Khususnya untuk membangun Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (Sampah) yang ada dikecamatan pamekasan. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dengan pengumpulan data, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berupa tempat sampah sementara, pembuangan samentara (sampah) berdasarkan hasil penelitian kriteria penempatan TPS / TPS 3R sudah sesuai dalam pasal 20 permen PU nomer 03/PRT/M/2013, maka di temukan 12 desa untuk penempatan TPS yang ada di kecamatan pamekasan, dengan jumlah tempat sampah 77 TPS.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Temporary Disposal Place (Garbage) in Pamekasan sub-district. The benefits of this study can increase public awareness about the importance of cleanliness in the surrounding environment and avoid all diseases and can be taken into consideration to provide better service to the community. Especially to build Temporary Disposal Sites (Garbage) in the Pamekasan sub-district. This descriptive qualitative research method uses data, observation, and documentation. The results of the study were temporary trash cans, waste disposal based on the results of the research, the criteria for placing TPS / TPS 3R were in accordance with article 20 of the PU Candy number 03 / PRT / M / 2013, so 12 villages were found to place TPS in Pamekasan sub-district , with the TOTAL 77 TPS trash cans.

Evaluation is done by conducting an internal university quality audit. In the future, this activity will be routinely carried out to ensure that activities in higher education are in accordance with the standards set as a process for implementing a higher education quality culture. This is expected to be able to encourage the superior value of higher education accreditation by conducting analysis, costs and providing advice to support decisions by the highest leadership. The application of this framework analysis uses the Actor Network Theory approach to see the relationship between actors in the application of information technology so that the resulting information system is acceptable and in accordance with existing business processes at universal universities. The results of this study are a framework for making information systems based on the results of web-based ANT analysis.

Pelayanan yang diberkan menentukan kepuasan para kosumen. Nilai perguruan tinggi diwujudkan dalam bentuk akreditasi. Nilai akreditasi diharapkan sesuai dengan budaya mutu yang berjalan didalam pergurua tinggi. Untuk menjamin kepuasan konsumen maka, perguruan tinggi harus selalu melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan pelayanan yang diberikan berdasarkan standar perguruan tinggi yang ditetapkan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan kegiatan audit mutu internal perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini kedepannya secara rutin dilakukan untuk memastikan aktivitas didalam perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan sebagai proses untuk menerapkan budaya mutu perguruan tinggi. Hal ini diharapkan mampu mendorong nilai unggul akreditasi perguruan tinggi dengan melakukan analisis, penilaian dan pemberian saran sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan tertinggi. Penerapan analisis kerangka kerja ini menggunakan pendekatan Actor Network Theory untuk melihat hubungan antara actor dalam penerapan teknologi informasi sehingga system informasi yang dihasilkan dapat diterima dan sesuai dengan bisnis proses yang ada pada universitas universal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah kerangka pikir untuk pembuatan system informasi berdasarkan hasil analisis ANT berbasis web.

They are hard disk drive, RAM, processor, operating system and price.The alternative of the decision making system also consists of 5 alternatives.The method used in the MultiAttribute Decision Making (MADM) research is a combination of 2 methods. These methods are SAW and TOPSIS methods.The SAW method is used to optimize the parameter weighting process and the specific TOPSIS method to complete the alternative ranking process.This hybrid method can produce a more precise MADM process because it uses two methods, each of which has characteristics in accordance with the process specifications.

Abstrak: Spesifikasi dan variasi harga yang beragam dari sebuah laptop membuat calon pembeli menjadi kebingungan dan ragu dalam memutuskan jenis atau tipe laptop mana yang akan dibeli. Teknologi informasi beserta dengan perkembangan teknologinya dapat menghasilkan suatu system untuk membantu memberikan alternative keputusan untuk suatu permasalahan pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan sistem yang dapat memilih laptop yang tepat dari beberapa alternatif yang ditawarkan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Ada 5 parameter yang digunakan dalam menentukan prioritas alternatif laptop, yaitu hard disk drive, RAM, prosesor, sistem operasi dan harga. Laptop yang ditawarkan sebagai alternatif juga sebanyak 5 jenis. Metode yang digunakan padaMulti Attribute Decision Making (MADM) adalah kombinasi dari 2 metode, yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Metode SAW digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembobotan parameter dan metode TOPSIS spesifik untuk menyelesaikan proses perangkingan alternatif. Metode hybrid ini dapat menghasilkan suatu proses MADM yang lebih tepat karena menggunakan dua metode yang masing-masing mempunyai karakteristik sesuai dengan proses yang dilakukannya.

