudian menyimpan data monitoring penggunaan jaringan tersebut ke dalam database, database yang digunakan merupakan database MySql. Dengan melakukan implementasi dan pengujian sistem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem telah mampu menyelesaikan masalah pada bidang teknologi informasi di Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Barumun yaitu monitoring penggunaan jaringan yang dapat menyimpan data monitoring kedalam database dan data monitoring dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi infrastruktur jaringan untuk kepentingan Sekolah.

One example of its development in this millennial era is the development of data processing tools in the form of a repository system. The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.

Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi merupakan dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keduanya berkembang atas respon urgensi manusia, yang kemudian memiliki pengaruh dan implikasi yang cukup krusial pada zaman ini. Perkembangan keduanya yang cepat dan variatif, mengikuti dari aspek peningkatan kebutuhan manusia terhadap informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Salah satu contoh dari perkembangannya pada zaman millenial ini adalah berkembangnya alat bantu pengolahan data berupa sistem repository. Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.

Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan.

Lembaga kursus bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu tempat pendidikan nonformal yang saat ini banyak dicari untuk mempelajari dan meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa inggris khususnya untuk dapat menguasai TOEFL dengan baik. Untuk memilih lembaga kursus yang cocok yaitu dengan mendatangi ke tempat kursus masing-masing. Tentunya hal seperti ini banyak waktu, tenaga, dan biaya yang diperlukan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi lembaga kursus yang terbaik menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Data yang digunakan adalah 18 alternatif dengan kriteria antara lain uang kursus, jumlah fasilitas, lama jam belajar, TOEFL instruktur, dan jarak tempat kursus. Hasil perhitungan memberikan rekomendasi bahwa alternatif A Class IBT merupakan lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris yang terbaik.

Maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancanglah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan Metode Weighted Product (WP). Adapun dalam penelitian ini memakai 6 kriteria. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) dapat menangani permasalahan pada penilaian kinerja guru.
