SISTEM INFORMASI REKAP BUKU ONLINE MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL

Abstract: Abstract: The development of Information Technology in the field of education, a survey on the Use and Utilization of Information and Communication Technology was carried out on 4,014 schools in 34 provinces. Based on the… e level of education, elementary and equivalent as much as 64.55 percent, junior high school and equivalent as much as 19.22 percent and high school and equivalent as much as 16.23 percent. While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages.   Keywords: Book Information system; Books; Schools               Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan.   Kata Kunci : Buku Sekolah; Sistem Informasi Rekap Buku

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK BERBASIS WEB PADA SD ISLAM LUQMANUL HAKIM BEKASI

Abstract: Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini membawa manusia ke dalam dunia baru. Dunia dimana komunikasi mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan.… Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. Data tersebut selain banyak juga bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sehingga penyimpanan dan administrasi data harus dilakukan dengan baik dan update. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien.   Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Akademi, Website   Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The world where communication has a very important role in every aspect of life, one of them is in the world of education. Schools as government agencies in the field of education do a lot of data processing, both student data, teacher data and school staff data. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. PREDIKSI JUMLAH PENERIMAAN MAHASISWA BARU DENGAN METODE SINGLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING (STUDI KASUS: AMIK ROYAL KISARAN)

Abstract: Abstract: A problem requires a solution to solve it. One of them is by using Prediction (Forcasting). Prediction is used to assess the prediction of conditions in the future. at AMIK Royal Kisaran, when it comes to making&#8230; g lecture schedules often hampered because there is no estimated number of students. The data used in this study is the data history of the last 15 Academic Years, from 2003/2004 to 2017/2018. Then the data is processed with the Single Exponential Smoothing Method. Alpha value 0 <α <1. Single Exponential Smoothing makes a comparison with the alpha value until alpha is found which has the minimum error. To find the value of the error, the MSE (Mean Square Error) method is used. The results of the testing of this method are in the academic year 2018/2019 prediction of the number of students for the Informatics Management Study Program as many as 89 people and for Students for the Computer Engineering Study Program as many as 30 people. The Single Exponential Smoothing method can predict the number of students in the next period. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan Prediksi (Forcasting). Prediksi digunakan untuk menilai prakiraan keadaan dimasa. di AMIK Royal Kisaran, ketika akan membuat jadwal kuliah sering terhambat karena tidak adanya perkiraan jumlah mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah histori data 15 Tahun Akademik terakhir, mulai 2003/2004 sampai dengan 2017/2018. Kemudian data diolah dengan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Nilai alpha 0<α<1. Single Exponential Smoothing melakukan perbandingan dengan nilai alpha tersebut sampai ditemukan alpha yang memiliki error paling minimum. Untuk mencari nilai Error digunakan Metode MSE (Mean Square Error). Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah pada Tahun akademik 2018/2019 prediksi jumlah Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Manajemen Informatika sebanyak 89 orang  dan untuk Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Teknik Komputer sebanyak 30 orang. Abstract: Abstract: The scientific field of computer information systems along with the times has its own role to provide alternative solutions for humans to help solve problems for various health complaints. Various methods - methods&#8230; hods are designed to help patients with dental disease problems, in this case the researcher uses the forward chaining method to see the rules based on valuable information from experts (Drg. Tetra Asmira). A rule that is made to complete the forward chaining method with the appearance of a web-based application. The need for the application of the scientific field of computer information systems to help various fields of humanity here has the opportunity to continue to be developed using various available methods. ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN PENGIRIMAN BARANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE VOGEL’S APPROXIMATION METHOD (VAM) DAN MODIFIED DISTRIBUTION (MODI)

Abstract: Abstract: The transportation model relates to determining the lowest cost plan for sending one item from a number of sources to a number of destinations. The working principle of the VAM method is to achieve an initial feasible&#8230; easible solution. MODI Method (Modified Distribution) is a method of solving transportation cases developed from stepping stone method. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison of goods delivery using the VAM method and the MODI method. The results of the study indicate that operational costs are issued using the VAM method in January 2015, which is Rp. 34.100 and operational costs incurred using the VAM method in February 2015, namely Rp. 39.400. While the operational costs incurred using the MODI method in January 2015 are Rp. 33.800 and operational costs incurred using the MODI method in February 2015, which is Rp. 37.900.             Keywords: vam method, modi method, transportation model   Abstrak: Model transportasi berkaitan dengan penentuan rencana biaya terendah untuk mengirimkan satu barang dari sejumlah sumber ke sejumlah tujuan. Prinsip kerja metode VAM ialah untuk mencapai solusi fisibel awal. Metode MODI (Modified Distribution) merupakan metode penyelesaian kasus transportasi yang di kembangkan dari metode stepping stone. Tujuan penelitian ini, menganalisa perbandingan pengiriman barang menggunakan metode VAM dan metode MODI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan dengan menggunakan metode VAM pada bulan januari 2015 yaitu Rp. 34.100 dan biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan dengan menggunakan metode VAM pada bulan februari 2015 yaitu Rp. 39.400. Legal Protection For Consumers In Digital Transactions: Case Study And Analysis

