The conclusion of this research underscores the richness and complexity of Hadith hermeneutics within the Sufi tradition, as well as its relevance in the broader context of Islamic studies.
Abstract:The hadith of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) mentions three deeds that continue to benefit a person after death: ongoing charity (ṣadaqah jāriyah), beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for their parents.…
parents. This hadith conveys a profound message about the importance of child education as a spiritual investment. This article aims to examine the urgency of children’s education from the perspective of this hadith by exploring the spiritual and social significance of having a righteous child as a continuous source of reward. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, drawing on collections of hadith, classical Islamic literature (turas) such as the works of Imam al-Ghazali, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, and Imam Nawawī, as well as contemporary references from nationally accredited journals. The findings indicate that educating children possesses a transcendental dimension, making it a form of ongoing charity for parents—especially when the child grows to be righteous and contributes positively to society. This research recommends that the concept of child education should not be viewed solely from a worldly perspective but should also be instilled as part of eschatological awareness within the Islamic education system.
Abstract:Character education is a fundamental aspect of shaping individuals with noble character. In Islam, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ contain numerous character values that serve as life guidelines, such as honesty, trustworthiness,…
stworthiness, patience, justice, and compassion. This article aims to examine the hadiths related to character education using thematic and contextual approaches. Employing a literature study method, this research collects, categorizes, and analyzes hadiths concerning noble character, then correlates them with the current socio-cultural context. The findings indicate that the values in hadiths are not only relevant for forming Muslim personalities during the Prophet’s time but are also highly applicable in addressing moral challenges in the modern era. The thematic approach aids in systematically summarizing moral messages, while the contextual approach enriches understanding of the original spirit of the teachings. This study recommends integrating hadith-based character values into education as part of an effort to build a generation with strong ethics and integrity.

he state. Decision Number 102/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Tbk stated that the means of transporting the MT Yosoa ship were confiscated for the state and in Decision Number 27/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tbk, the judge ruled that the Tanjung Balai Karimun District Prosecutor's Office Cq. Public Prosecutor had committed an unlawful act. The purpose of the research is to analyze the judge's consideration of the lawsuit for unlawful acts, and the extent of Decision Number 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. Tbk influences the legal interpretation of unlawful acts, as well as the ownership status of MT YOSOA ships that have been decided to be confiscated by the state. This research is a normative juridical research. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the judge's decision has weaknesses in legal considerations which results in legal uncertainty and injustice for the parties. In addition, there are inconsistencies in assessing the evidence of ship ownership and elements of unlawful acts, this decision also shows weaknesses in determining liability, due to the lack of parties involved in the lawsuit. It is recommended that the judge be more careful in considering all aspects of the law and exploring the material truth thoroughly. All interested parties must be involved in the lawsuit so that accountability can be clearly established.
Abstract:Diversity is an inevitability that cannot be avoided. It is a sunnatullah that should be done without consent. When diversity is combined with various assumptions of truth, an intolerant attitude arises. This problem is…
caused by a misunderstanding of the message of religious tolerance, which causes its adherents to appear with different faces. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. This assumption is that the works of the two figures are not only personal works, but also the works of their respective communities and the social and historical realities of their respective times.
Abstract:Bullying is a deviant behavior that has serious impacts on the mental and social well-being of its victims, particularly within educational environments. From an Islamic perspective, acts of harming others—whether physically,…
ically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.
Abstract:In binding the sale and purchase agreement between two parties must be carried out and obeyed in accordance with Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code states that an agreement made legally will bind the parties as…
binding as the law and become law for them. The agreed agreement will give birth to obligations that must be carried out by the parties, if not carried out, there will be default due to breach of the agreed agreement. As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

Abstract:This research highlights the strategic role of Pancasila learning in developing social and political awareness among students of Social Science Education Study Program (P.IPS) at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University…
rsity Malang. The background of this research is rooted in the low level of participation and awareness of social and political issues among the younger generation in the midst of globalization. To understand this phenomenon, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods through structured interviews and direct observation. Social awareness indicators were measured based on the theory of Yoyo Sudaryo and Agus Ribowo, while political awareness refers to the theory of Almond and Verba. The data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that Pancasila learning is able to increase students' social and political awareness through the internalization of values such as empathy, honesty, tolerance, and active participation in community life. In addition, this learning also encourages students' participation in political activities, strengthens their awareness of their rights and responsibilities as citizens, and forms a critical attitude toward various social issues. The implications of the results of this study indicate the importance of strengthening Pancasila learning as a character building tool for students who are active, critical, and empowered to face socio-political challenges in the future.
