macological therapies such as bay leaf (Syzygium polyanthum), which contains flavonoids, tannins, and essential oils, are believed to naturally reduce uric acid levels. Objective: To determine the effect of bay leaf decoction on reducing uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis in Serang Village. Method: This research used a descriptive approach with a case study method. The subject was one elderly person with gout arthritis who was given an intervention in the form of bay leaf decoction twice a day for four days. Results: The uric acid level before the intervention was 8.2 mg/dL and after the intervention was 4.2 mg/dL. The reduction of 4 mg/dL indicates that the bay leaf decoction was effective in lowering uric acid levels. Conclusion: Bay leaf decoction affects the reduction of uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis and can be used as a safe, easy, and affordable nonpharmacological alternative therapy.

ess, and emotional balance, which has become a symbol of women’s empowerment (soft empowerment) in the digital era. This phenomenon is significant as it reflects a shift in the meaning of femininity from physical appearance toward self-awareness and personal authenticity. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations of social media content produced by influencers who express Feminine Energy values. The analysis draws on Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1979), which highlights the processes of categorization, identification, and social comparison. The findings reveal that the application of Feminine Energy manifests in five key aspects: self-love, confidence, empathetic communication, calm emotional expression, and healthy personal boundaries. Through social processes, influencers internalize these values as integral parts of their personal and digital identities. In conclusion, Feminine Energy is not only a lifestyle but also a social identity strategy used by Gen Z female influencers to build an authentic, empowered, and reflective self-image in the digital space.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD so that it can be used as a reference material to improve the quality of drug management. This type of research is a non-experimental descriptive-observational study. The data used are data in the form of reports and documents on drug management at the community health center. The research instrument used an observation sheet with the references used being the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 and the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards in CHCs. The results of the study indicate that drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD is based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 and the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards at CHCs in the planning aspect are included in the good category with a percentage value of 100%, the request aspect is 100% in the good category, the receipt aspect is 100% in the good category, the storage aspect is 87.5% in the good category, the distribution aspect is 66.7% in the sufficient category, the destruction and withdrawal aspect is 100% in the good category, the control aspect is 100% in the good category, the recording and reporting aspect is 100% in the good category. So it can be concluded that drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD in 2024 has met the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

This study uses a descriptive case study with respondents of adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea focusing on the administration of red ginger decoction as a complementary therapy. This study was conducted in Karangcengis Village for 3 days starting from June 23-25, 2025. After administering red ginger decoction for 3 days once a day from the first day of menstruation to the third day of menstruation, the results of the pain scale before being given red ginger decoction reached 6 (moderate pain).After administering 200ml of red ginger decoction once daily in the morning for three days, from the first day of menstruation to the third day, the pain scale decreased to a level 1 (mild pain). Administering red ginger decoction to adolescent girls experiencing dysmenorrhea can reduce the pain.

e child being shorter than thein peers In Purbalingga Regency, the prevalence of stunting in toddlers is 26,8 %, wasting in toddlers is 6,5 %, and underweight in toddlers 16,1%. The prevalence of stunting in Purbalingga Regency remains relatively high, thus requiring affordable and safe local nutritional interventions to support the growth and development of children under five. One of the alternative approaches to address stunting is through the provision of moringa leaf pudding. This study aimed to determine the changes in body weight and height after the administration of moringa leaf pudding in a stunted toddler over a 14-day intervention. This qualitative case study was conducted on a two-year-old stunted toddler (An. M). The intervention consisted of providing 100 grams of moringa leaf pudding every two days (a total of seven servings) over 14 days. Anthropometric measurements were taken at baseline (before intervention), at the seventh meeting, and at the end of the intervention (fourteenth meeting). In addition, observation of pudding acceptance and a brief interview with the family regarding dietary habits were conducted. After receiving moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days, the toddler experienced a weight gain of 0.4 kg and an increase in height of 0.9 cm. Observations indicated that the child accepted the moringa leaf pudding well, although mild boredom occurred midway through the intervention. Interviews with the family revealed that the provision of moringa leaf pudding improved the toddler’s appetite, leading to measurable weight and height gains. The provision of moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days had a positive effect on increasing body weight and height in this case of a stunted toddler. Therefore, moringa leaf pudding may serve as an alternative nutritional support to improve the growth of stunted children, particularly in regions with a high prevalence of stunting.

This study used a descriptive case study approach and was conducted in Kemojing Village. After applying onion compresses for three days, with each session lasting 15 minutes, the children's body temperature decreased. The initial body temperature was 38.4°C, which decreased to 36.8°C by the end of the third day. Using onion compresses on children with fever can effectively reduce their body temperature.

Using a qualitative reflective framework, the author employs her own journey as a Muslim woman, mother, and doctoral scholar to examine how autoethnography can serve as both method and ibadah ilmiah. The discussion situates this approach within Islamic concepts of tafakkur (contemplation) and muhasabah (self-accounting), connecting them to the works of Amina Wadud, Etin Anwar, and Saba Mahmood. Findings reveal three epistemic dimensions of spiritual self-writing: (1) writing as worship and remembrance, (2) domestic space as an epistemic field of ethical formation, and (3) reflexive authorship as a feminist-spiritual act of reclaiming authority. By merging autoethnography with Islamic historiography, this study proposes an inclusive and embodied mode of scholarship — one that honors lived experience as a source of divine and intellectual illumination.

udy adopts a descriptive qualitative method using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (AWK) as the main framework. Data is collected through documentation and recording of news texts from relevant online media. Data analysis was carried out sequentially covering Fairclough's three dimensions: microstructural analysis (word choice, sentence structure, rhetorical strategy), mesostructural analysis (the practice of production and distribution of news texts), and macrostructural analysis (social and ideological relationships that underlie discourse). The results of this study reveal the complex representation of inequality in access to education through critical discourse analysis (AWK) on the news "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" with the Norman Fairclough approach. Microstructurally, word choice and sentence structure build a narrative of struggle and implicit criticism of the system. At the mesostructural level, local MATAMAROS.COM strategic media frame this issue as an urgent social issue, including publication during National Education Day 2025 to maximize impact. Macrostructurally, the news reflects structural inequality due to geographical/economic marginalization, reinforces the ideology of "unsung heroes," and highlights the power imbalance.