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for consumers in digital transactions in Indonesia. The method used is library research with a normative juridical approach. The results of the study indicate&#8230; ate that Indonesia actually has an adequate legal basis to protect digital consumers, which is primarily sourced from Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. These regulations have set out basic principles such as the obligation of business actors to provide honest information, consumer rights to security, and the recognition of electronic evidence. However, its implementation in the field encounters various significant obstacles. Case studies on e-commerce and fintech platforms reveal that consumer losses still often occur, such as products that do not match the description, difficulties with refunds, and the vulnerability of personal data. The key finding of this study is that the main challenge lies not in the legal vacuum, but in three aspects: (1) low digital literacy and consumer law so that they are not optimal in fighting for their rights; (2) alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as BPSK and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) which are not yet effective, fast, and easily accessible; and (3) weak supervision and law enforcement against unscrupulous business actors in the digital space. Therefore, it is concluded that digital consumer protection efforts require a holistic approach that relies not only on regulations, but also through massive public education, strengthening dispute resolution institutions, and closer synergy between the government, business actors, and the community.

Finite Element Method for Stress Analysis of an Infinite Plate with an Elliptical Hole Using Functionally Graded Materials

Abstract: This study investigates the stress concentration factor in an infinite steel plate with a thickness of 1 cm, containing an elliptical hole, subjected to biaxial loading at infinity. The elliptical hole has semi-axes a=5.0 cma&#8230; 0 cma = 5.0 \, \text{cm}a = 5.0 cm (major axis) and b=2.5 cmb = 2.5 \, \text{cm}b = 2.5 cm (minor axis). The applied stresses at infinity are a tensile stress of σ1=100 kg/cm2\sigma_1 = 100 \, \text{kg/cm}^2= 100 kg/parallel to the major axis and a compressive stress of σ2=−100 kg/cm2\sigma_2 = -100 \, \text{kg/cm}^2= -100 kg/ perpendicular to the major axis. The material properties include Young's modulus E=2.1×106 kg/cm2E = 2.1 \times 10^6 \, \text{kg/cm}^2E = 2,1.  kg/ and Poisson's ratioν=0.3\nu = 0.3  = 0.3. Using analytical solutions from classical elasticity theory, the maximum tangential stress at the edge of the ellipse is calculated as σmax=600 kg/cm2\sigma_{\text{max}} = 600 \, \text{kg/cm}^2= -600 kg/, yielding a stress concentration factor of kσ=σmax/σ=6k_\sigma = \sigma_{\text{max}} / \sigma = 6 =  =6. Additionally, a finite element (FE) analysis based on the Salerno and Sahoni problem for a quarter section of the plate results in kσ=3.1125k_\sigma = 3.1125 = 3.1125 for a configuration with s/r=5s/r = 5s/r = 5, showing a discrepancy of 1.3% compared to the theoretical value of kσ=3.1k_\sigma = 3.1= 3.1 from Peterson's Stress Concentration Factors. The results demonstrate good agreement between the calculated model and theoretical predictions, validating the accuracy of the FE approach for stress concentration analysis in such configurations.

Virtual Teachers And Teaching Robots: Transform Innovation Of The Future Of Learning In The Era Of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role of virtual teachers and teaching robots as transformative innovations in learning systems in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). With the development of AI technology, this research&#8230; earch focuses on how these two technologies can increase learning effectiveness, personalize education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

Analysis Of The Contribution Of Education Based On Emotional And Spiritual Intelligence In The Digital Era In Indonesia

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the contribution of education based on emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual (SQ) in facing the challenges of the digital era in Indonesia. The focus of the research is to understand how&#8230; an educational approach that integrates EQ and SQ can help students develop relevant skills amidst rapid technological developments and social change. The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values ​​that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

Implementation of Labor Law in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 - Challenges and Solutions

Abstract: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has drastically transformed global industries, introducing advanced technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, and digitalization into the workplace. This rapid technological&#8230; shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.