Meanwhile, most attendance systems currently use conventional methods, namely printing attendance forms and participants taking notes on the form. After completion of the event, it is recorded in an electronic storage and the original sheet is archived. Meanwhile, universities and schools are required to be sensitive to technology so that they are not out of date. So the researchers proposed a presence system based on Scan Id QR Code based on Restful Web Service technology with the following process: (i) Schedule 1 time in advance; (ii) attendance by scanning the QR-Code ID to a scanner; (iii) Attendance monitoring. This proposed technology can be used for multi-platform and multi-event, so that to use this presence system, each agency can list its activities and its members. And as a member, you can do attendance by just scanning the QR-Code Id you have into a scanner. The development of this system uses the web engineering method because this method is appropriate for developing this system. So that the system is deemed capable of trimming the administration of the committee and minimizing the problem of data fraud and corruption.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pada dunia pendidikan dan instansi merupakan dokumen yang wajib didokumentasikan yang dapat digunakan sebagai laporan kegiatan ke pimpinan. Salah satu dokumentasi tersebut adalah dokumentasi presensi kehadiran karena presensi kehadiran terkadang sangat sensitif karena mempengaruhi prasyarat kegiatan selanjutnya. Sedangkan hampir besar sistem presensi saat ini menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu cetak formulir presensi dan peserta mencatat di formulir tersebut. Setelah selesai acara, dicatat di penyimpanan elektronik dan lembar aslinya diarsipkan. Sedangkan universitas dan sekolah dituntut peka terhadap teknologi agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan sistem presensi berbasis dengan Scan Id qr-code berbasis teknologi Restful Web Service dengan proses sebagai berikut: (i) Jadwal 1 kali diawal; (ii) Presensi dengan cara scan Id qr-code ke mesin scanner; (iii) Pemantauan kehadiran. Teknologi yang diusulkan ini dapat digunakan untuk multi platform dan multi event, sehingga untuk menggunakan sistem presensi ini, setiap instansi dapat membuat daftar kegiatan dan anggotanya masing-masing. Serta sebagai anggota dapat melakukan presensi hanya melakukan scan Id qr-code yang dimiliki ke mesin scanner. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode web engineering karena metode tersebut tepat untuk mengembangkan sistem ini. Sehingga sistem tersebut dirasa mampu memangkas administrasi panitia dan memperkecil permasalahan kecurangan dan rusaknya data.

Abstrak: PT. Pia Garda Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa Outsourcing di wilayah Sumatera Barat. Perusahaan masih menggunakan microsoft excel untuk menyimpan data-data dari para pelamar, mulai dari Perekrutan, penyeleksian awal sampai pada tahap penentuan calon karyawan. Selama ini Proses penerimaan karyawan di PT. Pia Garda Utama masih belum efektif atau subjektif yang masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam menentukan hasil akhir penerimaan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Proses –proses yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Pia Garda Utama sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi pelamar atau calon karyawan, hal ini dikarenakan hasil yang didapat bisa dikatakan bukan murni dari kemampuan pelamar tersebut, melainkan dari hasil pemikiran dan kesimpulan para penguji. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) yang akan membantu dalam mengolah data ujian dari pelamar sehingga menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan kriteria calon karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan.

Pisang merupakan salah buah yang paling banyak di konsumsi oleh masyarakat. Adapun petani tanaman buah pisang pada dasarnya mempunyai cara untuk menentukan ciri-ciri tersendiri atau karakter untuk menentukan buah bagus atau baik dan layak untuk dikonsumsi. Banyak kadang petani atau peminat buah susah menentukan buah yang terbaik pada buah pisang, dengan adanya alternatif yang ada sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode FMCDM untuk memilih buah terbaik dari buah pisang. Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) adalah suatu metode pengambilan keputusan yang bertujuan untuk menetapkan alternatif keputusan terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu yang akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan software di atas, diperoleh hasil yaitu alternatif (A3) memperoleh nilai total integral terbesar dibandingkan denganalternatif-alternatif yang lain.

t affect the performance of services to customers. This study aims to analyze and test the quality of the Mayan embroidery information system using the McCall method. Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.

Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang.

The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

Errors in calculating salaries can be fatal because it will affect the preparation of financial statements. Therefore, it is necessary to have an employee payroll information system so that the human resources department is not wrong in collecting employee payroll data. The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Payroll Information System can work effectively and efficiently.
