Abstrak: Penerangan taman dari sumber matahari memanfaatkan rangkaian joule thief agar penerangan lampu taman pada malam hari terang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dikarenakan harus diuji coba pada tiap modul, sehingga mendapati ada tiga jenis sistem modul yang akan digabungkan, modul elektronika rangkaian booster atau joule thief, rangkaian modul surya media pensuplly, dan terakhir sistem controller dengan board arduino nano. Modul surya yang digunakan modul surya 1 watt dengan dioda 1n4004, akan mengubah panas cahaya matahari menjadi tegangan . Tegangan akan dikirimkan melalui input IC TP4056, output dari IC TP4056 akan mengisi baterai 18650 yang bertujuan sebagai penyala rangkaian booster pada lampu 12 W, atau input 3.7VDC dari baterai 18650 mampu menyalakan lampu led 12W/220VAC. Sementara controller terhubung kesensor ldr dan relay, ketika perintah yang dibuat oleh user, ldr > 800 dari ketentuan, posisi relay dari nc menjadi open, atau siang hari, relay akan diposisi nc dan mematikan lampu 12W pada rangkaian booster, sementara jika malam hari relay akan diposisi no, sehingga akan menghubungkan tegangan rangkaian booster dan menyalakan lampu 12W (ldr < 800).

Technicians and Users of ICT facilities have difficulty in dealing with problems that arise. The purpose of this research is to build a more effective and efficient problem reporting system. The system built is a Web-based IT-Helpdesk Information System by implementing a Ticketing System. The method used in developing this system is the System Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall model. While the modeling language used in the design is Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing is done by applying the Blackbox Testing method. After going through the implementation and testing stages, the IT-Helpdesk system can work more effectively and efficiently in responding to problem reports sent by users. With the IT-Helpdesk, Admins and Users can track the process of working on the problem until it is finished. Admin is also facilitated in documenting reports, both in the form of a diagram display, or in the form of a document file that can be downloaded.

Abstrak: Sistem pelaporan masalah penggunaan fasilitas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Lingkungan Kampus Universitas Labuhanbatu masih menggunakan cara sederhana. Akibatnya, Kepala Puskom, Teknisi dan Pengguna fasilitias TIK mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani masalah yang muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem pelaporan masalah yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dibangun adalah Sistem Informasi IT-Helpdesk berbasis Web dengan menerapkan Ticketing System. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah System Development Life Cycle dengan model Waterfall. Sedangkan bahasa pemodelan yang digunakan pada perancangan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Blackbox Testing. Setelah melalui tahapan implementasi dan pengujian, sistem IT-Helpdesk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien dalam merespons laporan masalah yang dikirim oleh User. Dengan adanya IT-Helpdesk, Admin dan User dapat melakukan tracking terhadap proses pengerjaan masalah sampai selesai. Admin juga dimudahkan dalam mendokumentasikan laporan, baik dalam bentuk tampilan diagram, maupun dalam bentuk file dokumen yang dapat diunduh.

Abstrak: Dalam upaya mengendalikan laju penyebaran Covid-19, Gubernur Sumatera Utara mengeluarkan instruksi tertulis untuk melakukan perpanjangan PPKM Mikro. Salah satu skenario pengendalian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pelacakan kontak (contact tracing). Beberapa negara telah berhasil mengimplementasikan teknologi berbasis aplikasi sebagai alat untuk melakukan pelacakan kontak terhadap korban yang terpapar. Disatu sisi, penggunaan aplikasi sangat membantu dalam menekan laju penularan Covid-19. Namun disisi lain, kekhawatiran terhadap penggunaan data pengguna yang bersifat rahasia menjadi hambatan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 menggunakan QR Code. Teknologi QR Code dipilih karena dapat digunakan sebagai alat pelacakan kontak tanpa perlu mengambil data lokasi pengguna yang bersifat rahasia. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 tanpa menggunkan data privasi pengguna berhasil dibuat dengan menggunkan teknologi QR Code yang berbasis web. Dengan mengguna metode blackbox testing, hasil dari uji fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik.

Dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografi ini memerlukan Systems Development Life Cycle menganalisis secara bertahap, dan Webgis untuk menampilkan peta juga GPS untuk memastikan letak permukaan bumi dan menggunakan Perancangan UML seperti activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan usecase. Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

activities involve DNS services such as financial fraud, phishing, malware, and malicious activity, etc. Fortunately, in DNS there is a record with the name time to live which can be used to detect a query or the address accessed from the user is a normal query or an abnormal query. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the correlation value between time to live and abnormal queries on passive DNS data using the Binary Logistic Regression model. The results showed that the Binary Logistic Regression method could model the correlation between TTL, elapsed, and bytes which have an optimal model F1 Score of 0.9997 and also have a condition close to the ideal state by using the Precision-Recall Curve (PRC) graph plot.

Abstrak: DNS memegang peranan yang vital di dalam berjalanya service di internet. Hampir seluruh layanan di internet berada di bawah kendali DNS seperti email, ftp, app web dll. Jadi, tidak mengherankan bahwa berbagai kegiatan jahat melibatkan layanan DNS seperti financial fraud, phising, malware dan aktivitas malicious dll. Untungnya, di dalam DNS tersimpan sebuah record dengan nama time to live yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi sebuah query atau alamat yang diakses dari user tersebut bersifat query normal atau query tidak normal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai korelasi antara time to live dengan query tidak normal pada data passive DNS dengan menggunakan model Binary Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Binary Logistic Regression dapat memodelkan korelasi antara TTL, elapsed dan bytes yang memiliki model optimal F1 Score sebesar 0.9997 dan juga memiliki kondisi hampir mendekati keadaan ideal dengan menggunakan plot grafik Precision Recall Curve (PRC).

The mamdani method is very suitable in calculating the output value of each criterion value and the end result becomes the reference value in making a decision. The resulting system is in the form of design selection criteria according to user needs. Metode pemilihan Desain interior menggunakan metode Mamdani. Metode mamdani sangat cocok dalam menghitung nilai output dari masing masing nilai kriteria dan hasil akhirnya menjadi nilai acuan dalam pengambilan sebuah Keputusan. Sistem yang dihasilkan berupa kriteria pemilihan desain sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai Output sebesar 427.368 yang berada pada range dengan nilai dipertimbangkan.

This study aims to measure the likelihood of threats and risk impacts on the teaching and learning activity monitoring system and to provide recommendations for risk control of security problems that could become a threat that causes losses to universities. The framework used as a tool to measure the level of threat and risk impact is to use the NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 framework. The framework of the NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 has nine phases in carrying out risk assessments, namely introduction of system characteristics, recognition of threats, recognition of vulnerabilities, analysis of handling systems, determining likelihood, determining impact, risk determination, recommending control and determination of results. There are six risk assessment systems for monitoring learning activities at private universities, two of which are high so they are classified as very dangerous and the rest are moderate. The results of this study are used as a reference in making risk control standard documents as a form of improving the quality of a private university.

Abstrak: Latarbelakang penelitian ini adalah resiko penggunaan teknologi yang tergolong berbahaya sering tidak dihiraukan oleh pengguna sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta sehingga terjadi beberapa kendala seperti tidak bisa membuka sistem karena sistem diretas oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, jaringan komputer yang digunakan sering terganggu sehingga menghambat proses operasional, serta tingkat keamanan komputer yang masih tergolong lemah. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu mengukur seberapa besar kemungkinan terjadi ancaman dan dampak resiko terhadap sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar mengajar serta memberikan rekomendasi pengendalian resiko dari permasalahan keamanan yang bisa menjadi suatu ancaman yang menimbulkan kerugian pada perguruan tinggi. Framework yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengukur tingkat ancaman dan dampak resiko adalah menggunakan kerangka kerja NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1. Kerangka kerja NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 ini mempunyai sembilan fase dalam melakukan penilaian resiko yaitu pengenalan karakteristik sistem, pengenalan ancaman, pengenalan kerentanan, analisis penanganan sistem, menentukan kemungkinan terjadi (likelihood), menentukan dampak (impact), risk determination, merekomendasikan pengendalian dan penetapan hasil. Penilaian resiko sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta ada enam resiko yang dua diantaranya termasuk tinggi sehingga digolongkan sangat berbahaya dan selebihnya termasuk sedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan dokumen standar pengendalian resiko sebagai bentuk peningkatan mutu suatu perguruan tinggi swasta.
