Abstract: The development of digital technology presents innovative opportunities in early childhood learning, particularly in stimulating language skills through interactive and meaningful approaches. Fairy tales as an educational… l medium have narrative power in enriching vocabulary and building children's expressive abilities, especially when combined with Islamic values and multimedia support. This community service activity aims to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers in implementing interactive Islamic storytelling based on multimedia to optimize children's language development in Kutawaluya District. The method used was a participatory approach through the stages of needs assessment, workshops, media creation practice, classroom implementation assistance, and evaluative reflection with the teacher community. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher capacity in designing and using digital media pedagogically, changes in learning interaction patterns to be more dialogic, and increased verbal participation of children in storytelling activities. In addition, a community of teacher practice was formed that collaboratively developed Islamic storytelling media as a sustainable innovation. The implications of this activity confirm that the integration of technology, Islamic values, and a participatory approach effectively encourages the transformation of early childhood learning practices. This model has the potential to be replicated in similar contexts to strengthen the quality of adaptive and character-building early childhood education.

Isnein Akbar, Abdulah Muzakkar
Abstract: Village development planning that is not grounded in data can lead to poorly targeted programs, particularly for settlement-environment issues such as solid waste, sanitation, drainage, and neighborhood space quality. This… is community service program aimed to improve residents’ literacy in data-based planning and strengthen meaningful participation in formulating settlement-environment program proposals. The activity was conducted in Kalijaga Village, Aikmel Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, on 17 November 2025 as a special village deliberation meeting (Musyawarah Desa Khusus; Musdesus) involving 75 participants representing village stakeholders, including youth and community organizations (Karang Taruna and the Village Community Resilience Institution/Lembaga Ketahanan Masyarakat Desa; LKMD). A participatory education approach was applied through short lectures, focused discussions, and hands-on proposal drafting using simple minimum data and a standard structure (problem–location–target group–indicators–resource needs). Evaluation was descriptive using facilitator field notes and a proposal-completeness rubric. Of 49 written proposals collected (N=49), 40 (81.6%) met all minimum elements, while 9 (18.4%) were incomplete. The results indicate a shift from general complaints toward more structured proposals with clearer locations, target groups, and basic indicators. Data-based village planning education is a low-cost intervention to improve the quality of community participation outputs and enhance the readiness of proposals for subsequent village planning processes..

PENDAMPINGAN DESAIN TATA LETAK GUDANG EFISIEN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ARC–ARD BERBASIS SIMULASI FLEXSIM DI PT MIKRON PRESISI INDONESIA

Raka Fahrezi Putrapriatna, Mariyadi, Budiyan, Inten Tejaasih
Abstract: This study aims to design the warehouse tata letak at PT MIKRON PRESISI INDONESIA that experiences post-relocation irregularities in production facilities, along with adjustments to the area area and available rental costs.… ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNICATIVE LANGUAGE TEACHING (CLT) METHOD THROUGH PLAYFUL ENGLISH APPROACH TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' SPEAKING SKILLS AT PKBM PESONA PULAU TEGAL

Saputri, Vike Aprilianin Marwintaria, Andriyaningsih, Ayu, Kusuma, Candra
Abstract:   The ability to speak English is very important, especially for coastal communities such as those on Tegal Island, which has tourism potential. However, students at the Pesona Pulau Tegal Community Learning Center (PKBM)… KBM) still have difficulty communicating, especially in English, because learning has tended to be conventional, focusing on memorization and grammar rather than practical communication. This creates a gap between the need for speaking skills and the teaching methods used, reinforcing students' fear and lack of confidence. Based on these issues, this Community Service activity aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method integrated with the Playful English approach, which involves enjoyable learning through games, role-play, and creative activities. The methods used include guided speaking exercises, conversation simulations, and collaborative projects such as creating promotional posters for beach tourism in English. The results show a significant improvement in students' fluency, confidence, and active participation. Students began to speak more boldly, practice simple sentences, and express ideas spontaneously. The classroom atmosphere became livelier and more enjoyable with minimal psychological barriers such as fear of making mistakes. The implications of this activity are that the CLT approach combined with elements of joy can serve as an effective learning model in non-formal institutions. This method not only enhances language skills but also empowers students socially and emotionally, and can be replicated in similar communities.
