aturated sampling technique. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) There is an indirect effect of motivation on teacher performance through satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value of the effect of motivation on satisfaction of 2.772 (2.772 > 1.96) and the t-count of the effect of satisfaction on performance of 6.583 (6.583 > 1.96); (2) There is an indirect effect of teacher discipline on teacher performance through satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value of the influence of teacher discipline on satisfaction of 4.902 (4.902 > 1.96) and the t-count of the effect of satisfaction on performance of 6.583 (6.583 > 1.96); (3) There is an indirect effect of supervision on teacher performance through satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value of the effect of motivation on satisfaction of 11.314 (11.314 > 1.96) and the t-count of the effect of satisfaction on performance of 6.583 (6.583 > 1.96).

tive texts. The researcher applied a quasi-experimental research design. The sample of this study was class VIII A as an experimental class consisted of 22 students and Vlll C as a control class of 22 students. Data collection was carried out through pre-test and post-test. The results of this study show that there is a significant increased of students’ score who were taught by using Question Generation Strategy (QGS). The increasement can be seen from the change of student qualification from previously poor to fair. Furthemore the t-count value is 5.26 while the t-table is 1.68 which means the t-count is higher than the t-table. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the use of the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) can develop reading comprehension of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Palu. It implies that teachers are suggested to use the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) in teaching reading comprehension, especially in the junior high school level.

hod with data collection through questionnaires. Based on the results of the T test, it was found that the significance value of the teaching skills variable (X1) was 0.002, which was smaller than the standard error of 0.05, which indicated the influence of teaching skills on teacher performance. The results of the T test showed a calculated t value of 3.708, which was greater than the t table value of 2.10982, which concluded that there was a positive influence of teaching skills on teacher performance. In addition, the results of the normality test using One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov showed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.069 which was greater than 0.05, which meant that the questionnaire data was normally distributed

tative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were selected randomly. The results of the partial test analysis (t-test) show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on academic stress, with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and a calculated t value of 3.300 which is greater than the t table of 1.98472. This indicates a positive influence between self-efficacy and academic stress. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.316 indicates that 31% of the variation in academic stress can be explained by the self-efficacy variable, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The normality test using the Monte Carlo approach produced a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.249, which means that the data is normally distributed. Thus, this study confirms the importance of the role of self-efficacy and social support in reducing students' academic stress.

Abstract:In order to show how a micromanaged leadership style impacts job satisfaction among generation Z employees, this study used self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The study's sample and demographic were Riau Province's Generation…
eneration Z workers, who were born between 1997 and 2012. The sample size consisted of 203 respondents using a non-probability sampling approach and a questionnaire survey for data collection. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.

res through Google Forms. The population in this study is probabilistic and cannot be determined precisely, but the sample calculation used the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 people rounded up to 100 respondents. This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police

al healthcare services received in a hospital setting. Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

Abstract:Mangrove snails (Telescopium telescopium ) are a type of gastropod that live in brackish water or mangrove forests dominated by mangrove plants. Mangrove snails have a fairly high nutritional content consisting of fat, protein,…
rotein, essential amino acids, and saturated fatty acids. This study aims to determine the fat content of mangrove snails from two different locations, namely in the mangrove forest waters of Negeri Luhu and the mangrove forest waters of Waai Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the object of research being the fat content of mangrove snails. This research was conducted at the Basic Chemistry Laboratory of Pattimura University, Ambon, which was carried out starting on October 14, 2020. Data collection was obtained from the results of the analysis of the fat content of mangrove snails using the soxhlet method. The results of the study showed that from six samples of mangrove snails obtained from two different locations, it was known that the mangrove snail samples in Negeri Luhu had a higher fat content with an average value of 4.5448% compared to the mangrove snail samples in Waai Village which had an average value of 3.3649 %.
