nce service quality and operational efficiency through the utilization of information technology. HMIS is an innovation designed to integrate managerial and administrative processes within hospitals, including patient data recording, resource management, and other healthcare service procedures. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, involving informants such as medical personnel, administrative staff, and hospital management who are directly involved in the use of HMIS.The results indicate that the implementation of HMIS has a positive impact on the hospital’s operational efficiency, including the acceleration of administrative processes, improved data accuracy, and easier coordination between work units. However, the implementation also faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, user resistance to change, and insufficient training for staff. These findings are supported by the HOT-Fit framework and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), all of which emphasize the importance of technological readiness, human resource competence, and organizational commitment in ensuring the successful adoption of HMIS.

The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The research results indicate that the development of core HR competencies, such as leadership, technological mastery, and results orientation, plays a significant role in improving company performance and operational efficiency. Management strategies encompassing continuous training, performance evaluation systems, and strengthening a collaborative work culture are key to reinforcing core HR competencies. The findings also indicate a strong correlation between effective management of core HR competencies and overall improvements in company performance, which contributes to achieving long-term competitive advantage.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Negative EWOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) and variety seeking on brand switching behavior, with customer engagement as an intervening variable for Scarlett facial serum among Gen Z consumers. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal research methods. Data collection is done through a questionnaire survey with 300 respondents who use Scarlett facial serum in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS for research data analysis. The research findings indicate that Negative EWOM have a positive influence on brand switching behavior, Negative EWOM have a negative influence on customer engagement, variety seeking have a negative influence on customer engagement, variety seeking have a positive influence on brand switching behavior, customer engagement have a negative influence on brand switching behavior, Variety seeking on brand switching behavior through customer engagement as an intervening variable have a positive influence, Negative E-WOM on brand switching behavior through customer engagement as an intervening variable also have a positive influence.This research has implications for companies, including the need for companies to enhance product quality and their brand image in response to Negative E-WOM. Companies should also continue to innovate by improving product quality and uniqueness. This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The results confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The results of the test were analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level of significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-count was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students' reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future

The data analysis uses financial ratios. The results show that: (1) The liquidity ratio analysis indicates good financial performance, as shown by the increasing Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR), demonstrating the company's improving ability to meet short-term liabilities with liquid current assets, although the QR still falls into the less optimal category; (2) The profitability ratio analysis indicates poor performance, with low Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE), showing the company's limited ability to generate profits from shareholders' funds; (3) The solvency ratio analysis shows weak financial performance, with Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) indicating the company’s inability to cover total liabilities with its assets; (4) The activity ratio analysis, based on Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Working Capital Turnover (WCT), also suggests poor performance due to declining asset turnover and ineffective management of working capital.

BPR Sinar Mas Pelita Ciawi Branch has implemented various strategies such as public education through social media and providing a checklist of required documents to applicants. ated pre-pregnancy and gestational body mass indexes (BMI). The purpose of this study is to characterize the distribution of delivery methods among pregnant women who are obese at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional Hospital in Lampung Province, Indonesia. Total sampling was used to perform a quantitative, descriptive retrospective analysis. 58 pregnant women with a BMI of 30 kg/m² or above who gave birth between 2017 and 2023 were included. SPSS version 27.0 was utilized for data analysis. Findings out of the 58 instances that could be analyzed, 69.0% of obese pregnant women gave delivery via cesarean section, 27.6% gave birth spontaneous vaginally, and 3.4% had a vacuum induction. The majority (31.0%) were between the ages of 35 and 39, and 77.6% were multiparous. The type of delivery was found to be strongly influenced by maternal age, parity, and obesity. Being obese greatly raises the risk of having a cesarean section, especially for older and multiparous women. Reducing needless cesarean rates and improving mother and newborn outcomes may be possible with early treatments such as lifestyle modification education, prenatal counseling, and BMI-based risk assessment.

The results showed that most children had good nutritional status, although some experienced undernutrition due to unbalanced diets and limited parental knowledge about nutrition. The main factors influencing children’s nutritional status included parents’ knowledge level, family income, and frequent consumption of fast food. These findings highlight the importance of providing nutrition education for parents and fostering cooperation between schools and families to improve the nutritional health of early childhood students at RA DDI Majennang.
